Evelyn was extremely helpful. With so many options to choose from, it can be overwhelming to figure out where to start. She made great suggestions on which sunglasses to try, which saved me a lot of time because I quickly found the right pair for me.I went back a few weeks later because I accidentally stretched them out. The other employees adjusted them right away, making sure the sunglasses fit to my liking before I left.Would highly recommend this location.

Large store with a great selection! Won’t buy sunglasses from any other store than Sunglass Hut. Customer service is top notch.

Terrible store policies and customer service. Purchased a pair of Oakleys, to be informed by the woman who followed me around the store the entire time I shopped, that I was entered into the system for a year in case of accidentally scratches. Two weeks later return with scared glasses to find out that I would need to pay $150 to cover the warranty. But had I paid $20 at the time of sale, it would be $40. This was never once mentioned. Not the entire time the sales woman followed me through the store during my shopping experience or during the sale. Needless to say, paying $300 for a pair of glasses, I would have gladly paid $20 + $40 to protect them. Intentional to raise sales?

They have the newest styles on sunglasses . So many selections of brands. Thanks to Melanie and the entire staff very professional.

Worst service and employees. Incredibly nasty people, they do not value customers.And, limited selected of sunglasses, you probably won’t find what you need, and the staff will be sarcastic and rude, especially Gabby.

I went to this location cause got 2 glasses as gift, one did not fit me the other one wasn’t my style. I went to exchange them, I got help from Gio what was very helpful to find the right glass for me. If you need help ask for Gio he definitely knows Glasses. This location has tons of selection and all brands even Tom Ford.

Best customer services, amazing selections of glasses, from streets to Fashion.

Just won the award for the least helpful but yet unfriendliest Service people. Customer focus is the opposite of what is happening in that shop.

Only sell the glasses that have been touched by all people that visited the store before - you have to take these classes. If there are any errors with the classes, you have to live with it, no matter at what price. Asking the staff for help just will bring up rude answers, also the manager is the opposite of customer oriented. Will never go there again!!
