Very bad attitude and customer service

AWFUL in store experience!!! My husband bought me a pair of sneakers in men size unfortunately they did not fit. I went back to the store to see if theres anything else I can exchange it for but didnt find anything I like. I asked if the manager Luis can find out if I can get the current sneakers in a smaller size he was very short and said no with a bad attitude and acted as if I was asking for too much. I have lived on the beach for 4.5 yrs and never ever had such a horrible experience in the store. Work on your customer service skills manager Luis!

Rude manager. Would not accept to return a defective band on a sneakers alleging that its out of season and suggesting that I go to a shoe repair place to have matter solved. I have only worn this shoe 10 times. I have been a loyal client of the brand for 2 years now and have most items of past collections. I will purchase from aventura from now on
