The parking lot was very clean. I was in and out of the store in about 15 minutes. We went in was greeted by a gentleman who was cleaning the carts, my grandson found the toy that he really wanted. I found a couple outfits that were on clearance for him. Walked right up to the registers there were no lines. Cashier was very friendly had a nice smile and was very engaging! We will definitely be back!

We spent over an hour shopping. We got to the check out with just under $200 of items and went to use my wife’s birthday coupon for 5% off. I noticed the discount did not go through and so the cashier called the manager over for assistance. We showed him the coupon and the birthday email. We were told we needed to get the app to use it, even though it does not say that in the email and there was a code to scan. The cashier said I can enter it in manual if you want, but then the manager said ‘no, that would be too much work’. We weren’t able to download the app due to connectivity issues and the manager refused to honor the birthday discount. It was a terrible and frustrating experience.

This was the second time I tried to buy $100.00 worth of diapers to get the $20.00 gift card and had trouble :( I carefully read the signs in the diaper area, purchased the correct items only to be told it was store pick up only. It did not say that anywhere on the store signs that i read. Our cashier was very nice and patient, called for help and Patricia helped us. She informed us about the pick up only disclaimer, I told her the signs in store do not mention it and she honored my request. If the signs are up in the store, they should be for in store purchases!

Great store, good layout, friendly cashiers. However, on my last two visits to this Target, one of the cashiers (an older woman named Shelly) has been a little bit crabby. In the past she has always been pleasant but as of late, it seems that she maybe has gotten a little tired of dealing with customers. Example: the last two times I have put items on the belt to be scanned, she has all these rules about what order the items should go in and how she wants items to be placed on the belt. I always try to place related items together ( frozen food, produce, canned food, etc) to make it easier for the cashier to bag the items. Apparently thats not good enough. Also, I pay close attention to the signs posted about how many disinfecting wipes and hand wipes that Im allowed to purchase. She has argued with me every time when I try to purchase these items. Im not trying to get away with something, but she treats me as if I am. Dont get me wrong, Im sure it is not an easy job having to deal with customers (rude and polite) but given the fact that my visits are at 8:30 in the morning on a weekday, you would think that she would be fresh and ready to deal with customers. If I see her at a register on future visits, I will use the self checkout

Target always has what I need, and the store is always staffed with friendly staff such as Tillis. I was talking to my daughter about her sisters request for the Lady Gaga Oregon cookies, and he overheard me. He told me there was probably still some in stock, and offered to look for me. When I told him it was OK (because he was in the middle of something), he went anyway, and brought back what he said was the last pack on the shelf. This is a perfect example of exemplary customer service. And Im so glad to be able to say so.

Produce is the best IMHO. The workers are always positive. Cashiers positive. Also, calling into the store is great if you need help. Pickup and curbside is also very convenient. I also am a huge pokemon fan and theyre selection is pretty great honestly. Kids toys and electronics are also way better than competitors.

Target associates were very helpful finding out if this is a Gilbert or Mesa Target in regards to the city’s sales tax and finding what items I need to find. Awesome Target location and yes this is an old one!

It’s very sad that they force employees to wear masks but won’t make the customers wear a mask. they force the young kids and the old ladies to run around all day inside and out with a dumb mask on. and I heard they will fire you if you don’t have one on.

Great store but sketchy pickup especially for groceries. Have tried to slip expired perishable items into orders multiple times. Last attempt was yogurt expired 4 weeks prior. Unfortunately, not the only store who has done this either.

A large & roomy Target in Gilbert near the 202.This Target has just about everything you need: clothing, groceries, toiletries, furniture, kitchen goods, electronics...and of course seasonal items (great Halloween & Christmas decor).It is well maintained and staffed. The staff are friendly& helpful.During the holiday set aside extra time and extra patience as they get super crowded and busy.

