They did a wonderful job overall. We used our insurance and paid the deductible. Only gripe was we were Initially was told it was going to be done on a Friday but ended up being Tuesday. I understands there is delay due to parts and such but I had to adjust another car due to timing. But when you see the final product you wouldn’t complain because of the great work they did.

Just doing another post for B and D paint and body in Mesquite. We had a little accident with our BMW, a piece of plate glass shattered on the hood, scratched it all over as the pics show. We took it up, and spoke with Blake, he took care of it, with complete confidence. When we picked the car up as in my previous review the car looked amazing the hood was fantastic. There was one or two little spots when I first got there Blake noticed but you had to look really hard to see them, I don’t know how he did, I’m not sure the majority of people would have noticed them. He said give me another day and we’ll get these buffed out and redone which course we did and the hood is amazing. Can’t say enough about how B and D treats their clients as if they were family, their clients vehicles as if they were their own. Everyone at this company is a total professional from how they act (which is genuine) to the work they do. Do yourself a favor, if there is any auto bodywork you need go there at least to talk to them. Give them a chance and I know that will be your go to Paint & Body for all your needs. These are not photoshopped pictures, just took them on a nice day.

Bobby and his team always do a great job on our cars. Every time I have been in a fender bender I take my cars to B & D. They are professional, quick, and my cars always look brand new. Thank you B & D for doing such a superb job on my Lexus GS 350.

I have been doing business with B&D for years. If there are any negative reviews for this place DONT BELIEVE THEM!! I have never had one single problem with this place. The work that comes out of here is better than some high end body shops that I have seen. I will ONLY do business here for any body or paint work. Period!!! P.S. First let me start off by saying that amazing customer service and attention to detail are very important to me.And from what I have experienced from this companys owner, staff, and management they have surpassed my expectations.The reason I came here was mostly due to the previous reviews I was reading, and the fact I did not want to take my car to an assembly line establishment that just wants to get the car out as fast as possible. I wanted to take my car to a shop that cares and enjoys the work they do as well as treat their customers like they care and provides quality work! I am glad I made the right choice in bringing in our family vehicle to B&D paint and body. It’s a choice I don’t regret in the least. And if I have any other needs I will for sure return here.

Brought my car to them as requested by their sponsored insurance company, and noticed they were more concerned about their online ratings than their customers (who are the reason for the rating they have in the first place ).The guy ignored everything I told him, didnt even want to see the papers from the insurance company themselves that I had for him, but then listened to the same words mentioned earlier when they came through my father.He then tried to have my father side with him saying, he understands, (implying that I didnt) when he did not say the same things to my father that he said to me earlier. Mind you, my father is not the customer, nor does he own the car. I am, and, I do.Then at the end he tried to blame the insurance company saying they didnt expect me to leave the car, which when I talked to them, that is EXACTLY what they expected. They even already had my rental car confirmation number available and sent over a week prior to the appointment. He did not do what they expected him to do bottom line. Any employee who will tell a customer that he doesnt want to do something that was requested by his sponsors then blatantly feels the need to mention to a customer that their rating online is somewhere between a 4.6 and 4.9 and that is this work could make the ratings drop is clearly implying to potential customer that your service is not worth more value than my ratings.He did not explain himself thoroughly and I was within my rights to be upset.It took an hour to get get him to do what he was supposed to do, followed by me telling him in the end, the insurance company is waiting on you. While he was arguing that he wasnt sure this would get approved, acting quite doubtful, the company was already waiting on him to send in his adjustments to cut the check. If only he would just have looked at the documents instead of being stubborn. Dont give me lip, just do the adjustments like they wanted you to do.It did not even take 3 hours, after he sent the pictures, for them to tell me what check I should expected in the mail asap. And 2 of those hours were simply because the insurance agent wasnt yet in the office. The employee at this shop was the holdup. Not the insurance company.

My truck looks like brand new. I had some extensive damage down the left side of my truck. The process was very smooth with the insurance company and B&D handled the supplemental and explained the process to me. Brannon Long did my paint work and I am just amazed at how good it looks. Cant recommend these guys enough!

