I went in for a battery check and Diego was amazing! He offered to change out my battery and air filter for me eliminating the hassle of going elsewhere. Very quick and convenient. Customer service was A-1 and I would definitely recommend coming to this location!

Trevion is so kind and helpful! He tested my battery and helped me pick one when it proved to be bad! He called another location and found the battery, because they didnt have it in stock. He even came back out and put my hood down. It made the whole experience so much easier! Hes awesome!

My husband has been coming to this location for years. My husband bought windshield wipers for my vehicle and they ended up being the wrong ones. We took them back the other day (and it has been a little over a month since my husband bought them) and two of the staff got the correct wiper blades and even put them on for us. So friendly and courteous.

Loved Trevion!! Needed a light bulb so I could replace my brake light and he asked me did I need anything else and I said yes, some stuff to make my tires shiny and he got everything for me. I didnt have to go down an aisle and search for anything. No time wasted, decent price, perfect customer service everytime from this store!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The guys here are awesome. I bought windshield wipers and it was raining and Diego without give it a second thought put on his raincoat and put them on our truck. He insisted. That is customer service and it made my day! Thank you Diego.

I needed a bulb for my car headlight. I stopped at two different auto parts stores, and both exhibited poor attitudes and much needed customer service skills. AMAZING!!! I walked into this AutoZone and was immediately greeted with a smile, and a Hello. Customer Service at its finest. Employees loving what they do, and it showed. I always come here and work with the store manager, Trevion. He’s so polite and nice, he’s been nothing but extremely helpful every time I see him. I’ll always come back to auto zone when I need things for my car specifically because of him! Thank you, Trevion! :)

I needed to change the cabin air filters, and he helped me without hesitation. Thank You, good customer service is hard to find sometimes after the holidays. They sell you oil and filter but don’t have a recycle bin. Why would you advertise oil recycle and not all your store have one . Waste of time !

Everyone at autozone was so helpful with my girlfriends car issues. A company towed her car from the autozone parking lot (unauthorized) and Tim and the woman up there (I feel so bad I dont remember her name because she was fantastic also) jumped through hoops to help her get it out. Autozone will be the only place we go for any parts from now on!

I had an issue with my battery but wasnt sure if it was just the battery. The staff there was amazing! They tested my battery and the charging system. Installed my new battery in the rain on chilly day and all with a smile. Ill forever be a fan of the young man who helped me today!

I needed a new battery. The gentleman quoted the price of a new one w/warranty. He tested mine which was a 2 year old battery from Atwoods in Oklahoma. He then replaced the battery saving me the trouble of doing so. While we were there he looked at my sisters vehicle and did what he could to assist her. We were both pleased.

Today I had the misfortune of having to come to this store after my battery tested bad at firestone. I had bought the battery at AutoZone two years ago. The 2 year warranty expired one month ago. I went to the autozone on broadway and oates a month ago after getting an oil change at meineke and they told me the battery was bad. Autozone tested the battery and said it was good. I told this to jesus (mgr)and he said that was too bad. Only the store mgr could override the warranty expiration. He called the mgr at the other store and gave me the phone. I talked to Javin at that store and he tries to justify his employees incompetence. After this jesus talked to Javin and implied that if I spoke to his mgr in a more respectul way then his mgr might override the warranty expiration. Javin agreed to give me a battery without warranty. I dont think I have to beg somebody to correct their mistake. I will never again buy an Autozone product after this experience. I should have bought the battery from OReillys but I guess you live and learn!

They go above and beyond to get the parts I need for my car. They have gone out to my car to get a better idea if what I need. They have talked to people on my cell phone when I was unable to explain what I needed. I never have to search for what I need. They are always available and eager to assist. And they almost always have whatever I am looking for in stock and at a fair price.

Excellent customer service. Felicia is a wonderful help and honest. Did not try to sale me something I did not need but rather explained why needed more than just a water pump to change it out. My car is running like new. Will be coming here again.

Everytime I buy a car, AutoZone is my first stop after a vacuum and car wash. They checked for codes for free, installed my windshield wipers for me (I do not know how), and the guy spent 15 minutes checking my manual and each fuse to let me know what I need for free. Best car part shopping experience I had in this store, with the help of 3 employees here.

If you ever have to use this location there’s a female there that doesn’t have a clue what she’s doing. Both myself my husband a friend have gone and sold the wrong part. I was sold the wrong part that also cause me to spend more money think I had electrical problems. This was because the wrong part had everything else Doing crazy things. Every light on the car blinked including the lights on the a/c controls. Never again will I go to this location.

I drive new cars so I dont find myself needing auto parts very often but when I do I always am pleased with the helpful and knowledgeable staff. Especially at the Mesquite location!

