I want to share my experiences with car factory in West Palm Beach. I walked in into the dealer and was approached by Rafael Carrera. Very professional and helpful. I picked the car and leave, did everything online, and told him have everything ready for me to sign. It took me 20 minutes to sign and get the car. He makes everything so easy for me. I totally recommended this place if you are in the market for a car. Everyone has the impression that goes to a dealer is going to be hours. It took me less then an hour and walked with my new car. DO NOT GO HERE!They post cars on their site that they do not have on the lot just to get you in the door. I had a list of 23 cars that were for sale on their website before visiting the location, the staff told us that they do not have ANY of the 23 cars on my list which I updated and checked the night before. We found two cars that we liked on the lot but after 45 min of the sales staff talking amongst themselves in a different office they came back and told us those two cars are being shipped out that night and we could not buy them. Then they showed us the similar cars to the ones we saw on the lot and they were all $3000-$4000 more than the ones that were being shipped out. None of their cars have prices listed on them, this is a huge problem when buying a car. I should not have to ask a sales person to check their secret list of prices to find out how much each individual car is selling for on their lot. After I left here I called one of their other locations to see if they could ship out a car for me from one location to the other, and they said that they do not transfer cars, what is on the lot is for sale at that lot. Everyone was dishonest, a whole group of their sales staff told us the same lie, DO NOT GO HERE! You will be scammed. You will end up either wasting 2-3 hours of your time or you will be scammed into buying a car thousands of dollars more than what you were looking for.

Highly recomend this dealership! JP went above and beyond to assure my needs were being met in purchasing the car I wanted. He was very patient and very understanding. He answered all my questions and explained everything I needed to know which was extremely helpful in making my purchase. I went not knowing what car to buy and JP helped compare different models of car they had on the lot. I will be definitely be returning to JP in the future for a car for my wife and I do recommend anyone to go to him for any future purchases. You wont be disappointed.

Very poor customer service. Went in to go about purchasing a car, sales reps were very unhelpful, seemed like they did not know what they were doing and did not know how to help me go about purchasing a car. The car I had requested to see wasnt on the lot and they were unable to locate it. I told them I would come back whenever the car was on the lot. They took my information and said they would email a claim for the car within 24 hours, that never happened. After days of trying to get a hold of them, I never heard back from them. I had a very unpleasant experience for a car I was extremely excited about, how it was a good deal. However I went else where and finally got a car. I do not recommend going here

I go on their website and I really liked one car I saw. I called to verify the price and the location of the car before going in person to test drive it. They verify the price and that the car was at their Miami location. I get there and the guy was not very enthusiastic about helping me, didn’t even introduce himself, I had to ask him his name and if he was even a sales man. Anyway I get there and he tells me that car is in their Hollywood location. He says he can still help me get financing and have the car brought to this location. Since I really wanted the car, we head to the office and he tells me the price and how the price online is shown with a 20% down payment. Which you can only see if your read the “disclosure”. Huge miscommunication, poor service and misleading information. I had high hopes for this dealer but I should’ve listened to the bad reviews. I left disappointed. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Traveled 4 hours to get a car from the guys over at the car factory and unfortunately the car I wanted had gotten sold. Thankfully they still got me into a great car at a great rate. Couldn’t be happier!

Ad prices are false. Went in to look at a car after a 3hr drive... When I get there and show the sales man the ad he states that all online prices have a 20% markup thats not on the title. He told me that I shouldve read the ad ... I made him read the entire ad with me... The 20% was not written anywhere then proceeds to say oh well thats the way it works here... If thats how their client relations start, imagine how their entire sales process is. Dont waste your time, nothing but crooks in this place.

This is Alejandro Addeo:Very bad service, I DO NOT RECOMMEND, here is a list:1- The price they offered me in the negotiation was raised at the time of signing, if I didnt ask they wouldnt tell me that they raised the price.2- After almost 2 months with the car they called me that due to other conditions and clauses I must change my insurance and pay more money. conditions and clauses that they never mentioned in the negotiation, they knew what insurance I had and what my policy was at the time of signing.3- Ive been with the car for almost two months, they still havent given me my license plate4- I had to go to the dealer 3 days, each day lasts between 3 and 5 hours there.5- they didnt wash my truck when they gave it to me.yes, all with a smile and very friendly, like any salesperson who wants to get as much money as possible from you.

