This is an absolutely amazing brunch spot! Came to south beach intending to try a different brunch place everyday of the trip and ended up eating here all seven days! Tried several things off the menu and the food was delicious every time! The coffee was made perfectly and the ambiance was wonderful as well. If you’re in the area and looking for a brunch spot I’d highly recommend!!

**NEVER COMING BACK**First started visiting here as of January 2020 I love it here the staff is very friendly. It’s like France in Miami… all the food is great. I’ve told others about it and my friends have visited more than I have. We love it here.September 6, 2021Ordered the salad which was great. However my juice came when I was almost finished my food, hence why it wasn’t in the photo.September 7, 2021Revisited again for lunch was greater by the barista however it took about 2 minutes before someone approached me at the register. Today I ordered the tuna sandwich a salad, large OJ, and a Greek yogurt. I had to repeat my order to 3 different staff members to get it ALMOST correct. When the OJ arrived. I asked for a large however was charged for a small. The cashier went back and forth stating that we paid for a small. That’s not good, that could’ve been fixed or charged to the correct price which was a dollar more. I had to go to another worker to speak regarding it, and eventually had to use the intermediate Spanish that I know to get my point across because no one barely spoke English. This place is going from my favorite to least favorite.Again there is nothing wrong with the food at all…. The food is absolutely great but at this point I’ve visited so many times and spread the word and even had friends join me here, but I’m beginning to get let down each visit after another. I don’t know if I’ll be back. Im paying this much for food and not able to have my order correctly. Both my boyfriend and I ordered the pancake breakfast and it was amazing. Their pancakes are the best pancakes I’ve ever had, they were super fluffy and flavorful. Their fresh squeezed orange juice is worth the $7 price, so good! We loved this place!

It’s a cute place to get a nice and healthy breakfast. The coffee is very delicious. And the V8 drink. Healthy healthy healthy. After your weekend run you can try a recovery here.

This place is everything, food is amazing, the cappuccino taste as heaven and the ambient is relaxing. Price is just fair for the great tastes and service.

Amazing coffee. I ordered a Nitro Cold Brew and my girlfriend ordered the café latte. The presentation of both drinks were great. The coffee itself tasted homey and unique. Also the location itself was very cozy and relaxing. If I had the chance, I would grab a book and relax while enjoying the atmosphere and the smell of fresh ground coffee. Prices were reasonable and I wish I had not eaten earlier so I could have tried their food as well. Gives me a reason to want to come back next time. Highly recommended.

We were looking for a late breakfast spot, and luckily we found this hidden gem, such an amazing chocolate chip pancakes the best ive had for ages, nice Cortadito and very friendly Staff, its a must visit Coffee shop

I was in the mood for a café con leche and noticed this place and felt like trying it out. The place is really nice, love the style, very clean, comfortable to sit and have a chat with friends.I ordered a café latte and it was warm and it was a bit thin, not creamy. And the mocha iced latte was bland.

Coffee is what they do best here! So, definitely get that here. I got their Lavender Latte and enjoyed the floral hints admist the coffee brew. Very delish and sweetened appropriately. They finish it with a classic latte heart as well perfect for the gram!I had to knock it down a bit because as a Millenial their Avocado Toast was not up to par. It looked good, but it wasnt seasoned enough and needed much more salt. For the same price as one of their other sandwiches (such as the Breakfast Sandwich), I think it can do a lot better. Even adding some sea salt on top or a flavored oil could enhance it much more. Definitely overpriced and thats the bane of my existence as a Millenial to be allured to...well, I learned and will get something else next time.Anyways, its still a really good coffee shop. Ill be back to try something else for sure!

Good service. Location on Washington Avenue is pretty accessible too. Had coffee, tea and breakfast a few times while in Miami’s south beach. Everything was done right and the service was pretty good too.....not a fancy restaurant but good for take out

Best espresso in South Beach! They know how to make a great Macchiato and it’s even better than Italian one. Have a La Marzocco machine and Illy coffee. The grinder is professional and every coffee is freshly grounded. The staff and baristas are professional. The food is 5 star best breakfast also. The croissants are super fresh and the breakfast sandwiches are amazing!!Must Must Try!!

Wow wow wow! The BEST breakfast sandwich I’ve probably ever had in my entire life! The bread was amazing, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Everything in the sandwich was beautiful and I could eat that morning day and night.

This place has great coffee and excellent food. I’ve eaten here three different times. I had the açaí bowel for breakfast one morning. It was very tasty and refreshing. I also had the turkey sandwich on a fresh multi-grain baguette for lunch. It was outstanding. Highly recommend this place.

