Finally a great coffee place, last but not least. Free wifi. Great drinks, amazing atmosphere!

A very rude black girl with bleached head sells coffee. She got off her stool with a big sigh that she now has to do something... Unbelievable! In a 4-star hotel! Big bad attitude. Offended she has to work. The place is nice but they have to hire normal, nice customer service people!!! Not big Lolas who hates everyone who walks in.

Good place for coffee and amazing pastries. The quiche was so delicious. And the caramel lattes are my fav.

Nice setting close to the beach. A little hard to find but there are umbrellas with the name. Walls are also used for gallery space. A little pricey. $9 for 12 oz nitro but youre probably dropping cash if youre in the area anyway. Would come back with a book or with my work. Really good seating options.

The wifi was fast, the lobby was quiet enough to work, the nitro coffee was fresh, and this is random but — the restroom was the cleanest one I’ve seen in Miami. Mirrors, floors, toilet were all impeccable. I ran into the custodian as I stepped out (her name is Lizbeth) and was able to tell her. Had to add it in this review.

Tried once and will never try again. Its all cute with the way Theo it drinks look but that it! The matcha crepe cake is one of the worst Ive ever tasted and I bought 2! So disappointed me and family threw the drinks and crepe cape and head out to Cafe 86!

The service at Panther Coffee was great, and the coffee was good. I always enjoy an americano after it has cooled down, and Panther Coffee’s has great flavor. This coffee shop is in the lobby of a hotel or apartment building, not really that sure, but it wasn’t very welcoming, which might be what they are going for. Just come for the coffee.

Friendly service. They don’t take cash FYI. My latte was delicious, options for full, skim or almond milk. Very smooth!

Carefully made coffee, juice, and drinks in the back lobby of the Betsy Hotel, a spacious, uncrowded area with free wifi that also serves as gallery for whatever exhibitions they have at the moment. Great spot for a quiet coffee. They also have pastries and food from The Alley next door.

Okay for a hotel coffee bar. Only known as Panther Coffee from Collins Street entrance. Inside it is the Carlton Room Cafe. Standard cafe fair. Cortado was just right though small for the price.

WOW. Charlotte, the incredible barista, provided me with an absolute dream experience. I enjoyed the creamiest iced cappuccino with caramel and vanilla sweetness. My first coffee was so good I had to try the nitro cold brew before I left. Charlotte was kind and patient and provided amazing recommendations. I truly enjoyed my experience today. I work from home so I will definitely be spending each and everyday here enjoying my new favorite coffee drinks with my favorite barista to chat with during breaks.

This is a Panther outpost in the Betsy Hotel. Unfortunately it doesnt live up to the Panther name. It is so much worse than the other Panther locations, which have some of the best coffee in Miami.The cappuccino looked and tasted like something youd get in a hotel... Id recommend skipping this location and going to one of the other Panthers.

This is NOT a standalone Panther Coffee Shop. It’s a hotel bar that happens to serve Panther brand coffee. The real Panther Coffee shop is diagonally across town.

Many locations, I enjoy the one at the Betsy hotel. Delicious, healthy food choices and yummy wine, beer & coffee.

I am from the pnw where coffee is staple and it was the only place i found that even knew What a breva was!!!

I was served a half filled cup of coffee. I ordered a large, marked as 12 oz on the menu. The cup was marked as .35L near the lip. When I asked why didnt get a full cup I was told because that is what she was instructed to do, that is a large. I tried to explain that 12oz is .35 L to no avail. If your menu is marked in oz and your cups are in L please educate your staff on the conversion. 2 stars because the coffee at least tasted good. I was just ripped off.

Perfect place to meet friends and colleagues for specialty coffee and tea. Brunch is always delicious, too! Caring staff that are like family to one another.

I had a really great experience at Panther Coffee. The girl behind the counter was really awesome she took care of us and made us great coffee. I love the music and the whole vibe of the hotel. I wish I would have stayed here instead of the Royal Palm. Highly recommend this over Starbucks cuz its quiet and the coffee is good.

Coffee is okay. Baked goods are fantastic! Almond crossaint was impressive. Atmosphere is good. Staff seemed slow and down in the dumps.

Panther coffee is good in Wynwood and even their Miami Beach location but this outlet in the hotel gave an awful experience - no welcome, no oat milk, no soya... and then $5 for a small drip coffee is just ridiculous

Coffee is really good. There are vanilla, French vanilla, and peanut butter syrups for latte, but I tried peanut butter, which is not available anywhere else. It tastes the same as peanut butter ㅋㅋ The straws are paper straws. A perfect course to buy coffee here and go to the beach right in front of it. The toilet is also clean. Cafe in the lobby

Excellent place, photographs, music, art and a good coffee in one place

Disappointing. Few people. The coffee is hot and there is no way to drink that, I still have my tongue burned after 4 days ... the sweets are not good at all. And then you can not pay with money, just a card. They had spoken to me very well of the place but when you go, all your expectations fall to the ground.
