As much as I prefer to do my own automotive work, sometimes I just dont have the time. I went to Bob at Firestone for a simple full synthetic oil change. He was the most reasonably priced and had my car done in a fair amount of time. A simple, reliable experience.

They are so professional and courteous. I used them for all car needs.

STOP!!! DON’T GO HEREThis was by far the worst experience I have had at a Firestone. I have been going to Firestone for years now. I asked for a full synthetic oil in my vehicles due to the fact that it last longer. Instead they put a blend in it. I told the owner that I didn’t want that oil he then choose to belittle me and harass me about how it’s not his fault it was his employees and offered no “true” resolution. They also decided to install a part that we didn’t agree upon without my permission and then told me after I finished paying. He was EXTREMELY rude!!

I love working with Bob and Sam. They are always extremely honest and source the best parts. I love my older Toyota’s and these guys source Aisin and Denso parts by default. You don’t get that quality with other shops.

Charged me for work that they did not do.I have pictures to show the work is not done. They just put grease over it to make it harder to see. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

Called Firestone to place an appointment for four tires, Service manager tooked down my tire size and assure me he has tires in stock. I took off work two hrs early to make my appointment.When I get there,I wait ten minutes,only to be told we cant do tire change today,you will have to come back. Very inconvenient, inconsistent and unreliable Firestone.Why make an appointment if you cant fulfill it. Dont come to this Firestone for service, they will only disappoint you. Bad for business.

My husband took my car get an oil change they told me on the phone up to five quarts it 70.91 with tax. Mr. Bob told me I can use the 15 dollar discount. His brother said he applied the discount and I was like how if my price still came out to the price I was quoted on the phone. Mr. Bob going tell me they had to add an extra quart of oil and his bother did not explain that to my husband. My option is he put on the paper he add an extra quart of oil to make the price go back up to the original price. This is not how business should be done this is consider poop customer service and highway robbery.

Will NEVER go back there. Customer service terrible. Told me one price and charged me another. Wait time too long for an oil change and no line. NOT only that, forgot what other customers requested because he was too busy being nosey and rude.

Sami and his brother Bob are knowledgeable and their pricing is always fair. I have conducted business with them several times over the years and they have never disappointed me. I believe they are honest in their assessments and recommendations for service. They do not recommend unnecessary repairs and they use quality parts. Mike, the head mechanic is awesome to work with as well. I highly recommend this shop for your auto repair needs.

DONT GO HERE!!Very poor costumer service, even from the owner himself. They are aggressive and extremely rude. They also install items without disclosing to the owner first and expect you to pay it regardless.

Had a great experience! I had a last minute repair before driving to Georgia and they squeezed me in and worked with the warranty on the parts! Mechanics even stayed past closing to get me fixed up so I could have it back the same day before my trip!! Thank you Firestone for helping keep my kids safe on the road!!

I brought my truck in for service, new tires, brakes, and oil change. They over torqued the axles and snapped the lug nuts, causing me to almost lose my tires while driving. I would give them less than 1 star if it was an option. Do not bring your vehicle here for service!

I came in last minute with a dead battery. They went ahead and tested the battery to see if it might be some other problem, which it wasnt. They had exactly what I needed to get back on the road, and did it in a timely fashion. Moreover, the gentleman helping me was kind and friendly. Cant ask for much better than that!

We have had both our cars serviced / repaired exclusively here since they opened and could not be happier with sales and service. The work is done perfectly the first time and they are exceedingly fair & honest with their prices. I had new struts put on my Ford Explorer and the price came back $90.00 less than the estimate which is a great example of Bob and Sammy commitment not only to great work but their honesty . This is the only place I will ever have my vehicles serviced/repaired.

The tires and service are good to go. However if you try to redeem your tire warranty at a real Firestone they will not honor it.This store is just a tire retailer who sells Firestone tires.NOT a real Firestone shop.

I took my car in to have my suspension looked at as well as a serpentine belt. After diagnosis I was told my two front struts would have to be replaced and suspension worked on. I had my right strut replaced and suspension work done less than a year ago at a collision repair shop. I took my car to the Collison center today and a mechanic found nothing wrong with either front strut. So basically this Firestone tried to rip me off by lieing to me. Another reason to never visit a Firestone. Thanks for saving me any future trip to this store. Shame on you....

My experience has been wonderful. I came in to have a battery replaced and terminal for the battery cable. They took me and showed me what the problem was. My terminal was in really bad shape and they managed to avoid replacing the entire cable. Their customer service is outstanding and they explained all my options in detail so that I could decide what course of action was best for me and my budget. I actually had options! Huge points. Ill definitely be back.

In and out in no time! This was the fastest oil change Ive had in years. You cant use Firestone coupons here because theyre a franchise, but the prices are still reasonable and you get great customer service.

At my favorite service center getting the ride hooked up so I can be ready to hit this road. Excellent Customer care at this location. The owner is very honest, fair and informative. Highly recommended! Also, I always just walk right in, no appt. They always work quickly to get you in and out, which impresses me. You can have an appt at other places and still be waiting over an hour for an oil change.

I was worried comng in but I came in and noticed that they do good work. He let me see my old brakes while they were still on the car, i asked a few questions, he answered them without hesitation. Im knowledgeable enough to know he is knows his stuff. All in all a great experience.