No receipt provided it. When Asked to please provide cashier said maybe next time.??? Why. Unethical for him to mention my balance on card! Who does that? This store is definitely lacking lots of principals essential for customers. Will not recommend to anyone! There is plenty of others stores around. Dont go there.

Delicious coffee but service is awful! There is no service at all, & yet they expect a tip when you order!! The Greek omelette was fair. 3 pieces of bread! Suggestion: One piece would’ve been ample & substitute the other two for a side of fruit. Again horrible service! They never came to our table or the table next to us to check on us, not even once. It was slow & the guys were just on their phones & talking behind the counter! If I was the owner, I would’ve been appalled!!

During the breakfast hours, coffee should always come first and fast! Here it came after the meal and without the cream Id asked for. There was also no sugar in the sugar bowl. There was also no napkin with the meal. Its a small detail, but I shouldnt have to call a waiter 2 or 3 times before I can even start eating

This place is horrible, the attention isnt good and the quality of the food is low, they forgot to make my cafe and when they brought to me my pancakes special cold, don’t come, and also the lady who makes the coffe and “server” laugh to me when I told to her to make the coffe she forgot, if 0 stars was possible….Too expensive

Walked by on a trip and glad we stopped here! Latte was creamy and delicious. Everyone’s food looked delicious, I could see their fresh kale and carrots behind the counter, definitely quality food.

I loved the style of this place. They had lots of coffee options and quality was pretty good. I ordered and Iced Caramel Latte; have had better coffee but it was still good. I also ordered a Nutella croissant, which was warmed up, perfectly flaky and buttery. Wish there were more pastry options to try.I’d say the pricing is similar to StarbucksWould choose this place over a big chain coffee shop

For a coffee lover like myself, this is a great stop for quality coffee. I love the cold brew coffee they serve! Definitely gets the job done.I had a chocolate croissant as well which was a nice small snack to go with the coffee.I wish they had more Pastry options, besides that everything else was good.

The food was good. However, the service was poor. The cashier/server was not available to order for a long period of time, and once the food was served, he seemed to be busy socializing, in the back with a cook. We needed to disturb/call his attention for everything we needed.

This became our go-to for good coffee/espresso because of how close it was to our hotel. Light years better than Aroma Cafe!

The juice offerings at Crema exceeded expectations - I recommend the V8 - though my iced caramel latte didnt offer as tasteful an espresso as Id hoped. The wifi in the shop was also subpar, proving to be slow without much of a crowd to blame and cutting out fairly often. Nonetheless, Crema is reasonably priced and offers a nice ambiance through and through - the mason jars in which cold drinks were served certainly provide a nice touch.

Delia is the sweetest!! I am sick and ordered juice delivery and I called to ask to make it super strong with ginger. Not only was she patient and kind to help, she included a sweet note saying “Get Well”. Put such a big smile on my face, thank you Delia!

They don’t read or deliver orders correctly. Salads have been delivered without chicken. They don’t read notes.Cookies have been broken in 2.They used to be great, but now they’re below average.

Maybe I came on a bad day because I dont see where all of the other 5 star reviews are coming from. Got an iced latte and it tasted average to me. Also got the pancake breakfast and the food was subpar. Eggs were OK, bacon was average, and the pancakes tasted like they were heated up in a microwave after being frozen. Service was fine but food wasnt worth the price to me.

Great lunch spot! Sandwiches are simple but good and so are the salads. The best thing at Crema are the GIANT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES. You have to try one, no joke.

I had high hopes from the name and pictures on google and upon walking in the door and looking at what was served to customers I felt let down. I’ve been to so many coffee shops I forget what drink I tried, I won’t be going back. The espresso in my drink would have been sub par to leave me with this impression.

This place needs improved management ASAP. Please do not give this company any business. There are many other places that actually care abut customer experience.1. Went about a month ago for a coffee, and payment system was down. Cashier didnt know what to do, so I left after 10 minutes of them trying to figure out what to do.2. Went yesterday and ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee. Coffee took 15 minutes. I asked for a to-go cup and no one came. 30 minutes goes by and no sandwich. I complained and the guy said it would be another 15 minutes even though people who ordered after me were getting their food. So I ask for a refund. Cashier said he issued it, but he lied. So, I left paying a pricy $17 dollars, no sandwich and no refund.This place should really just Venmo me the $17 dollars I paid for my terrible experience.

Advertising all day breakfast but was out off certain breakfast items. Employee taking our order didn’t even speak. We stood at the counter waiting for awhile (there were no other customers waiting) before acknowledging us. Waited for 10+minutes for a tea and espresso only to find out it had been delivered to another table (one with no guests) apparently another order was given the same number as us so our order was delivered to an empty table.
