Damaris was great. Beautiful arrangement of chocolate dipped strawberries, apples and bananas for only $20! Great deal and fast service! Took about 15 minutes, enough time for us to walk to 7-11 and back.

Placed an order for 2 platters and 2 arrangements & I was scared they were going to be late but the delivery was perfect timing. The driver was super nice! Everyone loved it. Good Job edible south beach. I’ll be calling you for the holidays.

I ordered a delivery for Friday, Valentines day, that never made it, although they assured me over the phone that it would make it in time. It is now Wednesday and I still havent received a reply from them. They claim to be very responsive via messages as well, but they are exactly the opposite, very unresponsive. Two thumbs way down for a company Ive used successfully in the past. Do not recommend anymore.

I order from edibles all the time, but had to call the south beach store. The manager was super nice and helped me pick the perfect order. I spent a little more but it was beautiful. My hubby loved it. Wish this store was closer to me.

Really disappointed in the service today. I placed an order last night for today and I couldn’t reach anyone! So I called corporate and they said they had received my order. I also mentioned that the phones were down. They said they’d see what was going on. So I didn’t receive ANYTHING as a “confirmation” as to when they would be preparing the arrangement. Which was said to be done. Also the tracking number wasn’t working. I called corporate again and the lady told me she didn’t think that they wouldnt deliver the package today. But she couldn’t tell me anything more. Because NOW after I called at 11 am and it’s now 4pm. They want to tell me the store that I ordered from has had technical issues (I get it, things happen. But then inform the people that ordered from them) So here on my anniversary, I was sending my bf an arrangement. That he now is not receiving that I paid a lot of money for. Plus he works long hours and now I’m not even sure if he will be able to get it, when they now have to bring it the next day.

Excellent customer service & (surprisingly) affordable! I always walk in with a craving but no idea what to get. Stephanie helped me today recommending an amazing kale+pineapple smoothie that was green, but deliciously sweet and not pungently kale-tasting!I also walked out with a cone of chocolate dipped strawberries! It was awesome that they had a mixed (white & milk chocolate) variety to pick from.

Ordered a chocolate dipped strawberry box for my girl, and it was good. Large berries and delicious. Only bad thing is now my girl wants them all he time. 👍🏼

This place is a dam joke !!! And so is their customer service !!!! I will never order from this place again!!! Me and my sister order edible arrangements for my mother on Valentine’s Day 2-14-2020 to get to her job the next day Saturday the 15th, they never came to her and apologized and said they will deliver that Monday coming up . Never came!!!! We called to cancel the order for days no one answered the phone! So unprofessional! Callled customer service for what ????? They are unprofessional as well ! They told us they had to give the store 2 days and if they didn’t answer they will refund the money, still no answer it’s been ten days !!!! And still nothing now they are saying if they refund us the money it will take up to 6 weeks !! This place is insane they should close down! How are you going to tell me I need to wait 6 weeks for a refund that was your own fault !!!! I’m so done with this company period ! I hope they close down

I called this location at the last minute today (the day before the 4th of July) and the store manager Nate took care of everything for me! I am genuinely a customer that felt disrespected and utterly hurt due to the lack of service I received today. I placed an order with this particular store back on February 12th for delivery to my Valentines Day. As per the T@Cs deliveries can be delivered as late as 9 pm. However, my Valentine has not received the order. I look on the tracking order status, and nothing is telling me a timeframe as to when the recipient will receive the order. I would like to let people know that this is an excellent example of companies not fulfilling their promise to their customers and people should not EVER do business with this store again. I ordered for valentines day ok it was on valentines day like at 8am expected to get it delivered atleast by monday since it was a last minute order but its Thursday and my wife still didnt receive anything I called and left messages and I still havent even recieved a email but they sure did manage to find the time to collect from my debit card

I placed an order to be delivered the same day. After I received the confirmation, a few hours later I received a call saying that the driver had an issue and could not deliver. I had no other choice than agreed since I had no time to put on another search and to start a refund process. The lady that called apologize and assured me it will be the first order to be delivered first thing in the morning in which I proceed to ask for a time confirmation and she said “Mmmm it will be there before noon” 🙄 I honestly dont think that they could care less about the order or the client! Noon? Unacceptable. Never again!! Do they understand the type of business they run? They are playing with peoples images, lives, relationships. This edibles are meant for special occasions. Birthdays, anniversaries! Punctuality is KEY!!!!

These guys ruined my valentines day. I did not recieve the order i had placed which they of course charged extra for valentines. Was on hold for 30 minutes with customer service, never responded. I never received the order and they never followed up on missing order, still have not received my refund.
