Awesome service. Not pretentious at all. Just a fun time roaming around the store trying on cool clothes.
Visited on 6/7/21. These people expected me to wait outside in 90 degree heat for 30 minutes while they are lunch. They obviously have no idea who their clientele is. This is not how you treat a customer who is spending thousands in your store. Terrible policy. Door boy is rude too. Don’t give this place your money.
Rude staff! Worst customer service. Never again
Horrific service. No one in the store and the salespeople couldn’t be bothered to say hello. Where either on their phones or talking to each other. Sad retail experience.
This is a review for The Webster’s online store. I purchased a Burberry bag and did not receive shipping confirmation for over a week after purchasing. Calling The Webster was a nightmare (if someone actually picked up the phone). I was told that I would receive an email within 30 minutes letting me know if my bag was in stock or not, but hours passed, and I received nothing.I finally received a text from someone asking what I needed in response to my unanswered calls, who then processed me a refund after finding out the bag was out of stock. I truly felt like my money would have been kept if I didn’t reach out to them on my own the way I did.I really do not like leaving businesses negative reviews, but this was a really terrible experience and I will not be shopping here again.
Good smells, designer bags, men & women, stylish jewelry, pleasant.
Staff lacking diversity
Super nice store and staff
BUYER BEWARE CEO Laurent Malecaze IS RUNNING A SCAM AND MUST BE STOPPED!! THEY WILL SHIP YOU BACK YOUR RETURN WITHOUT NOTICE SO THEY DONT NEED TO GIVE YOU A REFUND. I ALREADY HAVE AN ATTONEY GENERAL COMPLAINT AND BETTER BUSINESS COMPLAINT OPEN. I WAS ADVISED THIS IS NOT THE FIRST OFFESNSE THE WEBSTER HAS COMMITTED.First and likely last order with Webster.Almost immediately after speaking with the rep, I got an email update stating the sweater would arrive by December 31. Then on December 23, I got another email stating that the sweater had been delayed, again, with a new estimated delivery date of February 17. Without warning, on December 30 I got a shipping notification, and the sweater arrived on December 31.The box had a very large gash torn into it from the inside by a piece of the fabric that pushed itself through the box and was partially sticking out. I opened the box to find that almost every piece of the sweater was completely insecure, unprotected, and appeared to have been simply thrown into the box. Even the tag had been ripped off and was rolling around loosely inside the shipping box.The packaging indicated that this sweater was used! Odd, given that on Webster site they describe the sweater as new as being part of the Everly Amiri brand, with no mention of it being sold as is. I immediately called Websters customer service number, told them what was going on, and was advised it is what is is.In the meantime, Ive tried calling FARFETCH and AMIRIS customer service line (no one picked up) and emailing customer service (no response to my email), to no avail. Will keep trying, but if they tell me they cant rectify the issue prior to March, Ill be opening up a civil law suit on each and every employee involved in the company. This is one of the very worst experiences, if not THE worst, Ive had with a retailer. I dont recommend Webster.
Will not shop there ever againAsked for my wife’s shopping bag to store while inside storeGuess they thought we’d stealTerrible policyNot at NM not at Gucci not at LV
The boutique is located in the lower level of the Webster Hotel. It is quite spacious. You can browse through the clothing easily and the staff is very friendly and helpful. My only remark is that most of the items are rather pricy even though they aren’t from the most recent collections...
I m in love with he store and all that f the store associates... you all rock
Never returning again. Will avoid. Gave this place a shot but was severely let down. Rude staff and very condescending staff at the Miami Beach store. Shady in-store return policy that contradicts the online return policy. Stick to Saks and or Neiman Marcus for simple returns and exchanges as well as a professionally trained staff. At the end of the day, a paying customer has the right to change their mind about a purchase without being lectured.
Amazing store, unique pieces and friendly staff. Will definitely shop here again!
Bought there for 2500 dollars. Asked to have the hanger that went with my Saint Laurent knit jacket - 1700 dollars -, because it was well adapted and protected the fragile knit. They wrapped everything, so I couldnt verify. When I got home, I discovered that the hanger they finally put was a horrible cheap wired hanger, the ones you get when you go to the dry cleaner . What a contempt for the customer! Never in any shop this category have I been treated that way, with the dissimulation adding to the bad feeling!
I don’t even know from where to start.Went in the store attracted by the Balenciaga shoes that was with 50% of discount (from 850 to 425 + taxes) still not that cheap, right? Anyways, at that same day I discovered that the “Balenciaga” shoes that they sold me was FAKE!Went there the other day right in the morning so I could have this solved.First they refused to do the refund, with some shade excuses that made no sense to me since they have the return policy within 28 days from the purchase date written on the receive.Second of all, how does a store sell a FAKE Balenciaga shoes as if it’s original?Third, the store manager was super rude to me, treated me as if they were making me a favor saying “ we don’t usually do refunds but this time I’ll be making an exception”PS: I still don’t have my money back in my card.Don’t buy at this place, it’s very tricky, dishonest and they’ll probably try to f*** you up.
