As a customer it is my responsibility to state my experience.Over all It was very unpleasant from start to finish. Except that the work has not yet been fully finished. In addition to that, I have already made payment for said work.Do not get me wrong Jeff seems like a great guy to the fullest but, totally had no control over his time frame, he over promised and under delivered with out a doubt.The biggest downfall for me is when I am told that it would take less than one day and it ended up taking FOUR DAYS at the shop. Definitely notacceptable! Especially when I had to keep calling asking when my truck would be ready.The work that has been done so far was not partially done correctly. If Im going to spend more than $4.000! here I expect a good job. Every time I call I get the runaround and it is frustrating.Below is the work that was done which took 4 Days:- New AMP boards which took 3Hr.- Remove Air lift kit which took them 1Hr.- Adding New Tires. N/A on time- Adding a Light strip at the tail gate. 1Hr.As Jeff is turning in the truck to me 4 Days later, I spotted the following:- AMP board wiring hanging underneath the truck.- Amp board wiring hanging underneath brake paddle.- Light strip un leveled and connected incorrectly.Below is the said work that was not complete:- They NEVER added the bump stops which Jeff said he would!- Light strip installed incorrectly!- Here is a funny one. I raised my concern about the issue regarding the light strip not being strait. Jeff literally gave me double sided tape to what apparently he expected me to fix it. Since after Four days at the shop wasnt long enough he said to me Hold the tape and bring it in next time and I will fix the connection alsoIll tell you one thing. If I have to bring my truck back literally after a week at the shop even AFTER PAYING! That is bad business...Here is another funny one, I am still waiting on that call from Jeff or Mark.They promised they would call back about the bump stop and pigtail connection

Took my truck to get a level kit installed they gave it back with out alignment so I had to take it back then the second time they lowed my truck back to stock claiming it had to be lowered because it wasent aligning correctly I took it somewhere else they lifted it back up and got it right on the first try ….I wouldn’t recommend this place

Got a great wheel and tire package for an unbeatable price. They also installed my lift. They do get very busy (understandable with their level of customer service) but are very worth the time. I will definitely be coming back.

Im pretty happy with these guys. Called for a quote on a level for my F150. They got it in the next day, had the parts on hand and got it out by close of business the same day. And let me tell ya Im a stickler for my alignment being dead on center and these guys are probably the first place Ive been to that actually centered the track and the steering wheel to my liking. Im definitely impressed. The price was in line with everyone else and they were upfront with the level possibly not being enough to eliminate my rubbing issues and gave me pricing and options if that didnt work. Ill definitely go back and reccomend them for anyone looking for tires and lift services.

Highly recommend. LSA recently put a level and wheels/tires on my F-150. Pricing was great and customer service was even better. Manny showed me all parts prior to the install and sent me pictures with updates. Rather than telling me what wouldnt work on my truck, they provided an alternative when choosing my step up. Great shop and will do business with them again.

It is pretty expensive here. I took a wheel to them to have it repaired but I was told in a couple of days that it could not be repaired. They have yet to give me a refund of this expensive service. After I get it worked out I will review them again.

Manny and his crew really knows their stuff and when we asked for 20’s in the back and 18’s in the front, they made it happen and the car sits real nice now! We shopped around and Lone Star was by far the best. Thank You Lone Star Accessories!

Manny and the guys at Lone Star Accessories did an excellent job installing a 6 inch lift kit and bull bar on my son’s 2017 Toyota Tundra. He did it promptly and the price was very competitive. A couple weeks later, we purchased spacers for the wheels and took the truck over without an appointment. Manny squeezed us in and installed them at no cost.You rarely, if ever, see this kind of customer service. I would only go to Lone Star for truck accessories and installation. Hands down they are the best in the business - outstanding quality and service!!

Let me first say I’ve never left a review online before. The customer service, turnaround time, and competitive price led me to have to give these guys 5 stars. I brought my new truck in for a leveling kit (which was quoted almost double the price from a competitor) and Manny had me out same day. No stress and no BS. My husband hit a curb and our car was towed to Lone Star accessories,they put new wheels all 4 of them which we didnt ask for. They picked out the ones they wanted on my car, so my husband asked for the wheels that were originally on the car and the owner said that they were at his house. I dont like the ones that are on our car now and one of the new tires keep going low and my husband took the car back over there and told the owner about it and he had one of his workers look at it and he said that there was nothing wrong with it. We took it to another shop and they said that the censor was bad.Now the low tire light will not go off. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!

They were able to quote the install of me leveling kit on line and pair it up with the perfect set of tire for the new height. I dropped it off Saturday morning and was able to pick it up that night! Young lady at the front desk provided great customer service.

As their name implies, they get a Lone Star for this review. They ordered all of my parts and got great deals on them then the chaos started. The owner told me he sold my tires because half of my lift kit wasnt in and he was just going to reorder them, this pushed install back a week. The tires didnt come in yet, this pushed it back another week. They got it done and the suspension was overly loose plus THEY PUT THE WRONG STRUTS ON. There was another customer in the shop at one point who they also used the wrong equipment on. I took it in and they fixed the suspension issue but I was told that nothing was wrong with it, despite seeing them and hearing them use an impact wrench going to town on it then it not having the issues again. The brakes started to sporadically drag after they installed the lift kit (this replaces the brake lines and causes the brakes to need to be bled). I took my truck in and they messed around with it then said everything was okay. Continued to drag and overheat so I took it back. They reset the ABS. Brakes continued to drag and overheat. I took it to another shop and found out that the brake lines had never been properly bled due to a bleeder valve being broken and the brake lines were faulty. By this time extensive damage had occurred to my truck due to the heat. I took the letter from the other shop with the 1200+ dollars I had spent over and Jeff (the owner) told me that they would talk to the manufacturer and if they didnt reimburse me that he would via their insurance. Guess what, I was never able to get in touch with him again. I stopped by 2 times, sent text messages, called, and emailed. I didnt even bill them for the rotors needing to be replaced or the 10K mile at the time pads being worn down and needing to be replaced. They have countered my dispute. Its not going to do them any good in the end with another shop calling them out. Needless to say I do not recommend these guys. I would say they do have being extremely nice as a plus; however, I was lied to on top of being given the run around and that is inexcusable.

Stayed open all Saturday night just to take care of my wife needs! Cant say enough about service like this! I run a business myself and its really good to know that people like him still exist!

I went to Lone Star to have my tires rotated and balanced before going out of town. When I got on the freeway at a speed of 65 to 70 mph, I noticed my vehicle shaking. I called Lone Star to tell them what was happening but got no one, so I left a message. No one called me back the whole weekend. I had to have my tires re-balanced once I made it to my destination. I could only drive 60 mph which made my trip longer. When I got back in town I went to LS and gave them the receipt for having tires re-balanced... Manny wanted to help but had to reach out to owner first. To this day I have not heard from the owner to re-imburse me for the extra expense after I went there a second time. I dont think Ill be going back.

I used to always go here for any type of flats. I would even recommend them. As for this morning, they have lost me as a customer. I drove in for a flat. They put me a patch and charged me $15 dollars. I should of had Gieco send someone to my house. My father is a mechanic they saw a woman and took advantage of me and said when I brought it to there attention that it is because of the parts are getting more expensive from China. Never again. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. Plus I leave and when my computer reset itself they did not even fill with the correct air pressure and left me with 10 pounds less than the other 3.
