Great customer service. The pastries are good. Coffee was a little bit light. I am a Coffee person, so it could be just me. Hubby said its light too, so try it out yourself!

This was our first time going here and it was worth it! We had some of the best pancakes and empanadas weve ever had! The staff (I believe it was the owner) was super friendly and helpful. It was also reasonably priced (less expressive than most cafes in the area). I highly recommend going here and you will not regret it!

I had to get as much as I could as I wouldnt have time to go back. So I ordered a beef empanada... the flavors were amazing. I ordered a quiche Lorraine and that was amazing. Then I ordered the egg and cheese croissant, which was so huge, but so heavenly the way the bread flaked. I got a side of 2 hashbrowns with that. This place is a definite must try. I was not disappointed. The lady at the register was so sweet!

I stopped in here today for lunch with my wife following a dentist appointment and had an hour to kill and needed to grab something to eat. We were both very happy with our experience. I order the salmon quiche and she had a sandwich. I didn’t taste her salad but she said it was good, but I can say my salmon quiche was fantastic! We finished pretty quickly with our meal so we got coffee and relaxed for about 30-40 minutes and the atmosphere was completely relaxing. I don’t visit mid beach that often so I can’t say when I’ll return but I wish we had a similar place within a couple blocks of home and I would go all of the time. So if you’re in the neighborhood and looking for tasty pastries with good service in a relaxing atmosphere, this place is a good one to visit.

Overall an enjoyable experience. Prices seemed just a little on the higher side, but I personally enjoyed the French toast. The croissant was good, but didnt seem to be perfectly fresh. Could have just been an off day, I would give them another chance for sure.

We came to Miami for our summer vacation and decided to go outside the resort for breakfast and found this wonderful Cafe, customer service was amazing, I recently became a vegetarian and ordered their chicken avocado sandwich and asked to make it without the chicken, they were super friendly and made it exactly how I wanted, I also asked if they can make it a wrap instead, they asked me if they can put anything else in the sandwich since I’m not getting chicken, so they added extra vegetables and brought a salad, will definitely come back here.

PRESENTATION WASNT PHOTO WORTHY, TASTE WAS GOOD BUT NOTHING STOOD OUT.SERVICE WAS OK..HARD TO UNDERSTAND WHAT SHE WAS TRYING TO TELL ME THOUGH. I ASKED IF THERE WAS A SOUP AND SANDWICH COMBO TO WHICH SHE SAID YES BUT POINTS TO A SIGN THAT SAID SALAD AND SANDWICH COMBO. I ASKED IF I CAN SUB THE SALAD W.SOUP FOR A FARE, SHE SAID YES ($6) AND BASICALLY WAS GOING TO CHARGE ME FOR A SALAD/SANDWICH COMBO PLUS THE PRICE OF THE ACTUAL SOUP ITSELF.......TO SIMPLIFY THIS, SHE SHOULDVE JUST SAID NO SUBSTITUTIONS AND YOUD HAVE TO BUY THE SOUP SEPARATELY.. This is one of the few truly authentic French cafes. Its owned and operated by a French family. Food is delicious and it really feels like a European beach cafe.

Well. Not my cup of coffee.I just tried la Provence Café for a breakfast. It was pretty empty at 10am. Its French styled serving Mediterrean cuisine.They took my offer and let me wait for more than 20 mins for a coffee and a chocolate bread (pain au chocolate) to be moved from the display.When I complained they said they are too busy to be faster, even 3/4 of the place was enpty.BTW. I ordered a Latte Macciato (single version). What they sold to my was a minature capucchino in an espresso sized cup. Thats certainly not a Latte Macciato, but a joke.Please go to France and Italy and study the food that you are supposed to serve. But in Miami Beach you will probably thrive as they endorse European culture as long as they dont know better.

Very disappointing experience at this bakery! 3 things happened since I was here last time: there is a new owner, the prices increased and the portions got smaller. I ordered a croque madame sandwich to go and it was the smallest one I have ever seen. Also, it was very salty and smelled like oil (my whole car smelled like oil). I didnt even wanted to take a picture of it. The salad didnt look appetizing either so I didnt eat it. The place gets 2 stars because the service was excellent and the overall ambiance was pleasant.

Great authentic French breakfast just across the bridge from Miami Beach, worth the 5 minutes walk, as much better than the alternatives on the other side. Freshly made omelettes, baguettes and sweets. Definitely coming back!

I am a regular and a big fan of this franchise for years. However not any more. I called to place an order the man hanged up on me because he had a customer in-front of him. Am I not a customer?! I come in, a man in front of me in-line calls the man behind a counter a crook and leaves. I place my order (egg sandwich) he tells me that breakfast is no longer served it’s 2:30p (my kid will only eat this sandwich); I ask if he can make an exception breakfast is usually served until 2p. He raises his voice ‘no way’ He is clearly having a bad day. Very bad customer experience and service!

I had high hopes for this place when we visited. Pricing was good and we ordered 4 entrees and drinks for our family. Each entree came out one at a time except for mine. After waiting for 20 minutes and everyone else having finished their meals, I inquired about my sandwich and they went into the kitchen and after another 10 minutes I was handed a sandwich which was not what I ordered. I brought it back to the register and after waiting for the staff to finish side conversations, showed them my receipt and sandwich to which they went into the kitchen yet again and after another 10 minutes finally brought me the right sandwich in a to go bag. The overall taste of the food was decent. It was not overly great but was acceptable. Service and better attention to detail could improve the overall experience.

As you step in to that place you see a beautiful display of pastries which looked quite appetizing, didnt try any since a previous experience proofed me wrong. Second visit ordered the chicken pesto w avocado and brie. The results tasteless chicken and pesto and no brie the baggette bread was much better. Took the sandwich home and fix it my way. The best was the iced tea. No pictures needed they all look the same.

I used to love this place but I dont know what happened if they are under new managment or what? but now everything about it is just wrong. The other day I order a chicken salad sandwich and the chicken salad looked and tasted like is was from a can. My co-worker ordered a salad and it was old and bad. I also tried the quiches and the crust tasted old. Is one disappointment after the other, what a shame !!

Nice and inexpensive place for french food. I had Croque Monssuer. Prices are very reasonable, location is nice. Would recommend to update their cashier terminal which creates problems when leaving tips. Terminal says to remove card and then asks for tips after it asks to insert card again. Happened to me twice.