They never answer the store phone number!!!!! Horrible customer service!!!! Also personnel in the receiving and delivering department are never in time and never answer the door!!!! Well yeah after 30 mins

This Target bottlenecks you to one entrance which just creates crowding. The card selection is in the most inconvenient location next to the crowded self check out line. Not to mention the newborn employees working the return counter are so slow. And I find it tacky how they wear whatever they want. One employee was wearing a pink crop top that said daddys girl

Good luck at finding an item you want in stock at this location. This location is frequently out of items which show as in stock online. For example, I ordered my son a pair of shoes this morning that showed in stock. I ordered using the 2 hour pick up feature, which requires payment upfront. Prior to my arrival (nearly 2 hours after I ordered) I received an email stating that the item was no longer in available (no longer in stock). Instead of somebody assisting me in locating another pair at an alternate location, I was provided with a link to do my own search online for an item I already paid for. One would think a corporation the size of Target would operate a more sophisticated inventory system. I will take my business elsewhere.

Last night we were doing our baby registry shopping that we didnt get at our shower. First of all I love how clean this store is. It is nice to be able to go through the baby department and it is so organized. The customer service is amazing at this store too. Alex was our cashier and he went above and beyond for my family.

I love the convenience of having a Target Superstore nearby, but they are becoming worse and worse at customer service. So many times recently they have had only one or two cashiers for checkout. I detest using the self-checkout lanes, for I know it’s just another way that corporations are downsizing their workforce when people need jobs more than ever.

Its to slow here only 2 workers for the pickup delivery have more out to make it quicker

I was looking for a specific product its not in every store I was told that Target carried it and since Im extremely limited on time and I really dont shop I went online and found it through the Target app purchased it should I pick it up later. Which ended up being 10 hours later but they still had it for me and I walked in and a customer service agent came right over and asked me if I was there to pick up an order and I said yes and he immediately went and got it fantastic customer service absolutely love not having to wait in line that is the number one priority for me. Will shop Target more often.

Staff was amazing. My laptop that I just got had a defective ac adapter and they were extremely accommodating. Even though I was upset and having a return the laptop. They were extremely helpful and were willing to work with me on getting a replacement.

If you checkout with a cashier double check they give you all of your items. I got home and noticed some small items were missing and went back. When I asked the cashier if she had them she pulled them out from under the register. Base case scenario she forgot to put it in the bag on accident. Worst case she was trying to take those items home.

Everyone loves Target am I right?! Love the red card and cartwheel savings and just all of their products. Very rarely do I have a bad experience but I don’t know that I’ve had many that stand out either. Grace helped me when I was having trouble with a registry coupon and she made me feel like I mattered as she took the time to help me. She was just very kind and considerate!

Absolute best customer experience Ive had in any retail environment. Erica Peterson, the Store Team Lead, was the individual that helped us out. We had an issue with a new TV we purchased and she did everything to make it right, you could tell that she genuinely wanted to help and resolve our situation.

For this to be my favorite place to shop I can truly say I am no longer a fan. I came into this store yesterday and was assisted by a sales rep at the POS. I decided to cancel my transactions and was told the funds were placed back on my card. Come to find out you guys charged my card for two separate transactions and I never left the store with anything. Now it is day two and I am playing phone tag with Guest relations and my bank because ither of you wants to go the extra mile to credit my account back.

Super Target. Good area, the store is relatively clean large selection of items. Pleasant music in the parking lot. Went on a weekday. General Super Target shopping strip mall a Sallys Beauty Supply, Michaels (craft supply) there is a World Market at the very end. Location is right off the 202 by Ray Rd.

Entering the store, I could see that it was very clean and organized. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were able to tell us exactly which aisle our items were located in. I was uncertain about an item I was looking at when an employee approach me. He introduced himself as George and began to offer his assistance. He able to suggest the perfect item I needed and went above my expectations. Overall, I felt like the staff took extra time to provide great customer service.

