I went to this store yesterday and I have nothing to complain about. I was well attended to the store was with a great perfume, before giving me what I bought everything was vaporized and very well wrapped. I was happy with the service. I just did not find varieties of the products, that was a small defect. I could have bought more.

Appalling customer service experience. No body answers emails, or phones after so many attempts. I had to reach out to their Instagram team in Brazil so they can tell lazy Katharina in Miami from the customer service team to actually do her job and answer customers... of course only when it has become way too late... they take no responsibility. Your tag line: “as soon as possible” should be changed to “as soon as Katharina feels like it” because right now Katharina doesn’t feel like it.

I loooove this brand! I was attended by Albina who showed me some of the keys pieces that i might like in the collection and ended up buying more than i planned!

Worst customer service experience in my life!This store doesn’t accept ANY returns but won’t let their customers know this information upfront. The policy is printed in the receipt, which is given to you AFTER your purchase went through. That’s something I never experienced in my life. You SHOULD tell your customers your no-return BEFORE they pay so they can decide either to accept it or not. I hope this store goes out of business for trying to lure their customers. Avoid it at all costs.

Rude airheads.

I just went to buy a dress. The clerks don’t care about the customers AT ALL! Almost impolite and snobbish! They sold me a crumpled dress and with a bad smell of storeroom!

I bought a pair of pants that broke after using them one day (the fabric was like paper and broke in the middle). I bring them back to the store to have them replaced or to be reimbursed. They refused to do so and insisted that i come back another time when the manager was present. I explained that I was leaving the country and pleaded them to help me. The two shop assistants became rude and I left. I have been a fan of their clothes and their shops in Brazil. Those days are over.

I have been shopping from this company last couple of months and i purchased a lot of thingsi wouldnt even give one starits over priced and quality of the material horrible after washing one time most of my t-shirts got shorter and tighter i mentioned this to store workers they didnt even care i even sent e mail to their head office no one repliedalso their customer service is terrible i ended up going back twice for exchange and they get so rude when you ever do that.rude people and rude service never go there again . i dont recommend to any one its not worth it

The staff was very rude. They dont care at all about the customers, service and communication. The most arrogant staff I have ever encountered. will never buy anything from their stores ever again.

Apparently if the manager is not in.. nothing can be done besides purchases! A bunch of people staring at you with no answers! So weird!
