Came here while on my trip down in Miami. Walked in and was immediately welcomed by all the ladies: the store looked so beautiful and all the items displayed so nicely. My husband ended up getting me a ring that I had eyed for a long time. What better time to get it then now ?! Lol Julieta and Flor where so sweet. Julieta was so pleasant and even got some time to get to know us and tell us a little bit about herself and how she was going to visit our state soon! Was so happy with my purchase and will definitely stop by again if I’m ever in the area. Thank you guys so much !!

Flor was amazing, she helped me with everything I needed. I have been at other stores and nothing to compare. This store is super clean and organized and all the associates are super nice and helpful.

I walked in to the store this morning expecting to walk out with a few Christmas items for my family and myself, but, unfortunately I did not have a pleasant experience. The woman working said she was the assistant manager, but refused to give me her name had an extreme attitude problem. She was very rude and did not want to help me at all. I was asking about my bracelet which I purchased in pandora if there was anyway to replace or fix it and she told me “I’m not a jeweler”. This is no way to treat a customer or people at all, I love Pandora, but this was a very disappointing experience.

Wow. Such terrible service! Went in here expecting the same high quality service that I receive at the Alderwood Mall in Washington state and was thoroughly disappointed. The store was a mess. Racks were backwards and you couldn’t see the product. I was handed off to another associate when I asked for help. She, literally, sighed and then was no help at all. Left without purchasing anything. Not worth my time.

The commitments besides one or two that are kind, the others and the manager are unkind and unsmiling. The worst is the manager, very rude. After buying both my daughter and so many things from them, Im afraid I had to go back to changing them at least six times, and I broke three charm and I was about to lose my bracelet because the closure was faulty, the ring changed both times I changed it, despite the fact that they re insuring silver. The manager treated me like it was my fault, but silver doesnt fall off the scent or if you wash the dishes. Always rude and rude, not to mention that while I was talking and always calmly without ever raising her voice, she spoke up to me or talking to someone else. Not buying the material is cheap, even because it didnt just happen to me!Le commesse a parte una o due che sono gentili, le altre e la manager sono sgarbate e poco sorridenti. La peggiore è la manager, molto sgarbata. Dopo aver comprato sia io che mia figlia tantissime cose da loro, purtroppo sono dovuta tornare a cambiarle almeno 6 volte. si sono rotti tre giocandoli e stavo per perdere il bracciale perché la chiusura era difettosa, L anello ha cambiato entrambe le due volte che L ho cambiato, nonostante assicurino si tratti di argento. La manager ogni volta mi trattava come se fosse colpa mia ma L argento vero non si rovina con profumo o se lavi i piatti. Sempre scortese e sgarbata, per non parlare del fatto che mentre parlavo e sempre con calma senza mai alzare la voce, lei mi parlava sopra o parlava con qualcun altro. Non comprare il materiale è scadente anche perché non è successo solo a me!!

The associates have a lot of patience for someone like me that has a hard time deciding what to buy. would recommend 100%, plus is located in a open space mall for tourist looking for sun.

Went in to get my jewelry fixed and they refused to help me because I didn’t have the resized receipt just the original, I called the store where I got it resized and exchanged and they told me that as long as I had the original receipts that it didn’t matter my jewelry was still under warranty. Yet they refused to still help me out, I had to drive to another location just for them to be able to help me out when this location refused to.
