Complete rip off. I purchased 2 shirts, came to over 100$ because of “tax”No refunds... they didn’t tell me a price..... they charged before I could say Nevermind, one of the worst experiences I’ve had as a tourist.... don’t get me wrong I understand the hustle of making money but this store completely screws people over.

Like everyone else is saying, they’re intentionally trying to scam you. Will try to distract you, offer you a t-shirt promotion for $8.99 when they’re actually overcharging you and will not volunteer your total or give you a receipt. Four t-shirts I could get at any other beach shop for $15 bucks a pop cost me over $200 dollars! Stopped by right before the airport and didn’t realize until I was already back home Do not go here unless you want to seriously cut your faith in humanity.

IF YOUR VISITING MIAMI ON VACATION, DO NOT SHOP HERE! We were charged $102 for two T-shirts, and a stuffed animal and didnt realize it till we got home and checked the receipt. When I asked the manager he said their was a 4% tax for debit card, then the T-shirts we were told were $19 he told us we were charged $19 for the shirt and $25 for the design, so we were charged almost $60 for a cheap iron on print shirt. This place is a straight rip off.

Sales rep distracts you with prices while a man punches it into the register. Total was WAY overpriced for the deals she mentioned, and unfortunately I hadn’t noticed until we had already made it home. Disappointed and will not be returning. Please stay away.

I can see why this store has a very low rating.. they sell you clothes with stains and when you show a receipt to exchange item,, they say no.. horrible customer service, no masks, man smoking from pipe. Keep walking and save your money!!

Literally just left here five minutes ago! Exactly what all of the comments say on this thread I guess it’s my fault for not reading or checking the reviews ahead of time but we literally just got ripped off and they try to say that I stole a pair of flip-flops which I never touched and the only items that I have is what the man put in my bag and charge me $437.27!

I got robbed. Total ripoff. Stay away from this place. This place should be closed due to unethical behavior and lack of truth in advertising. The sales associate tells you the price for a shirt and the smallest decal and then when you pay for your item, it’s 10x more than you expected. We were told the shirt and iron on decal would be $15 plus $8.99. 3 shirts ended up costing over $100. My brother in law got 3 shirts and ended up costing $165. Other places were half the price. I will never return and will let others know not to go to this place. The sales associates are nice until you dispute how much each item cost.

Beautiful displays! Yes they are very expensive!! But my sister and I were treated with the BEST and I mean ABSOLUTE BEST customer service EVER!!! Even had a small issue with my card and they were able to work around it for my sister and I, definitely would recommend if you have time and money to spend !! I see the bad reviews on here but if you can’t afford to shop in Miami then you don’t need to be here 💁🏼‍♀️ if I could give 100 stars I would! LOVE IT HERE

This may have been my worst experience in a store. They were extremely friendly and personable, but not up front about how things are priced. They come across like sly street vendors who do not take your best interest into consideration but are there to rip you off. I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt but beware, this place is a rip off.

I had to fight with the manager for 45 minutes demanding a refund after being incredibly overcharged. He and his staff are con artists and the lady in the front end had the audacity to call my wife a liar to my face. These people need to be shut down. What the man rings up is twice as much as what the price tags are. He didnt tell us what we owed, the register is jacked to not show you your total, and he didnt want to give us our receipt initially. We were charged $208 for $120 worth of merchandise. I made him give me the price of every single item and added it on a calculator in front of him and ONLY because there was a $15 difference did he admit defeat and refunded $80. He didnt want me to keep the original receipt but I took it anyway, as proof to my bank in case the charges dont come off pending.

You have to really pay attention they will rob you if you let them. They don’t ring nothing up just add everything up and don’t tell you a total. He makes his own prices. I will never recommend this place.

Was supposed to get a sweatshirt for $9.99 plus 2 t-shirts and a custom swiss knife. The only reason I bring up the price is because at the checkout I was charged almost $20 more for the sweatshirt alone. The cashiers reason was because it was on display. However, the sweatshirt was in the center of a clothing rack. Disgraceful and very disappointing. I do not recommend to anyone. They try to suck every penny from you.

Not to sound like a Karen but I bought some beach towels. Price tag was nowhere to be seen, and they never gave me a receipt. Checked my bank account and saw that they charged me $103 for items that Dollar Tree would have sold with better quality for $5. Please please please do not go here if you value your money, time, and good businesses. These people are low life scammers. Lesson learned! I really wanted to go back in there and throw some hands, but against my will and SO’s advice I had to be the better person! Will be filing a complaint to the Better Business Bureau of Florida.

Buyers Beware!!! Do not fall for the free shirt promotion. Was told a certain shirt was part of the sale when it really wasn’t. Ended up paying over $40 what we should have. They tried to tell us they could not credit us the proper amount we were owed. Cashier/owner blamed sales associate for mistake. Also, the receipts are not itemized, don’t know what you even paid for!!! Total scam.

They are scamming people to buy some clothes in sale and when u do, u only get it, if u buy some prints to t-shirt ...really?? that is not a way to do a business,dont go there ever!