They do need an extra employee during the day. However... both gentlemen were super helpful and hands on. When coming for a headlight the guy came out and made sure I was buying the right one. When I was about to close my hood he told me to leave it open. That way he could put the bulb on for me. Very nice of him. Would be a well liked machine if they added another employee during the day.

My only question is, are this people paid enough to do all they do to help us out, they are Angels straight from heaven, they are not expecting a tip, but we should all do more to recognize how amazing they really are.Thank you to all the guys that work at this places. I owe you all so very much.

A gentleman at the counter when older one younger were quite Pleasant and helpful even when I didnt really know what I need it they even tried to put it on but did not because they didnt want to damage my vehicle. I will surely return due to their Pleasant and kind service!

I visited this store on May 23rd, as I needed a bulb replaced in one of my fog lights. I don’t remember the employee’s name, but she was blonde, wore her hair in a ponytail and was extremely helpful! She found the light I needed right away and proceeded to grab a tool set from the store to replace the bulb for me. I asked if she could accept tips, but she said she wasn’t allowed to take them. I would highly recommend this store and CSR #06 (as was printed on the receipt)!

I had to get a new battery for my car. The young man pulled the old battery and installed the new battery. He was so nice and polite!!!

I visited this store to purchase carpet cleaner for my car. The cashier told me he liked my cologne which is cool. Then he proceeds to tell me I smell good and that I look good. Im not gay so this is highly offensive and 2 days later it still doesnt sit well with me. I spoke to the manager and she apologized and said she knew which employee it likely was and apologized. I advise straight men not to go here.Update the district manager called me and lied and said the store manager was standing there during my incident and said the associate was just being friendly. I said thats a lie I spoke to her already and she wasnt there during the incident. He then defends the associate and said hes married and just friendly 😂. I hung up in his lying face. Auto Zone lost a customer for life. OReily will get my business from now on.

Picked up a manual and MAF cleaner. Staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. I have been coming here for years and they never let me down. If you need to check codes or rent a expensive tool give it a shot.

Helped with nothing and overpriced...Also went for Freon and the prices at Wal-Mart( Super center and neighborhood market) were at least 1/2 of the AutoZone price for the exact same product(s). They also told me they could show me what to do but there were not enough people working for (two in-store employees) them to take the time to do so!! They werent rude about it but they did take time to help other customers with their issue.

These folks are the best. I pass 2 Auto Zones to go to this store. They have great customer service and genuinely want to help.

My wife and I went into the store around closing time; however, the store was not busy. We needed to purchase an air filter for my wifes car. We approached the salesman who had a name tag that read Sales Parts Manager, leaving his name out for his benefit, and let him know we needed an air filter for the car. After asking us to specify what specific air filter we needed he made an extremely rude comment about not wanting to help us if we werent sure what type of filter we needed. Then after he brought the air filter back he made another rude comment and said, you know how to install the air filter, right? His tone was rather condescending and he was trying to make us feel inferior by how he was speaking to us. After we purchased the item, he made another comment, see you next week and laughed, with his tone he meant that we didnt know what purchased we actually bought. He could have been just helpful rather than trying to be smarter than us. I hope you address this to the employee because we will NEVER go back to that store!

Bored staff, more intent on their chores than helping a customer...I was the ONLY one in the store at the time...said I needed a battery for a 2002 Firebird, associate asked me what brand of car is that, then I told her it has a V8 motor, she asked if that was a 3.4L or 5.7L geeze really...she kept asking me if the car was there...I told her no, I just need the battery, this person in this store is incompetent and has no business working in an auto parts store. It is an insult to customers to have anyone this ignorant about cars helping customers in a parts store.

AutoZone is convenient and they stand behind their products. The problem is the have a limited supply of parts in stock at my local store and the employees dont know much about automobiles.

Useless, unhelpful, and seemingly bored staff. When I asked for help, I.e. could they look up a part to see if it fit my make and model I got, “like what do you want to do” as if I had asked my son to help me clean up his own room.Also gave incorrect information about shipping to store versus house. I like auto-zone, so with so many other stores in the area I will not be wasting my time at a place that doesn’t want my business.

BUT I WENT IN 4/10/18 I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED. FIRST, I ONLY SAW 2 PEOPLE THERE. THE OTHER EMPLOYEE WAS BUSY PLAYING WITH HER BABY THAT HER MOM BOUGHT UP THERE FOR HER TO SEE. SO, SHE CALLED THE YOUNG KID WHO.SORTA TRIED TO HELP ME BUT...IN A NUTSHELL TOLD ME TO GO TO PEP BOYS. IM NOT A PEP BOYS FAN. SO I PLAYED IT OFF...I WAS PISSED.I REALLY LIKED THIS AZ BUT GUESS. I NEED TO FIND ANOTHER ONE.....I DID END UP BECOMING A PEP BOYS FAN..THEY HELPED ME OUT.😌
