I have no clue how this location of LF Stores is still in business! I mean its not because theyre bad its because they never seen busy. However, this location offers a lot of material for people to shop and choose from.

My must go to when I visit South Beach. They are always ahead of trends. The new location needs some organization to optimize its smaller space, but I still walked out with a bag full of clothes including some really cute overhauled vintage t-shirts and mens dress shirts that now have cute chain accents and drawstrings. Amazing!

After reading the reviews I still went to the store with an open mind. I live and work in the area and know that South Beach is not known for the best costumer service. As I entered the store I was immediately greeted by both of the young lady’s whome were folding clothing. Everyone should know what your getting yourself into in theses kind of pop shops. This isn’t your easy kind of shopping. This is where you go in with both hands to find that deal. I suggest to where a hands free hand bag like a backpack. I got right into it and found lots of gems. Since most of the items are European, the sizes are small. Lots of XS and Small’s. Once they saw my hands start to get full the girls helped me bring my things into a fitting room so I could continue shopping. They were very helpful with the prices and even suggesting things that would go well together.As I checked out I was shocked how many things I got, for such a low total. Thanks girls for your help. This is the only LF i walk into and walk out empty handed. The staff is no help and just gossip about the customers. I had one girl so focused on putting the clothes back she pushed me to move the rack and did not say excuse me. I would suggest not going to this LF, they are plenty more then to get terrible service here.

Love the clothing at this store but prices are ridiculous and staff are completely useless. Was in the store for 30 mins and no one approached me asking if I needed help. The only words that were said to me were “yes we are open” and the price of what I was purchasing when I was at the cashier. All 7 of the girls were standing around either gossiping or on their phone. Do not go to this store if you are looking for any form of even standard customer service.

Never was welcomed even with over 4 girls working. All they did was gossip about customers from the previous days or tried on clothes and didn’t help me find anything at all. After over 20 minutes they offered to make me a dressing room. I try on FIVE pairs of shorts one of each of the colors they had and none were my size but one. Afterwards the workers start following me around the store, Giving me dirty looks, and I hear them constantly whispering. Now I found more items to try on and before I get to walk into the dressing room the 40 year old looking worker tells me they counted 6 items for my first room and only got back FIVE which isn’t possible because they only had 5 colors of their denim shorts and as I said I took one of each color. So she’s accusing me of shop lifting and I open my purse which is EMPTY and she shuts up. I’m not going to buy clothes from a store full of “model” brats who are really going to accuse me of stealing when they didn’t even pay attention to me the entire time. Terrible staff who are rude and don’t make you want to shop there, ugly clothes and just an overall bad experience.
