Unbelievable for the service I received at this location and this is not the first time. I genuinely like to surpass the BS of unhappy employees simply because it could have been just a bad day and I did not leave a review at that time.Yet, it is still not valid to provide horrible customer service..One, I simply came to purchase some knives for my business today and called prior to my arrival and the door was closed at 6:45pm.

Horrible customer service!!! Is this store even open any more?! I called the 800 number after ordering something and they are completely incompetent! No wonder everything is on sale, this overpriced place that exclusively hired judgey, incompetent old ladies is finally going out of business!! Adios Williams-Sonoma, you good-for-nothing, outdated, elitist, tacky place! Wont miss u or the rotten smell or the unfinished floors

Awesome customer service, me and my gf have been looking for the aquatic blue towels & stuff however their website is out of stock on them and most stores are also, we stopped by the Miami Beach Williams-Sonoma location after a few hours on the beach today and the staff there was excellent... They did not have the towels either, however they found them for us in new york city and had an order placed to have them shipped to us, excellent, could not expect more...I realize the location in Miami did not get credit for the new york sale drop-shipped to us, we will definitely visit this location in the future for my purchases...

Horrible store manager who lacks integrity.I called the store and spoke with the manager about in Nespresso Creatista Plus. I was placed on hold for 5 minutes while she placed one aside for me. I provided her my name and phone number and drove over from Doral. 45 minutes in traffic then i paid $5 for parking only to be informed they didnt have it contridicting what she told me. I requested the district managers contact info. I was provided with an email address that was incorrect as well as providing me a non-working phone number all on the store business card.Merrick Park had one in stock though it was not showing up on the web due to low quantities. Amazing customer service and I was provided with the correct information to speak with the district manager.

This is the best culinary place to maintain the necessary items and utensils for cooking in the USA.

Nice kitchen shop. All of high standing and quality, very well presented and scenically displayed. Here is the top. Obviously the prices are not popular, but if you want quality here you cant go wrong. Very trained and kind staff.

A really beautiful store !!! All the accessories for the kitchen, for cooking, for baking, in short. It is a luxury, and entering is crazy, you can take everything, the prices are quite reasonable, the attention is excellent, they are very friendly. It is worth it even to enter to explore it.
