I visited the town with two friends. I was asking some locals for a recommendation for good ice cream and was directed to this shop.

Been coming here for over 8 years that I have lived on the South Beach. Great ice cream and Service everytime. My Girl and I love going for Ice Cream and a walk in South Pointe Park.

Love it. Its next to one of my favorite spots in Miami to go to the beach, South Point, and the variety in flavors was good. We had a lovely interaction with the owner....it was a great experience.

Ice cream is good but the temperature used to store it and sell it is so low that melts completely as soon as you cross the door. And that on a cold day.

Very average ice cream. When I read all the reviews saying that ice cream here tastes like Italian - please, have you even ever been to Italy and had Italian ice cream? Plus the service is very, very poor. How is it possible that you cannot buy one scoop, and they force you to buy 2?! If I want one scoop I should be able to buy one, right? What a weird policy is that?!

This place continuously disappoints and I refuse to go back. The gelato is always good but the service is beyond awful. I think they would be better off hiring monkeys instead of the current staff since, well, monkeys have more personality and can communicate better. Between the staff and the AC never working, I just hope this dump goes out of business soon.

South American gelato

Esto es un conjunto de indios. Everything from the franchise owner to the employees. They only hire these little mestizos that have no idea what theyre doing or how to treat & talk to people. The owners dont train their employees because they themselves have no idea how to run a business & hire outside their race.

Seriously such great gelato, the vanilla caramel was so good. Brutal customer service, I had to wake her to ask for service as she was passed out watching a movie, she is as friendly as a cactus. It must be the same girl working there as all the reviews are so consistent,23 oct /19 - update - I came back here specifically to see how bad the service was and to experience it again because it has been entertaining the last two years talking about it. Now I am disappointed that the customer service was actually really good. I think it was the owner that served us and he went out of his way to give us as many samples as we wanted and was very nice.

The gelato is absolutely delicious the service though extremely rude

This is far from the original 4D we all know and love. Poorly managed: restrooms were nasty, the ice cream (can’t call it gelato), was meh (to be nice), attendee was unfriendly and on top of that she left a piece of paper inside the cone where the ice cream was served. Was too far away when we realized, would’ve asked for a full refund.

This ice cream is worth travelling from the other side of town and dealing with tge difficult parking situation in that area but service is absolutely unaccceptable, getting worse over time, today i asked for cold water after finishing my ice cream but was given warm water and an attitude along with it :-O!!! Im not coming back till either the owner steps in and teach his/her employees some manners.

7/2/18 2:30pm: Gelato was great, but customer service was horrible. The woman helping us was on her phone the entire time FaceTiming someone. She was also being rude when we would ask to try a different flavor, and not that we asked to try many, like 3. A woman with two kids came in and when the woman asked the employee a question, she answered with attitude and put the menu in the customers face to read. The customer left without buying anything due to her attitude. Again great gelato, terrible service.

I tend to be picky about gelato, after traveling to Europe several times. Usually I can manage American gelato, though. However, this place is a freakin joke. The gelato was so soft and runny, that it was completely melted 30 seconds after I paid for it. Also, the restaurant itself is kind of dirty. Not much seating either. Also, it it EXTREMELY OVERPRICED.

The worst customer service ever!!!! I ordered an ice cream to take home and they felt it was appriate to charge $2.00 for a container to put my ice cream that was $10.90 in - I live one block away and am not about to carry it dripping in my hand the right thing is to put in or on a container - no they brought out and iPhone and asked if I wanted to talk to the manager but instead of talking he felt like as a customer spending my money I needed to listen to him and what I had to say was not important - totally unacceptable - its south beach there are tons of gelato places and Im sure this attitude and complete lack of customer service is why your store is empty!!! Close please so a place with real customer service can open- your attitude is horrible and I am appalled that you are allowed to be open in my community

My grandmother is 80 years old and I asked at this place for help going to the restroom she need to pee and they denied the access because we wasn’t customers and make me shop a bottle of water to have access .It’s a really unfriendly place. ❌🚫🚷