This place is rad!! They did a super fast quote upon me dropping by. Other places wouldnt do so unless I had an appointment. B&D is great! They fixed our bumper which had a football sized dent with large crack in it. It was repaired and looks brand new! The paint job is amazing! You cant even tell any work was completed. I have been in two situations where I have taken my car to B&D for corrective repairs because the initial repairs were done poorly at the first shop that I took my car to. B&D did a great job on my vehicle each time. Bobby and his staff are awesome! I highly recommend.

Definitely the best body shop in the city. They take care of the paperwork, they deal with the adjusters, and no cheap, low quality jobs. This location is considered the overflow location of their main location a couple of miles east. Still, same respect and level of care. Dont get ripped of from that other body shop that self proclaimed itself King ;)Bring you business to B&D, you wont be disappointed.I am giving a proud 4 stars to B&D. Only thing that would make this place absolutely perfect would be if they had their own in-house vehicle rentals. Most people do carry rental on their auto policies, you may as well get in on that too. Having vehicle rental would essentially make B&D a full concierge service center.I am challenging you Bobby to make it happen.Keep up the great work everyone.

This is my official car place; I dont trust ANYONE or ANY other company with my car, period. Any time I need any thing done on my car, I just take it here and drop it off. My 2013 charger needed to be fixed about a week after I bought it because I hit it against anther car. I searched for weeks for the best place with the best price, customer service, and reviews. I found B & D and since then this is the only place I take my car too. Everyone there is EXTREMELY nice and fair rates and prices. I love it and... I just love it! loll

Summer 2017 I had my first accident, went to this shop and had a great experience. A few months later I was hit again and I was so happy with the work I went back. The second time around the over all experience was even better than the first time! Tina was amazing, she helped with getting the payment from the other persons insurance. She helped me with getting the check endorsed by my lienholder. I can’t say enough good things about her and about the owners. As soon as you walk in you can feel the respect and how much they care and sincerely want to help.being in a car accident and having your car destroyed is hard, physically and emotionally. While I hope I don’t have to go back. I know if I do they will take the best care of me and my car. And go above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly.

If you are looking for a place that actually treats you as a customer and not just another number or insurance nightmare, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND using B&D Paint and Body! Since our family has multiple teen kids and cars, weve had other experiences with other auto repairs as well as heard the nightmares of our friends using other auto body shops. But B&D does it right from the call to their business! Extremely personable front desk help, to the body shop workers who make you feel as though you are their ONLY customer who does all the coordination with your insurance and adjusters, down to the owners who are there to ask how was your experience and did they deliver or what can they do to improve! Brannon was our auto repair rep and I truly dont believe theres anyone in the Dallas Metro who is better! After his work there was not a spec that we could tell it had been repaired which was AMAZING since the whole front had to be either replaced or repaired and put back together. Fixed the 1st time go around with everything working great! Its now been over 6 months and everything still works just like a brand new car, even the alignment! B&D sent a wrecker to pick up my car from the scene of my accident. They kept me informed, handled my adjuster and worked great with my insurance during the claim process. As soon as the adjuster appraised the damage they got to work fixing my vehicle. I am completely pleased with their hard work, how quickly they were able to finish my car, their professionalism, and their staff. There is no where else that I would trust with one of our vehicles. First off I came to the auto body shop because it had the best reviews. Great customer service.... Mr. Fuentes worked with me since I was paying everything out of pocket .. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and it was done by Friday. .. I would highly recommend this establishment . And I appreciate everything B&D COLLISION did for me!

We have been to B&D several times over the past 16 years and have received nothing but excellent service! Today the guys there went above and beyond. I had accidentally pulled a piece of my wheel well off and popped into B&D to see how much it would cost to have it put back on. The price was right and the guys took my car back to fix it. About 15 minutes later, our service guy brings us the keys back and told us the job was so easy and that he wasnt charging us a thing!! I highly recommend this place. It is clean, has fresh coffee and water waiting for you, and everyone is so friendly. Go see them for any body shop needs!

