I brought my truck into this shop when it was still a Line-X corporate store. I had a new unpainted hood, grill, and front bumper on it. The rest of the truck had previously been sprayed. They sprayed the wrong color and wound up coating the entire truck with Ultra to make it all match. It kept peeling/flaking and I had taken it back several times to be redone. I took it back again and the store had a new owner. They peeled the Line-X down on the side of the bed, literally peeledpart of it down to the metal, and said I wouldnt have done that if we werent going to fix it. They said they contacted corporate to get the flaking and the new tear in the material fixed.I contacted them after a few weeks to inquire what was going on and asked if it would help if I contacted corporate to which they replied, you wouldnt get ahold of the same person we talk to. I gave them another week then called corporate and who I talked to, regional manager I believe, had never heard of the case.After I contacted corporate things started to move and eventually went back down the chain to this store. Line-X corporate is having me take it to another shop which shows this shop is not making good on its word. I have little doubt that any new jobs would be handled properly, but the experience I had was unacceptable. Be leery.

Outstanding customer service and attention to detail! CTU Mesquite did a Line-X job on a job box for the bed of my truck. They did outstanding work and it definitely exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend giving these guys a call for your Line-X needs regardless of your location in the DFW area. Their prices are very fair and their work is outstanding.

One stop shop that does it all. Customer service is amazing, the owner will go out of his way to do right by the customer even if it means sacrificing profits. In a time crunch? The guys there will go above and beyond to get you out the door fast without sacrificing work quality, working late into the night if needed. Nice clean place, but people getting back to you is nearly impossible. They gave me a price for air bags and I ordered the air bags for my truck. Called back 5 times and couldnt get a hold of the guy that was selling them to me. Finally got a hold of another guy and he told me that they cant get air bags now after a week and a half of waiting. Wont recommend

Line-X of Mesquite did a great job installing the premium bed liner on my F-250. I had a hundred questions and they answered each one. I had ten 1/2 inch sized holes drilled in my bed from a removed 5th wheel bracket and they did a great job covering the holes, cant even tell they were ever there. I requested for them to spray over my bed bolts and they did a great job and didnt give me any bs about it like Ive heard on some forums. The texture is very nice and spread evenly with very sharp lines and no drips or runs anywhere. Costumer service was top notch! I talked to a few guys over the phone and they were always very professional. This place came highly recommended by B&D Paint and Body owner Boby Fuentes and has earned my recommendation also. Love my bed liner, thanks guys!