Room for improvements

I took my 2005 Infiniti G 35 here to get my gasket fixed maybe over a year ago. I was kind of skeptical because of the reviews but they seemed to do a pretty good job. I recently brought my wife’s 2019 Infiniti here because of a simple leak in the tire. The guy at the front desk I think his name is Sam came out and I pointed out which tire it was and he took a look at it sprayed some water on it to find the leak. He said it would be an hour so I had my wife to pick me up. When I came back I was told that they could not find the leak and it could have been because of dirt between the tire and the rim. So they just cleaned it off. I was charged $20. My wife went back to her car and the pressure was still reading low. I told Sam about it and he agreed that they worked on the wrong side. Sam went into the shop and then there was another manager there. I ask him if I can get my $20 back and if this can be done for free because of the inconvenience. He got mad saying that I am Trying to use him and he would not do it for free. I told him it was only $20 and That would be the right thing to do because you were going to send Me home on something that was not fixed. After saying that he got completely irate and gave me my money back and told me that he does not need my business and told his mechanics to put the tire back on. Of course I had some words with him but kept it clean but I’ve never saw a businessman treat a customer like this . This guy had too much pride for a simple mistake. If you are looking for a complete professional service experience I would not recommend. I do however wish this shop well. Hopefully they can change. God bless!

I have worked on cars many years and I am pretty knowledgeable about them, these guys here seem to be complete idiots when it comes to the simplest things. Had to take my car elsewhere after arguing with them for 30 minuets and getting under the rack showing them how to do something. Had to pay another shop to get the work done. I would only trust them with things like oil and tire changes.

Never have had a problem with Bob and Sami. They give reasonable pricing and use quality parts. I’ve besn working with cars for years and if I can’t figure out my issues, they always figure it out. As for the negative reviews....I don’t think people are really rating the service and know what they’re talking about. They work fast and treat customers like family. People just seem mad because they didn’t get their way.

I went to this Firestone for a simple valve cover gasket work. About a month after they worked on it I noticed my car was smoking. I wasnt sure if that was related to the work they did, so I took my car to a dealership and a private mechanic and they both told me whoever did the valve cover gasket didnt use the right parts. I brought it back to them and they apologized and told me that one of the parts they ordered was simply received in bad condition, and they worked on it and said the problem was fixed. A week later I noticed the same problem. The owner at the dealership told me my gasket cover was still missing the necessary parts, and that he would be happy to speak to Firestone to help them fix the problem. A little frustrated at this point, I went back to them and told them. Now, I dont know much about cars, so I got the owner of the dealership on the phone, hoping he could let Firestone know exactly what they missed. The Firestone manager adamantly refused to speak to him, and said they will handle things. I told them I wasnt going to go through this again. If they werent willing to speak to the one guy that can help them resolve the problem, I wanted them to refund my money. They refused.I contacted Firestone headquarters and found out that they werent even a Firestone company. They are an independently owned company that was simply selling Firestone products and using the Firestone name to give false assurance to customers. As a result, Im now screwed out of my money. Ive lost valuable time from work, and my valve cover gasket is much worse than before.Do yourself a favor. Find a better, more reliable auto repair shop.

I will not be returning you to this place for any car repairs. Ive Had The Mark of my car before and I thought I had a trust built with them. I took my car there to get an oil change and ask them to also check the transmission fluid. I left there thinking that have done everything. The car started acting funny not going into gear when it was supposed to so I checked the transmission fluid. None in it. I called up there they assured me that there. I checked it or else he would have been fired if he had not have. Sure enough I go up there and this time I watch him check the transmission fluid. None in there not one drop. I had to go by the transmission fluid and I put it in for me. I had another problem after that and took the car up there and once again they tried to rip me off telling me it was going to cost $800 to get my car fixed. Im done with this place. Will never go again to another Firestone.

This is definitely the last time I come here. This guy will try to nickel and dime you for everything. Asked him to check my cabin air filter and he said he may have to charge for additional labor. Took almost 2 hours to get an oil change done.

These people are rude and due a horrible job. I bought tires with road hazard from them last year. I had a nail in my tire and brought it for repair, after driving on the highway my car made a horrible noise and shook. My husband took the tire off and noticed that they failed to balance the tire. When we took the tire back the owner/ manager ( whatever he was) got very defensive and then told us he would not fix the tire. Note that I am 8 1/2 months pregnant and this is how they treat customers. This could have caused serious injury to me and my child. PLEASE DO NOT THIS COMPANY

My car was damaged during an oil change. The mechanic admitted he caused the damage to me in front of the owner Bob and Bob did nothing. Bob stated the issued would have occured anyway? The damage to my car occured while in Bobs care, in his shop! There were finger prints all over the damaged area of my car from either the mechanic or Bobs attemp to fix it (to no avail)? But the owner Bob failed to mention this damage when I payed for his services. Bob offered no repair option when I questioned what happened to my car and we knew they were responsible? I own two businesses and I consider my customer ethics vital to my livelihood as a business owner. My car is an older Cadillac (2003 CTS) but I keep it in excellent mechanical condition inside and out. Over 1 1/2 hours for an inspection, oil change and tire repair (I question this one). Only one person was ahead of us and he complained that it was taking to long for his car repair. Stay Away From This Place!! I will inform all my family and friends to stay away.

I should have stuck with Take 5 oilchange. This place is ok, service was short and didnt offer much such as top ups and and additional services like vacume, clean windows etc.Not to mentioned the waiting room is hot as hell. I am litterly sweating here.When it comes to hospitality they are very brief and dont conversate much.I give this place at 2 would be 3 if it wasnt so hot.Ok so now I am in my car and there is stains on my seat from the guy that drove my car. Damn this place sucks. And I just found out its a franchise...makes sense on why the service sucks.

Had a set of wheels un-mounted and I watched the worker scratch 2 of my VERY expensive rims, then the manager tried to claim they were already scratched and would not even refund my money much less pay to repair or replace the 2 scratched wheels. Even they got lifetime alignment when I go second time they could give me the report, gives me an answer that the ink is low . When I demand for writing the reports of my alignment . Still they are careless . I would not recommend anyone to go their .
