Bad phone service...The waiting time is to long...if you dont have enough staff,,it would be better not pick up the phone.

Was looking all over town for a fuel pump for my 2003 Ford Taurus. They were the only ones that had one. Good prices also. Really like the lifetime warranty.

This AutoZone has changed. I rarely went there due to the rudeness. After this visit, they were actually friendly and helpful. Except when I had to move my battery from the counter to a cart rather than them doing it for me.

They cost a little more but they always have what you need. And its not cheap knock-off junk. They are Quality Parts

This Napa is my favorite Napa! So helpful. I needed to take a spark plug out of a generator and they let me use a socket and wrench to get the right part

I needed bearings for my trailer, Napa no longer will look up bearings by number, they claim to only have kits, I also needed seals for another trailer and they tried to sale me a kit for the seal 21 dollars to steep for me, so I was not happy with service, or the counter help. Wont be using Napa unless its the only Choice.....

Love the NAPA Auto Parts in Mesquite. The associates are very helpful and friendly. Lines can move a little slow, but for good reasons. They are helping customers to the best of their knowledge.

Went to buy a couple of things from their add for a 3day sale. Earbudd was never in stock. They would not give me a rain check. Bought a similar one that cost more, got home, it had already been opened and missing the charging cord. Also my dash camera was broken. I give up. Wont go there again

I went to Napa Auto Parts, where I usually buy most of the parts for my vehicles and as usual they provided great service. I came in looking for an In Cabin Air Filter for my 2019 Mazda CX-9. Unfortunately, they didnt have the part but Alex and another employee helped me out by telling where to look for the part and get it cheaper than going to the dealer. Well, I found it and saved $20 versus the dealer. Great job guys and thanks again for the help.

Been using this store since the 1980s. Never had a problem. Always stocked the hard to find parts other stores had to order. Watch out for their in house store brand oil specials as they are a great value for the money. Have no reason to ever stop using this store either.

Every time Ive been here they have been very helpful. They dont treat me like Im dumb because Im a female. Ive changed the breaks on a car and now changing the spark plugs and other places world make me feel like Im dumb for trying it. Absolutely would recommend!

Counter person didnt know what they were doing, had an online order so everthing would be ready to go and I would just have to pick up, count find the parts and after they found them somehow overcharged me from the amount on my on line order. Please train your parts people correctly, and if they dont want to be at work someone needs to replace them who want to help the customer.

Six battery was bad. Bought battery from them. Then said alternator was bad. Cost me $170 for a non problem.

I thought that this napa was sort of a warehouse. But they dont have basic car parts that you probably could find in others auto parts. So call before you go to avoid wasting your time.

I would give this place zero stars if I could...I ordered a headlight bulb online to pick up in this store...Went there with my printed order confirmation and waited goddam 20 minutes in line... When I finally got to the counter, they had no record of my order in their computer...So she has to go get the damn thing which should have already been pulled...Then she brings the the more expensive one anyway, and says she would have to go find the actual one I ordered...I got fed up and went to Auto Zone instead...This Napa is the closest place to me, but I am NEVER going there again.
