I love going to the Nike Store on Lincoln Road. It’s a huge store with a wide selection of sportswear, sneakers and accessories. The clothing is very nicely displayed and it is easy to find what you are looking for. I have a favorite pair of running shoes that I buy from here because they fit my feet perfectly. I can always find my size and they usually have a good sale going on. I also like to browse for gifts for friends and family because they have a lot of bright colors and fun patterns. Overall, this is a great store with lots of choices.

The location is super looking from the inside as much as the out. I got my favorite pair of running shorts there and there is always some pretty cool sneakers around the shop. The staff are super friendly and helpful and you can be assured that you’ll always fun what you need.

I would give 5 stars 🌟 but most of the shoes I wanted they didnt have my size 13 or my daughter size 6.5Y or 7Y. But clean friendly staffs

I was looking right at the shoes. Wanting to try them on but no sales reps approached me. I was able to design a shoe on my phone and order it before leaving the store. No one even approached me to offer me help as I stood 2 feet infront of the shoes. Touching them, looking at them. Reading the label. Obviously I wanted to try them on but I wasnt even approached for a size.

Nike Miami beach is always a good time. Friendly staff and fire sneakers. Took my son today for the customizing and it was really a great experience and my kid loved it, he was really excited and was able to create his own one of one. It super bowl weekend here in Miami and they had a really cool Madden setup. Of course my son loved it! Highly recommend this location all year around.

Went in quick for a pick up order and it was very fast and easy. I get the air forces and it only took about 5 minutes of waiting.

Went in hoping to try on (and purchase) women’s running shoes. They have the try-on areas barricaded off and only allow a few people in at a time - although they didn’t acknowledge me as I waited. I finally gave up on waiting - and left disappointed. Then I went back to give them another chance and the same exact thing happened! I’m not asking for instant gratification, but at least some kind of “hi- we will be with you” would be nice if you’re waiting on trying on expensive sneakers… or they should expand the women’s area to accommodate more people! Definitely won’t be back here for a third time…

Just like most NIKE stores but with a twist of Miami. I came in for a shoe that NIKE release a few months prior. The employee that I spoke with mentioned that this location is one super delayed when it comes to new stock. The pair of shoes I decided on had came out a over a year ago and the employee said they got just them in. I did buy a few other things and would have bought more if they had my size. Parking isn’t free either. Place looks cool tho and next to the apple store and t mobile.

Best Nike store in the world. Three floors with amazing staff. For sure you will find Jordon collection here. Service is perfect. Stuff very helpful and nice.

80% of the location sales people have an attitude as they doing you a favor by selling the shoes. Lady manager on site is very unhelpful and rude. Few sales people are working with resellers on new releases as well.

Is it just me or is the new generation coming up lazy, disinterested, entitled brats? I buy 95% of my apparel online for this reason. I don’t want to be reminded how bad customer service is these days. But I took my chances and walk in with high hopes only to be disappointed again by the blank look on the 18 year olds face when I ask a difficult question “what size do you have in this”. Lol. C’mon I know it’s a boring job but at least fake it like you want to be there. I’ll stick with online ordering.

So, I usually do not rate any store, restaurant or any other service unless the experience was amazing or really disappointing.This situation happened numerous times at this exact location, so to explain the issue I have to go back to my previous visits as well.To me a Nike store should represent a place where you can go browse and experience the merchandise in person before you make a purchase. This means trying out and feeling the items in person so you can make the best choice for your money.More then once I have been to this store leaving disappointed because I could not find the item or they did not have the size of item I was looking for. Last time just happened, there is a brand new shoe that popped up in the Nike app that I mostly use to browse and even order items fairly often. Hoping to be able to see the shoe in person and try it out before making a purchase and then having to return it if it doesnt fit or feel well. Unfortunately they did not have not even a showcase product of the BRAND NEW NIKE SHOE MODEL! Instead, the worker told me that I should go check out footlocker and that I will probably have more luck finding the shoe there.Imagine having to go to a third party store to try out a product that is produced by someone else who does not have an item for you to see.I will probably continue buying Nike products, but I would really like this trend to be changed.

Its stylish, looked good and had great stuff that I never have seen from Nike. Nike also has really improved with their clothes, instead of sport clothes it really got a designer brand. Sort of like louis vuitton.

Last week I came to this store and it was a disappointment, a pedantic and abusive guy treated us badly all the time that we asked him for help with several pairs of shoes that we bought, they should consider if they really want to work because the guy thinks as if he does not need working as an employee should improve your treatment of clients

The store had a great selection it was hard to make up my mind. *** locals tip*** two blocks west of the store there in a Miami Beach overflow parking lot and its only $3 per hour rather then the regular price of $5 per hour for parking within Lincoln Road mall. *** If you find this review helpful please like it so others will view it***

It was nice being able to visit this place. I was able to buy 2 pairs of shoes and until now cant help looking at it, I really love it. Everything here is so authentic and all made in very high-quality materials. You can see it by how it looks and how detailed every side of the shoes I bought. Wow! Amazing! I was just so amazed.

A structure featuring modern architecture, with high ceilings and curtain-wall construction providing an unobstructed view of the outside. Every Thursday evening at 19:00 this store is host to a free community 5 k run. Very cool!

Very nice store. Two floors with a proving grounds area on the second floor. This area has a mini basketball court with a hoop so that you can get fitted to the perfect pair of shoes. Wow! Thats a first for me. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Overall nice experience. This store is worth a good once over, as you can easily enjoy an hours worth of time exploring your inner athlete or satisfying your craving for the latest trend in athletic wear.

Just bought shoes for Sundays marathon. It was a late purchase and I was in a rush. Helpful salesperson. Had the shoe I wanted (Pegasus turbo), but not the color. Ended up with black which is fine. They feel great. Price was high, but had no time to online shop for a deal. Nice, modern store and payment system.

I am very disappointed in the customer service at Nike Miami today. I’m visit from Oregon and wanted to check out the store. No greeter and as I walked upstairs there were about 7-8 Nike employees just talking to each other, sitting down and giving no service to the customers at the store shopping. As a Black Badge Nike employee that I am, I was just disappointed at the service. This has to be the worst service I got at a Nike store. Been working for the company for 14 years. Come on Miami, we got to do better. Lead by example. Team Nike.

I called and they had horrible customer service. I needed to check if they had a size and told me they cant check for a size that I have to either go there or download the app. Also, the attitude of the person on the phone was like he didnt want to help or didnt even try.
