These people were so kind and helpful, I had a week find and alter a dress for an army ball and they made sure everything fit perfect and was the right size and length for me in a timely manner. I love my dress, it was so comfortable, beautiful, and has pockets!!! Ill definitely be back!

I found beautiful dresses for myself and friends at great prices for my schools homecoming. The workers were kind and very helpful in assisting me with a choice between two dresses that I liked.

Decent clothes for decent prices but rude employees. went in there with a friend so she could look at dresses and was told we couldnt try on clothes unless it was “for something special.” and “we had to buy it or we couldnt try it on”she was just browsing trying to find something but wasn’t ready to purchase anything.staff then proceeded to go bug other costumers who hadn’t even tried anything on yet, saying the same things.she was very persistent and wouldn’t leave us alone until we told her what we were there for.

Bo was extremely kind and patient with all of us girls in my sisters wedding party! She got us dresses, accessories and shoes for a reasonable price while being friendly the whole time❤ Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a dress and not wanting to spend a ton of money!

Went in to try on dress, but they wouldnt allow it due to Covid. We went early during the day and were the only ones in the shop,, practialy in the entire mall. Woman was rude and said we needed an appointment to try on dresses, but can never seem to get an appointment. Does not answer telephone and the dress shop next to them allows people to try on dresses with no problems.

Great place for any dress needs. Staff are really cool.

My daughter got a great dress and pair of heels for Homecoming at a reasonable price. We had been looking for hours and wandered into this store and our shopping trip ended here!

What a refreshing experience we had here after a horrid one down the hall at Sylvias. The staff is SUPER friendly and accommodating. They were quick to tell us other colors and sizes were available if we didnt like what we saw. The store is organized and easy to shop. My daughter tried on several dresses and someone was always quick to offer to take it to the dressing room so our hands could stay free to shop. Was never rushed or pressured. Incredible experience and prices are reasonable. Fashion Q is the place to go for your prom dress!

I visited this business on 8/31/2019. Their emloyees need to be properly trained on how to use their debit/credit card machine. The employee at the register attempted to convince me that my debit card was declined when in fact the transaction went through and the $162.36 was debited from my account. After several minutes of going back and forth between the employee and my bank, it was determined that their debit/card machine was offline, but my transaction still went through.......Perfect example of the customer is always right!!

Worst experience I have ever had. I went in to see if they do walk ins for wedding dresses and she said no so obviously I understood. I asked what she had free and she pulls out her calendar, she had NOTHING on her calendar for weeks and I asked if I could go in that weekend she told me she was busy and I would have to come in the next weekend and so of course I waited and went in. She ALLOWED me to try on ONE dress after I had waited 2 weeks for a consultation and she was acting like I was fat the entire time. “No no no no. We ONLY have THAT in small.” After she said this for about 6 different dresses she finally pulls one out where there is a medium that I can try on, sorry woman. I have curves and if you don’t like it then this should NOT be your style of business. Now, I try on the ONE dress it takes 5 minutes and she tells me that’s good, basicalliy shooing me out of the store acting like I’m poor and can’t afford a $380 dress. Well, she definitely lost a potential client and I will NEVER go back there again and I hope that most of you women who aren’t ‘antique’ shape will never go in there either. This horrible horrible woman will make you feel completely embarrassed and look down on you. Since then, I have been to 2 other wedding dress shops where they have fitted me for over an hour to see which one I actually love. Run this woman out of business, she doesn’t deserve to be telling people what kind of shapes they should or should not be and making you feel like you’re too poor when you know damn well you have the money for whatever dress you want.

It took a while for me and my best friend to find the perfect prom dress.... I felt like the staff looked down on us as though we didn’t have money to buy. I ended spending 220$ on a dress but didn’t feel welcomed or helped enough compared to others.

I cannot tell you how much I adore Fashion Q. I was on the hunt for non-traditional gorgeous bridesmaid dresses. My vision was for my girls to be stunning. I didnt find a dress at any of the bridal shops in springs, and ultimately gave up. After an extremely disappointing day of bm shopping my mom and I said goodbye to the girls and went to the mall... To just go shopping. Which in turn was like finding a briefcase of 1mil. I walked by Fashion Q... Shrieked and ran in. Only to be helped by the sweetest young lady who still to this day has been amazing. Actually everyone there is very kind and helpful. I found the most beautiful bridesmaid dress for my girls here. Unlike most over priced bridal shop dresses, this dress was way prettier, detailed and still...less expensive. For any occasion.... Go here to feel and look beautiful. Its clean and has constant new inventory. I love u Fashion Q!

The staff was so helpful and we found a gorgeous dress but when I went to check out I noticed I was itchy all over. Apparently I had an allergic reaction to a dress while trying on. Im not sure if they disinfect between customers but it was horrible :(The customer service was amazing but I am too embarrassed to return after getting hives from there

The young woman who was working there was very knowledgeable about their items and gave us all the information we needed to make our decisions.

Very pretty dresses but one of the staff just opened the dressing room door on me and they told us we need to hurry up very rudely when we weren’t there that long.

This placed helped me out when I needed a quick outfit in short notice.

The owner is so rude. We asked to try on a dress and were not allowed because she didnt feel it was for the right occasion. She would not let us speak and was just horrible. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

Yesterday evening me and my family went to fashion q to look for two dress for my daughter and granddaughter the store was very unorganized the staff was very ruds to me and my family telling us to hurry up because they were closeing early which it was not time to close they also called the owner to tell on my daughter that use to work there just because she was helping us find a great dress for my daughter and grandaughter and one of thw workers called the owner again to tell on us that we were still there sonshe can talk to my ither daughter that work ther for us to leave because the workers wanted to go home so the worker said that the owner called her which it was a damn lie we all seen her call the owner sonshe can tell us to leave the store also they didnt attend to is until it was time to leave and we paid for a dress i say they r very rude wokers and owner never will i go back there again need a dress for ur daughter 15 birthday go to jasmine on circle and airport they have beautiful dresses there will i never again step in to fashion q ever again

Went there to find a prom dress, employees were so sweet and helpful. Found a gorgeous and modest prom dress, couldnt recommend this place enough!

This place is okay, but its overpriced. The items arent worth the money because of what theyre made out of, and the employees that follow people around.

This place has awesome wedding dresses and amazing prices, but they are lacking service. I went in yesterday to look at the dresses and they wouldnt let me try them on, even though there were two employees standing there doing nothing.
