We stopped by here mid day to stop and rest and have a cup of coffee. The coffee was nicely brewed. The staff were friendly and helpful with coffee selection. The price for a cup of coffee was very reasonable. The place has a great indoor and outdoor atmosphere. The outdoor sitting is a great location for people watching.

Really great coffee and pastry options! I loved the iced latte I got with oat milk. Perfect place to stop for a quick bite and caffeine on the way to the beach. Thought the prices were very reasonable, especially being so close to the beach.

I went today to have my breakfast like I always do and is not the first time that I see the “manager” of this place yelling and talking so bad to the employees. I HAD TO ask to this blonde girl (who by the way, is the nicest and most helpful person working there) if she was okay because I couldn’t believe what I was listening.I hope you take action over this man called Andrews. He’s nuts.

We are hosting a conference at the Loews and we’ve ordered 15+ sandwiches here everyday. Great service and AMAZING sandwiches, the steak is a big favorite. Highly recommend for corporate lunches or even a quick bite to eat.

Also rude male employee taking my order the way he spoke to me while i was ordering i was about to punch him. Get rid off him for better business.I would say its an average place for quick coffee. Not much pastry choices. Price is decent but we went to Rosetta over our 7 days way better and price is about 5 to 6 for a pastry and 4.50 for latte.

Found this gem in front of our hotel. I had the Shakshuka, very tasty. My husband had the French toast which comes with a side of fruit. Their pastry display looked way too yummy. I’ll have to come back

This place is bit unusual and definitely underated. We had Breakfast during our visit to South Beach Miami. We had Cappuccino and Blueberries Muffin Combo. I definitely like the low sweet muffin and would highly recommend. Also liked their signature dish Shakshuka. Its definitely healthy and awesome taste.

The.coffee was good. The carrot cake I got was stale and tasted freezer burned. Literally took one.bote.out of it and took it back in to exchange it the guy gave me a lot of attitude. I came here and I’ve decided to put 5 stars because I’ve tried most of everything on their menu and let me just say that everything here is delicious and prepared fresh, from the beautiful fluffy chocolate croissants to their savory and yummy apple strudels they have it at top shelf quality, their frozen aroma is to die for literally it’s what I drank every morning when I stopped by the beach, also their sandwiches are scrumptious guys you must try the exotic California chicken sandwich 🥪 as well as the steak and turkey BLT, I strongly recommend coming here to eat breakfast or lunch if you’re around the south beach area!!

Im visiting Miami and this cafe is near my hotel. I got a call from a friend who spends a good bit of time here just as I was back in my room, digging into this mocha. I described her the fact that it seems there is a gigantic chocolate bomb on the bottom of the drink. She said, oh did you get it from Aroma? We had a good laugh because this is a fairly non-standard way to make a cafe mocha, but apparently it is your signature. While it ended up being delicious once I scraped the chocolate off the bottom, would you ever consider switching to a more standard chocolate syrup model? Maybe a little easier for the average person picking up coffee on the go.

Its a nice bar and they work very fast. They dont take time to serve me.

The employees are impatient and do not know how to take responsibility for mistakes they make and they talk really disrespectfully to people, we talked to the manager and he answered us rudely and cheekily so we understood where all the bad behavior came from. Do not recommend going there!

In all the cafes I’ve been to over the years this place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Cashiers are extremely rude, saying “what do you want?” Rather than greeting their customers properly in a respectful and courteous manner. Just constant attitude by a handful of employees either through tone, rolling their eyes, etc.This is the the last thing I would expect for a business in an industry that has been impacted for the last year by Covid is to treat customers in this way. If you want to start your morning with rude people who could careless for your business this place is exactly that. If not, then do not give this cafe your business which needs severe training in customer service.

I went here for lunch. Ordered a panini with salad. I went to sit down and realized the table was dirty. I asked the guy who was doing nothing that took our order about the table. He told me to let the guy know outside. Number one he could have just wiped it off for us. But he was too lazy doing nothing. He also had his kid there sitting at one of the tables smh. Another reason why I gave this spot two stars was the gnat problem. There were gnats in the pastry area flying on them. That is why I didn’t get one.

A great walk up and go spot. I always spot by when I’m in south beach for a quick cappuccino or if I have the time I’d enjoy a nice Caesar salad with a Salmon filet whole people watching from the cozy umbrella seating they provide. Today was a salad and ginger shot day. To be a coffee spot right off the busy street of Collins it’s a great and quaint spot to get your Munchy fix in.

If I could give zero stars I would. I unfortunately stopped here on three separate occasions during my stay and all each time got progressively worse. It wasn’t about the coffee or food, that was all okay. The problem stemmed from the condescending and incredibly rude cashiers and servers. I should have taken the terrible first experience as a lesson to never come back. If you want mid-tier food with passive aggressive cashiers and the worst possible service imaginable, come on over to this place. However, if you need a nicer cafe, Prana Cafe is short walk away and was a much better experience! Their coffee and breakfast/lunch options are super cheap and this place comes with a much lovelier staff :) !

Wow! Thats good food! My first time trying and I believe I will be an addict now! Fresh and very tasty and satisfying! I ordered with Postmates delivery and had no idea I would enjoy the food as much as I did. It gives you very good energy. Theres so much GREAT food in Miami Beach and I think this is some of the best! I had the California Chicken Sandwich and a piece of carrot cake. At first I didnt think they looked like much, but I kept eating and felt great afterwards! The carrot cake is not a big slice though with icing--it is a little square piece but still very good!

My favorite place to stop in and grab a bite to eat. Try the cafe Aroma. It’s a frozen ice coffee drink. I often come here and cozy up in one of the booths to do some work. Salads are amazing and the soups! Everything is homemade. 5 stars.

So yes aroma is the best Israeli cafe you can fine in Miami and I’m visiting from New York but the servers were so rude and raised their voices at me when I asked for dressing it is very rude but the food is standard style

Yummy Israeli food.

I usually dont give bad reviews but my husband and I had just arrived to Miami Beach ( first time in Miami) and I really needed coffee. Our first stop was Aroma cafe and this older man working there yelled out with an attitude to another server in Spanish to tell us they were closed. The nice young lady let us know they were closed. Ok no big deal. We came back the next day to try again. I had heard they had good coffee. I was waiting to get some help in front of the register and another lady came in after us and the same older man acknowledged her and said hello and rang her up and totally ignored us. Super rude! I believe his name is Andres. Thankfully another young man came and helped and and was super nice. If it wasnt for Andres this place would have been a great experience.

So nice to step in and feel you are in Israel. The team is very nice and welcoming, the food and coffee took us back to a common Israeli breakfast and that was awesome. The family had a great time and loved everything.

I have ordered coffee and ask them what exactly that I want but they made it wrong twice even and the third time I have my order right. Not only that but also my pastry I have to inform them two times and after five minutes I have to go back to check with them and they left it in the oven for long and they have to through it. The fun part, they told me they can give another because they have more!! It shows that the staff is responsible for the company asset!!

I first had Aroma in Israel, and I was very much excited to find it in Miami. I enjoyed it so much! They offer such a variety of coffee, as well as sandwiches, pastries, and a beautiful atmosphere. I wish I could come everyday! Love love love it!!!

Nice option for brunch or lunch, but they need better Panini bread options, like Sourdough or Ciabatta! The multigrain and wheat bread options were not inspiring.

Stayed at the Loews hotel which is adjacent to Aroma so this cafe is in a great location, good service and food. Ate there mostly for breakfast, very kid-friendly with lots of options. Power breakfast is a good option, cold brew is good and they have avo toast, too! The shakshuka pictured below, was delicious.
