First time I had been in a store like this. My family from New Jersey loves this place. The young guy whose name I have forgotten was extremely nice.

I love Zara stores. I always have found clothes of good quality and good prices.

The location is great if you realize you need cute outfit for the beach.Most of the staff is welcoming and friendly.

Quality style at a fantastic price. Although they wont let you try anything on during CoVid. You can try it on at home, and have 30 days to exchange if necessary.

I received excellent customer service from a floor person at the Zara store on Lincoln Road but once again it is RIDICULOUS how long you have to stand on the line to pay for or return your merchandise. Zara is making too much money. Hire more people or raise your pay wages

What an awful service! Went there to make an exchange and nobody helped me! They were more concerned about their break lunch than providing a good service, I had to approach and ask if they had what I was looking and without even looking they said NO, they act like they were busy but nobody was there at the time! I was thinking on getting something else but since they didn’t care I will take my business to another store. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

Nice smaller version of their Lincoln Rd store. they close earlier too, so keep that on mind when you go shop. great sale findings!

Terrible customer service from a terrible company that doesn’t care about their customers. They’re trying so hard to save every penny - from long lines to lack of employees to being over strict with returns and price adjustments. Shame their clothes are nice.

Arrived at 11am store doesn’t open until 12pm on a Friday!!! Very inconvenient when trying to pickup orders!!!!

Little store but great experience. Prices are really affordable. Girls that work there said they have a winter sale.Store is more organized then bigger one on Lincoln. They had only one cashier but line moves very fast.Found a lot of good things and employee in a fitting room helped me to match my outfits.Definitely recommend

The kids working here had NO interest in helping us. I finally approached the security guard who found the manager who handed me off to an employee who found the item I was interested in- which they had only in XL and wrinkled as if it had been slept in. Good price though...

My favorite store for affordable clothes and shoes...

Extremely expensive. I just went in there to see how the store was. It wasnt welcoming. The clothes were average. They didnt even have a clearance section. I dont mind shopping at high end stores if the clearance or mark downs are reasonable. As soon as I walked in, I left.

One star is too many. Clearly the 4 and 5 star ratings were employees of the place commissioned to increase the star rating at this horrendous location. There will be 8-10 employees walking around and only one on the register and they blame it on system problems. And then one person confesses oh the other girl forgot her password.... WHAT?! And management cant use the register? What? Poor management poor planning poor everything. Get it together people! In a span of waiting for 30 minutes to check out with only one item and only one person in l front of me I watched 12 people walk out of the store after waiting in line and giving up. Imagine all the lost revenue, Zara higher ups! IMAGINE! And that was only in the span of 30 minutes.

Great clothing store. Good value for your money.

DO NOT SHOP ONLINE! They will claim items delivered and refuse to help if your package is lost! Very unfair!

Horrible Service, I walked inside with a MCM back pack and I had the security guard following me around they didn’t even greet me, I asked the employees to hold my bag pack because and they he guard was making me uncomfortable and they refused! I complaint to the manager and all he said was sorry! I’ll never go back to that store not either my 30 K YouTube followers!

Rud and unprofessional managers ! I just came back from Zara, surprised since when they became the worst company. I purchase sandals on Friday, after I put them 2 times they start fall apart, logically I went today to return them and the lady manager on shift didn’t even want to do something cuz they were used off course but used for 2 times I don’t expect they they gonna last only 3 days. Than the other manager allowed me to exchange them for something else but only now today even I am 7th month pregnant coming from the doctor and I show him just did blood work I can’t do shopping now but he didn’t care. I left with the damage sandals and I would never ever come back here. I live around this area I heard they stuff in this store is rude and unprofessional but I didn’t expect this to happened to me . So disappointed, worst experience ever, if I am I ll put -1 star !

I am giving it 3 stars instead of 2 because the appearance of the store might have been affected by the hurricane when i visited. However, the store lacked in service, appearance and prices compared to stores from other states. I dont believe the hurricane had anything to do with that.

They closed the doors 15min early before closing time, give you an attitude when trying to exchange something, and think since you dont look Hispanic you dont understand Spanish when they are talking about you as they process your exchange, at least this location left a salty taste from me purchasing at Zara.

I was in the store and no one greeted me once I spoke to the manager o received excuses. My sister tried on an outfit, the salesperson told her to put the clothes back on the hanger once done. Insulting. What in the world.
