Great service! This same guy who has worked here, dont know his name, is a company man! For Real! He knows business and how to treat customers.
The location is in a bad spot but the customer service is great in and out within a timely manner if you have to pay or have one installed that would be the place to go

Have had good results here until today. System down. Unknown how long. Will have to try later or in Garland location on Saturday. They should have a on site down load capture procedure. Then upload data when they have a good connection. This is not a good business model to leave customers replanning visits for unconnectivity to HQ.
Horrible location the technician is the rudest, unprofessional individual. Had my device installed and wasn’t properly informed on the Do’s and Don’ts and when I questioned him on doubts i had it’s almost as if he got an attitude and never actually cleared things up, Smart Start customer service is usually very satisfactory, but this location is an absolute exception to that, Do Yourself a favor and avoid this location even if you have to drive a bit further, which is what i do to avoid the horrible customer service at this Mesquite Location.

Make you stay for install and dont even habe a restroom. Rude and unprofessional. Also did a poor install job. Since this is mandated they can get away with doing everything wrong.
