I came into this store to purchase a gift for a friend. I was very impressed with how organized this store was. The staff was very friendly and courteous and were very eager to offer assistance when needed. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

I should have gotten some pictures of this fantastic store and store location. Some many great patterns and Nick nacks. When you walk in its a welcome like no other store on the Lincoln Blvd mall. This is an outdoor mall sparks.... Its an outdoor mall.

I absolutely love this store. It has a variety of vintage items and clothes. There are also facial products. Things are cheap, but if you purchase something, it is worth it.

My favorite UO store. I love them all but this one seems to always have the best stuff. I just went there a couple weeks ago and got some really cute tops which felt really high quality.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE, we place an order on friday and we made a mistake on the shipping address, so we called same day to cancel the order or modify the address, friday was closed so we call on saturday, was not shipped yet and they say to us that we need to wait to be shipped so the can re route the package to the right address, cant cancel, cant modify, so today sunday we have an email saying that the order was shipped, the tracking shows that the label was only created but not shipped, so the order for sure is in their warehouse, but customer service said to us that is shipped by usps so cant do nothing to change the address, i need to try to found my package in the wrong address, also talked with SHANA, the supervisor, and they dont want to work or their system is very deffective, i cant believe how they lie, they say wrong things and they cant do nothing

Terrible costumer service, I was there today, bought a few items and asked for $100 gift certificate, the cashier girl had no idea what I was talking about, neither did the manager. I just left..