Avoid this dump. I just got accosted by the little French poodle standing security at the door. I was inside this hole for 5 minutes and when I walked out the little dog grabbed me and forced me inside. I have nothing to hide. Im wearing a $40k Watch carrying a $2000 backpack and platinum cards and cash. This little girl continued to threaten me and say if Im not careful I may get knocked out. Total idiot. Its one thing to check somebody when sensor goes off its another thing to hav an idiot like that grab you. I offered him a job to clean my pool in Malibu but he declined. Guess its too much work for himThe Webster sucks. Stay away.
I told staff that I was out of town and told staff that didnt know whether clothes I bought for my wife would fit. The manager as well as staff were all standing at cash register and they specifically said that I could return them if they didnt fit at any time but only for store credit. Unfortunately, they did not fit and I returned with my wife to exchange for something else. She first went in and they were rude to her and said they could not! I then returned with her and again they said I could not exchange it and the manager actually accused me of lying saying they never said that. Incredibly rude and uncaring! The value of the items were not that great but their attitude and lack of customer care was appaling and embarassing. They did give me the customer complaint person who I have contacted a couple of times as well as owner with absolutely no response. Shame on them!!
What a horrible store and even worse customer experience. I have been there twice prior and both times even worse than before. What ever happened to customer service? This time I was about to enter the store and the security at the door was completely rude. Asked to put my shirt on before entering which is no problem, so i did so then he refused to reopen the door or even unlock. I hate to use the word, but he was complete a*#h&*le.Would not recommend this store to anyone. Too many options out there today to be compromising on service or customer service/integrity.
Terrible staff, I am a frequent online shopper with the Webster and was excited for my first visit to the Miami location I walked into the store and I was not greeted or asked if I needed help just a lot of staring. After looking around for 5 minutes I stepped out to call a friend because I wanted to show them where the store was as well, I made my phone call and on my way back up the steps to enter the door, two security guards blocked my way in asking if I had an appointment and what I was doing at the store. He then told me I couldn’t shop there for whatever reason I’m not sure I then proceeded to show him that all the items I was wearing that day were previously bought from the Webster then he decided to let me in. I was so mad I took two steps in before I decided to turn around a go back to my hotel that is the most disrespectful thing I’ve been through while shopping and I plan on taking this further
The staff is rude and the flamboyant owner is a bigot. Was there for a security job for a fashion show and the entire team was told not to come back. At first he said everyone was to fat, then he said to many blacks. This guy should have gone to support the kkk.
This Store Is Fashion Heaven Like Barneys NewYork But Have More Exclusive Stuff That You Wont Find Everywhere Its Designer Heaven Ask for Eric hes very helpful & will go above & beyond to help you
Worst staff, this store must just exist for show purposes. Called to inquire about earrings I wanted to pick up for a gift, it was 5 minutes to close and my inquiry was to have someone check on the stock. The “ salesperson “ could’ve taken 2 minutes to check in the systems or sales floor to see if this item which was listed online was in stock. Now I will proceed to give my business to Fendi directly. SMH - this is the problem with retail.
The Webster is a Hot Spot for Fashion and Accessories, this historical building was formally a hotel and now converted into a beautiful multi level clothing store.
Tried to order here this am, only to be “riskified” by their “private security partners”. flattering. then a curt email asking for more information so they could decide *whether to accept my order or not* (and my card had already been charged for the full amount. fun!) I called and all they wanted was another phone number and an email. They wanted me to try every phone number in my family until their little program allowed the sale. after one try, I was done. their rep claimed the measures were “due to being new in ecommerce world” “to protect ourselves and the customer.” right. never felt so judged in my life. called card security rep to make sure sale was cancelled and he laughed. good luck in the “ecommerce world” guys
Every designer you love! How do they do that? This place is amazing !!
Interesting concept of low key luxe shopping and restaurant. Shame the staff are so incredibly pretentious and cold that they make you feel like an alien. Luxury means excellent service not arrogant inpersonable lack of service.
Sales are soooo terrible!!! The worst shopping experience in Miami ever.
Sales stuff in here is a disaster, no one is really trying to sell something even include the manager. Disappointed by the trip to the oldest Webster in Miami. Should not be like that!
Horrible customer service, too pretentious. There are much better stores in Miami..
Grei is the man. Make sure to ask for him!
Bad customer care

More than 15 days ago I requested a certificate of a jewel that I bought of more than $ 10,000 from Hadar Nornberg and have not yet been able to get it.They no longer answer my emails.I do not recommend this store at least your website.
