Nice workers, they always greet us when we walk in. They also ask us if we need help finding anything. The only thing that was disappointing was that the store was like empty, they dont have as much products like they use to, a lot of open space and not much to choose from. Overall it was a good experience.

Hot Topic: I like coming here to get some shirts, and seeing all the cool stuff that is popular today is nice too. I just got a shrek shirt and i can already tell that i love it. The service is great and people are chill. When ever i want to get a new design shirt that i would like, Hot Topic is a place i would go.

My Fiancee Michelle and I were on a date day here a few weeks ago.We love it!Michelle donated $5.00 to the Mh alliance, without asking for a receipt.The store has a lot to offer, sales as well as great customer service!

What a store with memories! Wow I remember going back into this store early 2000s and it was like being a kid in a candy store, I swear I kept buying merch from here and even managed to get a ticket to warped tour! Ah this store has everything youll need when it comes to music desires. They have clothes, CDs, wallets, piercings, a great atmosphere and smiles as soon as you walk in the store. Oh also to mention basically like 24/7 sales on shirts and AWESOME music attire, thanks for MANY memories HT!

Good store, kids love it,, alot of the same stuff though. Staff is friendly, didnt offer to help us find anything but that was okay. Amount of people in store is limited, I liked that. Only 4 stars because the shirts and stuff were all mixed up with male/female and sizes. It was hard to be sure which was which without investing more time

Its always hard to just browse because theres alot of inventory and you get 5 people in the store it feels crowded and you feel like youre always in someones way

They have a lot of great deals here. When I went, it was buy 1 jewelry item get one free and they had some decently priced pins and rings. The people there were really helpful and nice as well. Definitely reccomend a visit.

We had to wait for 10 minutes to go in. They had the maximum allowed in. No big deal and my daughter found everything she wanted. Staff was very polite.

I am really happy they moved the pins to a outside kiosk so that more people can enter the store and actually shop for other items or pick up their online purchases. I wish they would quit with the temperature checks it feels a little violating and unnecessary especially if people can be asymptomatic with Covid. But as a free market Capitalist country goes it is their right to run their business as they see fit. 👍

They really are keeping safe in here with the masks and making sure everyone coming in is wearing one and offering hand sanitizer right at the door. Super nice and helpful as well.

I was very disappointed when I tried to go into The Hot Topic in the Superstition Springs Center!! I cant wear a mask because I have a disability and they arent suppose to keep you out of a store for that!! Well, this location did, they absolutely refused to let me come into the store to shop unless I put on a mask, regardless of my disabilities!! Thats so very wrong!!!

The store is small, but they have a ton of great stuff. They are usually pretty busy, but almost always have a sale going on. Large selection of pop vinyl and other collectibles, as well as movie and band shirts, plus more!

Always up to date on the latest trends and always keeps the customers aware of all the sales and deals they have. If they do t have your specific product, they will go out of their way to find it for you in either another store or online! Great service and kind employees!

Exceptional Customer service, I definetly recommend this Hot Topic over other ones in the valley, they treat you like a customer not a dollar bill. Larry and Katie Are amazing managers that know how to properly run their store and maintain a great customer relationship. I Drove 7 miles out of my way, away from a different hot topic which was giving me a bad experience, and they welcomed me with open arms and honored my coupon, They actually tried it unlike the other Hot topic which just refused. Heck they went above and beyond and offered to contact the other store for me rather then make me drive to theirs just to use a coupon. This store Is my Go To now, Definetly Recommend shopping here !!!

A great place to be at. The only things that I have a complaint about is that it is on the more expensive side. But they have everything you would need for anime or any type of band. I do go here quite frequently and all of the cashiers are sweet and kind and know where everything is and well have some great suggestions for you.

Lots of band shirts and alternative clothes for girls and guys. A lot of jewelry and sunglasses, fun stuff like Lady Gaga style, fun alternative and some not so crazy.

My family has a variety of tastes and interests but we always manage to find something that we each like. Hot topic is by no means a one size fits all when it comes to product availability. I especially like that its a specialty retailer that doesnt necessarily cater to a specific group. If you are leary about hot topic because you think that vampires and emos shop here, you are missing out on some good deals on products that are hard to find. I have received more compliments on things that I buy from hot topic than many name brand retailers.

The staff here is unbelievably pleasant, they check on you frequently to make sure you get what youre looking for. I really do recommend coming here some time.

Always a fun store. First time Ive taken my daughter. She Loved it, and she found exactly what she wanted.

They have a great selection of items, clothing, and accessories for you to go look. They have stuff from Rick and Morty all the way to doctor who so if you looking for a Christmas gift or even a birthday present this is an awesome place to go.

They charge Double for their Funko PEZ, Funko Pocket Pops, Funko Mystery Minis and Pops....and Im talking Commons...Not Exclusives.The only things i saw customers buying was items they had on Clearance.....which ironically...their Clearance prices are the normal Retail prices elsewhere.Wont be wasting my time here again....and Ill be telling all my subs on YouTube not to bother buying from Hit Topic anymore...unless if course they enjoy paying double and sometimes triple the regular market prices.

Good place to find t- shirts for various bands (old and new) as well as other items. I shop there for my grandkids.

Love this store, its really cramped but they fit a lot of cool stuff in here.

Lots of different sales that made it a little confusing even for the employee checking me out to manage what I was receiving. But I did receive good deals and the employee was helpful in making sure I received the best deal possible.