If you have all the time in the world take it to this place because they will for sure take their sweet time repairing your vehicle. I had to keep calling them to get a progress report because if I didnt who knows till when I would have received my car. Got my front bumper replaced, painted & buffed along with my side fender replaced, painted & buffed after waiting for about 4 weeks for just that, one of the employees damaged the bottom of the bumper while they were driving it to the front for pick up. Didnt took in consideration that my car is low to the ground, wasnt careful & bend the tip of the bottom of the bumper. Now I been waiting a week & a half for it to get fixed even though it wasnt my fault. I even suggested to go pick up the replacement piece that was damaged to speed up the process & yet they still cant tell me by when it will be done.

Brought my car in to have a door and side mirror replaced. Spoke with Bobby and received a very fair quote compared to some of the other ones I got. My car was ready the day they told me it would be and was fixed perfectly. I have nothing but good things to say about this place and the people that work there. Will definitely be returning if I have any body issues in the future

I was so distraught when a reckless driver hit me and my car was on the verge of being totaled out by the insurance company. I searched for a shop that would be able to fix the damage at a fair price and in a timely manner as I couldnt really afford a rental for an extended period of time. B&D was literally a Godsend!!! Someone did a hit and run on my new car creating paint scratches like you wouldnt believe. It left me devastated but this company took care of my car and gave me a great deal That no one else compared to. Only $300 in comparison to $550- $650 everywhere else in mesquite was suggesting. I didnt even have to go through my insurance because I saved so much. And just like you, I found them through the Google rating and reviews. If this many people say theyre good, you know your in good hands.

This place quoted me twice the fair amount for a damage repair. High price and terrible service.

Took my vehicle IN to assess damage also take picture to submit the necessary information to GEICO to proceed with my claim. DID NOT DO THEIR JOB!!!

Went to get a trim piece on the roof of my suv replaced. Ended up paying for a new piece but the shop did not install it correctly and it was sticking up from the roof. When asked why this was, they told me that it was a factory piece and that’s how it was supposed to fit. Terrible experience at this shop. It was at one point a really good shop where I took all my vehicle to but it will no longer be the case.

I took my 2014 Silverado to B&Ds after I hit road debris causing front bumper and trim damage. Their estimate was better than any of the others I received and they did a great job!Bobby and the staff treated me like a person instead of just another customer adding to the bottom-line. I will definitely bring my vehicles back if future road debris (or my wifes diving for that matter) cause damage down the road.

I have nothing but good to say about this place they have fixed my car a couple of times,once for hail damage and just here recently i had front end damage from hitting a bob cat.They are nice ppl they were never rude always nice and respectful,you cant judge a business by one person that no longer works there.They did excellent work on my car above and beyond what needed to be done.All i can say is that Bobby is an upstanding guy and truly cares about how his customers are treated and he always will put the customer first. Went there for an estimate and I did not like the customer service. You might as well go to the dealer for those kinds of prices! The estimator did not even try to make things easier on me so I left. Only reason I give it a 2 star is because it looks like they do a good job. Just not worth the trouble.

This place has painted both of our car and did an excellent job . I will never use another shop besides B and D . They are awesome at what they do and treat you very well . The owners are really good people. Both our Mercedes look like new when we picked them up .

The customer service here is horrible. They were the lowest of all the quotes I got to fix my car so I brought it to them and had them start on it, shortly after I get a phone call from the owner saying he quoted the head lights wrong, which ended up being roughly 2,000 dollars more. Understandably things are more sometimes but at this point he then wanted to charge me money to put the car back together even after he gave me the wrong prices on the damage from the get go. So I was trapped and ended up just letting them finish the car and when we picked it up we had some disputes over the insurance and what was charged. Instead of politely talking to us about the situation the owner was EXTREMELY rude and argued with me and my dad, told us we know nothing about business or what we were talking about and that he would appreciate it if we never did business with him again. My family has owned and ran a successful company in Dallas for nearly sixty years now and if I know anything about business its this, you do not treat customers with disrespect and you definitely do not argue with them. Customers are free to choose where they spend their money and this is NOT a place I would recommend giving a dime to.

I guess it is depending on the extent of body damage or how much trouble it is to provide a quote that you will be treated fairly.😤