Wow if only I could give a zero star! They charged my little sister $9000 in fees to purchase the car !! They charged her for battery, to tow the car to their parking lot and so many other things they came up with to make money off of her. She bought a 2018 Benz and the following day the oil light was on, something was wrong with the break so we took it to Mercedes Benz to check it out and they said that the car couldn’t have been sold like that it’s unsafe so they wrote a complaint on them. RUN and do not waste your time! They are just a bunch of thieves!! Good luck trying to get a hold of them, they blocked our numbers. They said they were going to remove the maintenance. Fees, I have not been able to get a hold of them. Seriously people don’t waste your time with them

This is the worst car dealer I have ever dealt with. The worst. They advertise cars and prices they dont have. I reached out about a car they advertised on Car Gurus and they stated the car was on site and available. when I drove there 2 hours later they did not have the car- they said it was sold. I told them I just received a text the car was ready for a test drive. They are liars, I which I could give them a Below zero rating. Dont buy here, they are terrible.

Worse dealership ever reason why they might act nice but if you go there thinking your gonna get a good deal on a car and to get some to help your wrong!! Very wrong reason why is because when we the deal for a 2019 Hyundai Accent the car had the worseAlignment ever had to change tired every week!! My 1st payment that I couldn’t pay was on the 10th and today is the 19th 9 days after I didn’t pay they repod it from my job car had a tracker the amount of money we agreed that I was buying the car was 10000 and the bank after told me it was 22000 really bad deal went behind my back and they put money in the back end!! They don’t know how to treat customer and theu do deal that are not right!!

Horrible experience. very dishonest with pricing. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy. They have so many hidden fees and they dont tell you, you have to ask about it. Luckily I have experience so I knew what to ask but for a first time buyer they would definitely take advantage of you. If you do not ask they will not volunteer information. They just make up fees as they go. Air in the tire fee, air conditioning fee, a just-because fee. Test drive fee, rental fee even though youre purchasing. They added in total $4,400. They use a third-party to get me into their dealer and when I asked on the phone if there is a dealer fee and the person told me no. When it came time to sign I asked about final number and thats when they told me the truth. Told me it was on their website but I didnt use their website I use their third party. I had to walk away from my dream car because of their corruption.

Had I written a review during the first week of owning my used 2020 Corolla from Car Factory Outlet, it would’ve been a superb review! Yes, they had some minor hiccups along the way, but the service provided by the store manager, Jose Garcia, and my salesperson, Ariel Suarez, was spectacular.However 6 weeks after owning my 2020 Corolla, my AC broke. My AC is not cooling nor is it heating up. Now we all know that the reputation of a Toyota Corolla precedes itself. I wasn’t expecting my AC to break for another 8 to 10 years or so. Turns out, my Corolla was in an accident a few weeks before I purchased it. From the outside, the Corolla looked perfectly fine but they failed to tell me it was in a collision. And I honestly would’ve still given them my service... I would’ve just bought another vehicle.There were some underlying issues with the car that Ariel Suarez and the Jose Garcia failed to mention. They were happy to sell a vehicle to a young lady you was just so excited about owning her first vehicle. I will not be recommending or referring anyone to Car Factory Outlet.

Disappointed.. I purchased a car less than a month ago and ask ten times if the car had been in an accident. They said nooooooo. To find out later that the car had been in 3 prior accidents. This is a shame since we did ask many times. we are so mad.... This is against the law not to disclose that a car had been in car accident

Called to get information about a car, made an appointment to test drive it and checked the price they advertised on line.The girl who answered the phone didn’t want to give out any information, she kept saying everything would be discussed when I came in to test drive it, when I told her to cancel the appointment because I didnt want to waste a trip without getting the information I wanted, she said that she would ask the questions I needed to know and get back to me.She called me back and told me it was pre approved and I reconfirmed the price, down payment and made the appointment to come in and test drive it.Got to the dealer to find out they sold the car the day before, they don’t reserve them like I was told, the price on line is discounted 20% considered as the normal down payment and you literally have to find the fine print to read about that.Very fishy way of doing business !! Be careful !

***STAY AWAY***This place is one big scam. They will advertise amazing deals and prices, make you drive all the way to their location, then when you get there, they will say that they prices online is only %80 precents, but the actual price will be %20 more. I got very frustrated. Why would you like to people like that? Its a horrible business, and I would highly recommend anyone to stay away from this place as much as they can.

Getting a great deal was important when we went car shopping. Instead of landing at a random lot, we ended up here. The deals were good, but the sales person was better. They helped us get the vehicle on the budget we presented. Thats better than we found in most places.
