Yesterday was Halloween and I had bought several things at Starbucks. I got extremely sick with something I ate and they had the bathrooms closed. I had to vomit in the middle of the store and sit on the floor because I would have passed out and hit my head. Never did any of the staff come to check on me the bathroom was never opened for me even in this very sick state. So disappointed and it is disgraceful that a company would have this policy of closing bathrooms. The person who came to clean up was taking pictures of me in my sick state. Will never go there for business again because there is no humanity or care in that place.

Ok, so I had an outstanding experience at this store! First of all the coffee tasted like hopes and dreams in a cup. Second of all barista (Vic) was very sweet, asked how my day was, made sure she got my order right, wished me a good day. Very polite and as sweet as my coffee. (That’s like - very sweet! I drink sugar with a little bit of coffee.) The store was nice and neat, as always.

Great! Friendly faces and warm welcomes. Still can’t managed to justify their prices, but that’s a story for a different time. Haha

The waiting line was pretty long and the waiting area also very small. The bathrooms are very clean and the coffee was good.

The staff is always friendly, but the wait time is entirely too long. They always seem understaffed, and on the past 3 occasions have spent over 15 minutes waiting each visit... even for simple orders like an iced coffee. Also, for such a large location they should have an additional restroom.

I got the best caramel frozen cappuccino...And had a blast at work ....Seems to work ...

Its always a pleasure to stop at Starbucks.

I am a local and live in the middle of 3 Starbucks (Lincoln & Jefferson, Lincoln & Pennsylvania & Washington rd). The farthest for me is the Pennsylvania one but I go out of my way to go here because the staff is INCREDIBLE! They are the friendliest Starbucks i have ever been to. They give amazing customer service, always greeting you with a smile, and go above and beyond with their services. Leo & Ricky are my favorites who work there, and honestly deserve a raise or something for their consistently great service! More Starbucks need to be like this one!

Today is May 7th, it’s 2:40pm when Manager Alex said that I need to wear a mask to order. I told him that the governor Desantis lifted the mask mandate May 5th, So I don’t need a mask to order. Someone did not get the memo. I don’t appreciate being discriminated against for someone who doesn’t pay attention to laws. I am attaching a picture of him.

Triple Priced Coffee, to wait 45 mins to use the Restroom because u have ONLY one Stall and huge Store full of Customers,,,,All Restaurants are Full Capacity by law in Miami Curfew is back off meaning Night Clubs are full Capacity,,,,but u refrain to let ur Customers use the Seating Area,,,, CORPO GREED at its Finest,,,, the Same Money I spent in ur very Commercial Store,,, I could Sat in s High End Restaurant in Miami Beach Sitting like Royalty,,, SHAME ON U

A large location right on the corner. There is both inside and outside seating. Prices are higher than a normal Starbucks, so be ready.

Starbucks is Starbucks nothing different. Difference is this very less space to sit.

One star only for the nice guy who work out side. Otherwise I’ll not coming back to this location. The lady who work inside she charged for the largest size with never asking me . Poor service poor attitude. Just be careful with they charge ur card.

Nice shop, staff was ok for the most part (one gentleman was cussing and walked off when customers asked to use the restroom) they did get my drink wrong but mistakes happen. If you NEED your Starbucks fix stop here, if not pass on this one.

I remember this location used to be one of my favorite Starbucks in the US. With the gigantic music cds selection and very cozy, vibrant and inviting atmosphere where I used to get together and spend a nice afternoon or evening chatting with friends or a date. But now it has become like any other Starbucks in the US. A day time shelter for drug addicts and vagrants.

The employees at this location are extra special. Take the time to say hello & ask how we are. We have an office on Lincoln road. Over 100 employees and agents from Compass frequent this Starbucks!

This location is very modern and efficient. Orders are computer printed instead of hand written, each cup is rinsed before being used and the drinks come out perfectly.Only things I dislike about this location is the long lines.

Starbucks coffee as usual but service is sub par.

Good drinks and friendly staff. Reason for two starts is because the place is run down and no plugs or charging station. SERIOUSLY, wow.