We were really surprised to encounter 3 Target employees not wearing face masks while going about their store duties. While I understand that certain people dont believe in all this COVID stuff, I know its Targets policy that all employees wear masks. Someone in management at this location isnt enforcing the policy. So, we left and went to Wal-Mart instead. Though we dont care for Wal-Mart, at least all employees there are taking the proper protective measures. If Target reads this, reference case # 74375645

This is a great location. What I need is usually in stock. The pharmacy is great and I get my eye exams and glasses here. The new optometrist (Turk) is fantastic. They recently started putting displays in the aisles like that other store always does, which I hate because its not as nice to walk around the store. But, unlike that other store Target doesnt block aisles and entire areas with pallets waiting to be unloaded, which is my biggest pet peeve about these places. Overall this is a great location with a full grocery section, bakery, and Starbucks in the store. UPDATE: I knew I would hate it when Target started putting in self check outs. I hate them and never use them, but when only one normal register is open, and Im only buying one thing, it is the only reasonable option. I hate it. Target, you are not Wal-Mart. Youre better than this. Stop it.

This is a Super Target. Huge location. Very clean. All the workers were very friendly and would ask if I needed help finding anything. I have a target a few miles closer to me and will be traveling the extra miles just to go to this one instead. There is also a Starbucks and pizza hut inside, which my current target does not have. Overall beautiful well kept location.

Target is my favorite store because they have great a selection of produce, meats and clothing.They also have the Target app. that you can use the cartwheel for an additional discounts on items. You can combine using that with actual manufacturers coupons.

I went Shopping with my friends and we were shopping in the beauty department and I was Talking to the beauty team member Aly about something when she turned around looked at my friend( not knowing she was my friend) made horrible comments about her body, race and skin she went on for a good couple minutes. Why would someone who works for target think it’s ok to bully others and make racist comments. Unacceptable. Will not be going back.

A lot of the employees are very nice and very helpful. The store has a nice selection as well. I love that there is a deli and bakery.

Get my glasses done here every year, they do good work great selection of brands to choose from, I prefer Oakley. I Always get them fast and never had a problem. This store has clothing, electronics,and grocery here.

I really just want to review the food court, but also want to be fair to the store in general so Im giving 4 stars.I love the chicken Alfredo they make from Pizza Hut. However, more often than not, they tell me they are out. I make this trip specifically for this, and over the last several months, this has happened. My complaints go unheard.Also, when I first started ordering there it was five minutes to make. A few trips ago it was 5-10 minutes, and yesterday, its all the way up to 15 minutes. I could tell they just didnt want to make it as one employee was leaving and an other taking over. So they told me fifteen minutes, in a very exhausted tone, and told me of all the stuff they have to do to prepare it. Okay I get, Ill leave and try some other time.

Like the option to pick up orders, even food. I wish you had free ship to store all the time. I have been happy with quality of purchases and customer service.

I love going to this target. I shop here specifically for their elf cosmetic selection but also for their great customer service. Theres always great deals on clothes and shoes as well.

Went to Target for the $250 Black Friday iPhone deal Friday morning. I was put on waiting list because they are only having 1 staff member activate phones (real smart). 500 minutes had passed before I received notice that they sold out of the phone model I was looking and that’s too bad. Why put me on a list for a product you have already promised to X amount of people before me? No warning that they were low on product and that maybe I should go to multiple targets because the company has poor business management skills. To top it off, associate working in electronics was rude and condescending. Really disappointing to say the least.

I was checking out items at the self checkout an associate by the name of SHELLEY. walked over and peeled back the opening on my backpack that was already opened sitting on the table where I retieve my money and examine my bag. I was applauded by her actions and ask her did I give her permission to put her hands on my belongings? I immediately contacted the manager (Edward) asking him if that is protocol. Why? wasnt she examining everyones bag. She profiled me and I am very unhappy she took the law into her own hands without the consulting a manager.

I went in today to get store credit for 2 gifts my boys received yesterday For their birthdays and the young lady was not helpful at all. Since I didn’t have a receipt she said she would give me $1.78 on a $15 nerf gun and $3 on a $25 board game. I’ve never heard of the policy you guys have now that if you don’t have a receipt, you’ll get the lowest price the items were in the last 100 days. The items are obviously unopened and brand new. Way to go target.

How can you NOT love Target? I drive from East Mesa to this location because it is clean, has a nice Starbucks and cafeteria, a FULL grocery store and clothes that are irresistible. I also am obsessed with their dollar spot, it always has great seasonal items. ❤