If I could give the place a 0, I would. Bought 2 button shirts and 3 t-shirts 1 Free. Total 5 shirts paid $300. The button shirts were supposed to be $70 and $40. T-shirts 2 for $25...... total should have been $160. Very misleading, tourist scammers. BEWARE!!!You can get the same shirts with same logos already on them at the flea market, better quality too, for 5 for $10..

Complete scam! They do on demand screen printing, but they deceptively hide the price of the print on a small sign which they DON’T tell you about until AFTER they print them! I bought two screen-printed t-shirts for a total of $100 which I thought were 2 for $25!!!! Absolute rip off. There are plenty of junkie souvenir shops around. Avoid this one at all costs!

Im rating this a 1 only because I cant go negative. Terrible business. The moment you walk in they are trying to sell you on merchandise without giving you space to browse on your own. i tried to exchange something less than 24 hours after purchase since they do no refunds at all. They denied my exchange because the tag was no longer on it but I had the receipt. I ad decided it was too big after wearing it for a moment and decided to take it back. The manager originally said it was fine then after a sales woman talked with her she came back saying I had worn it they saw me leave wearing it and I couldnt exchange it anymore. Very rude. Only want your money one way or another. Ask you 10x before checking out if u want another tshirt or look here is a cute bracelet. Also read on here about multiple unauthorized credit card charges. Go down the block a couple feet to halos.

Always look at the price of the thing your buying and add it up yourself with tax included or else you will be charge waaaay over when I got home I added up everything I got plus 2 free shirts promotion i asked for the price 3 times but was ignored I finally paid it was 200 and now that I’m home I added it all up because it didn’t make sense at the store well the total I got was around 130 taxes included soooo yeah do your math before you leave that store I basically paid 18 for each item in this store and most items

What a scam! From the moment you walk in you are practically stalked by the pushy sales associates. Don’t fall for the T-shirt “promotion” it’s a total scam! Associate tells you as you are walking to check out that you have enough items to get a T-shirt (up to 4) for free and you can pick a print from the wall to add to the plain shirt for $8-$12 each. After picking three shirts to have prints added to, my total came out to $200!! For 3 shirts and a couple of shot glasses, and key chains? I don’t think so, we had who I am assuming is the owner/ manager ring up our other items separately and asked for our total which was $65. So instead of charging $8-$12 for the printed T-shirt she tried charging us $45 each!!!! Unbelievable, luckily my boyfriend and I were aware that we were being seriously overcharged for the three items and were about to walk away from the sale. The blonde lady ringing us up told us she had already customized and printed the shirts for us, trying to insinuate that we were obligated to purchase the shirts. My boyfriend and I said we would absolutely not pay that price for the shirts, and we worked her down almost $100. How could one quote $200 and then be so willing to discount the purchase to nearly half off? Money grubbing and definitely looking to take advantage of unaware shoppers! Watch out and AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!

The guys are great, got great recommendations of site seeing, everything is beautiful in the store, they try there best to help you out and find what your looking for and what fits you, prices are reasonable and great will be coming back for more next time Im in town

They charged me $33 for a hat that was supposed to be $10. The cashier didn’t tell me how much he charged me until after he ran my credit card. I was very upset. He didn’t care. Please don’t support this shop that is ripping people off.

If I can give no stars I would. Beware of this store. They are criminals. They tell you everything is 50% off and a woman distracts you while the man rings up a ridiculous price for your items. They charged me without my knowledge $200 for items they told me were $50. Do NOT shop here!!!!

I stopped in to purchase a couple beach towels, which had no price tags. The manager kept asking where I was from. For whatever reason, she quickly assumed I was a German tourist and I didnt correct her (Im actually from the United States). When I took the towels up to the cashier, she told me the total price was $109.98...for two beach towels! I laughed at her and walked away, leaving the towels on the counter. She told me to stop and said she would talk to the manager about offering me a discount. I continued laughing and left. Walgreens (just about a block north) sold the exact same towels for $12.99 each. Avoid this place. Go to Walgreens.

This place will rob you, my mother and I came to this place at the end when we were going to pay the owner the Brazilian lady didnt tell us the total just ask for the money, when we notice we did our own calculation and she had charged us way more than what we added, we went to ask and she was very very rude and got mad, she ended up raising the prices that she had in there, and didnt offer to give us our money back instead she gave us a key chain, i really dont recommend this place they will rob you

A scam, the Cuban who attends tells you a very high price, she makes herself look good with great discounts and sells you garbage. I paid 20 dollars for the water shoes in the photo. On the 3rd day, she spent the sole and did not use it to run a marathon. The worst quality Chinese merchandise. It deserves a closure for scam. Be very careful not to be fooled. If you want to be cheated, this store is just the perfect place. The first time 1.5 years ago, when buying a mountain of souvenirs, they tried to cheat me almost 3 times. We counted it together - oh, a mistake. Well, anything can happen. But todays visit to this store showed that this was not a mistake, but a policy of working with clients. They tried to cheat me when buying one towel, the price of which the seller personally announced to me. Im talking math. A towel from the seller (no price tag) $ 14. At the checkout, it suddenly becomes 17.5. I ask what the nafig - the aggression begins - these are Taxes. Please use a calculator. The first attempt is 14 + 7% = 14, 98. No, you misunderstood me, it is not 14, it is 14.99 that is 15.
