I had ordered a ballon with high heels on them for my daughters quince but ones I got them they weren’t even placed right. Whoever made it didn’t put tape or something so the high heels would stay. The manager(I have no idea what her name is) I just know she’s short and has glasses was so rude and said she couldn’t do anything about it.

Awesome service, they went above and beyond. We had a wedding and when I order my tux the jacket was a little too big. They ordered me a new one but the wedding was the next day so the gentleman there offer to bring the jacket to the church, to me thats what customer service is. Thank you again. Very unprofessional!!! Dont know how theyre still in buisness. The owner doesnt know half of what shes talking about. So sad I have to get lawyers involved!!! But they took my hard earned money and expect me to settle for their low quality products. Would never go back or recommend. Save your money!!! Youre better off making your own dress than going to these people.

They have nice suits for boys at an affordable price buy they are well done. The suits include the shirt, vest, tie and they even have linen inside.

Went there to look for a quince dress and lady said she had no time to have my daughter try them out! Very rude! Remind me what time they close again? We arrived at 1. Oh and 3 girls called out? Must not have good employees. If anyone gives good reviews its problaly because its their friends or family. I went to Mayras at Fiesta Mall and very satisfied.
