This bridal shop was absolutely spectacular. It was very easy to get an appointment made. I scheduled my appointment during their summer sale, $200 off of $1000 or more. When scheduling, I accidentally forgot to put in the discount code for the summer sale. I was afraid it would not be honored so I called the shop. The woman was very understanding and made sure to put a note on my account to make sure to honor the discount if I found a dress. Later that week I went to my consultation, and it went flawlessly. I brought my entourage and the staff were so welcoming. They quickly took me back to begin trying on dresses. My consultant was the sweetest most understanding woman who took the time to understand my needs. I ended up finding my dream dress!! The discount was honored as promised and I got a $2800 dress for only $1600 after tip! I have already recommended this bridal shop to multiple people. I loved my experience.

I came in today for an appointment to try on wedding dresses for myself. The experience was wonderful. I got a dress that was a near perfect match to what I was looking for. The price was about a quarter of what the dress normally retails at.

Brilliant Bridal was wonderful and suited all of my needs. The woman who assisted me and my mother was absolutely amazing. She was kind, understanding, and truly heard out my wants/needs for a dress. She asked the perfect questions and helped locate dresses that were right within my style and budget. When searching for places to shop, Brilliant Bridal really stood out to me. Off the rack dresses from designers all over the world at a discounted price due to overstock, discontinued, and etc. In my words the perfect opportunity to find a designer dress at a reasonable cost. When shopping around they had a variety of styles and were well organized. The shop was very sanitary, staff constantly wore masks, and stayed within social distance protocol. I was able to find the perfect dress. I had been to several other shops and tried on many dresses before this appointment. None of which had gotten me emotional ever. Trying on the dress, I actually started to tear up. I knew it was the one. Thank you Brilliant Bridal for all your help.

First went to Davids Bridal and the experience wasnt the best.. then we went to Brilliant Bridal and it was a total game changer! Summer was beyond helpful, really listened to what I liked and didnt like, and even asked my budget. Davids didnt do that. Summer made me feel so comfortable, confident, and beautiful. It was an amazing experience and I would HIGHLY recommend going to Brilliant Bridal. I walked away with my DREAM dress.

I had the most amazing experience with the stylist, Gillian. Gillian was super patient and helped me so much throughout the entire process. I informed Gillian of my dress ideas and she selected dresses for me that exceeded my expectations. I dont think I would have been able to pick a dress without her support! I was so nervous about getting a dress but this was such an awesome experience. My consultant Paiton was amazing! She spent time in the beginning listening to what I want and the entire appointment I felt comfortable. I did find a dress I loved that looked great on me. The environment was nice and surprisingly private. The prices were reasonable as well. I saw dresses average $900-1400 and I didnt feel pressured so I was comfortable moving forward with what I liked. I was able to try on about 6 dresses in my window.

Paiton was awesome! I showed her a few photos of dresses I liked and she came back matching them closely. She was very personable and engaged. She asked me questions about me and my fiancé, It almost felt like the show Say yes to the dress. I enjoyed trying on the many dresses and narrowing it down to 2 dresses. I didnt feel rushed or pressured.Lets not mention the price tags!!! OMG!!! The prices are amazing, no matter your budget especially if its not a big budget, you will find a dress. Dresses range from $100.00-$2,000 and there are very few dresses at the $2,000 price tag. They are all less than $1,500 and an entire store of dress styles. My 2nd pick dress was only $395.00!This location is awesome. I recommend everyone go here first before anywhere else.Ask for Paiton! ❤️

Ok I had to hop on here immediately because the service I got at Brilliant Bridal was just phenomenal. I had left dress shopping till the last minute because I’ve been very insecure about my new size (thanks pandemic pounds) and was feeling very fragile about it… it was easy to book an appointment, every member of staff was warm and welcoming, and Gillian and Abby took the BEST care of me - they helped me find a ton of options that were in styles I was interested in, and had a great eye for suggesting styles that I hadn’t considered. They were so adept at helping me narrow down my options and in the end, they found an absolutely stunning dress for me - a dress that I wouldn’t have considered for myself, and that I’m so grateful they suggested because I truly did fall in love with it. I didn’t have a set budget to begin with, but they went out of their way to provide me with the best possible deal which was just the cherry on top and so kind. The whole experience was just so smooth, enjoyable, and most importantly I left with the perfect dress for me feeling beautiful and excited - the polar opposite of how I felt beforehand. Big thank you to everyone at Brilliant Bridal East Valley, but especially to Gillian and Abby - you two were just the kindest and I cannot express how grateful I am to you for not only helping me find my gorgeous dress, but for making me feel so much better in myself than when I came in 💖

AMAZING, we made appointments at 3 different places. Started at Brilliant Bridal first. Melody was more than we could of asked for. She listened to my daughters requested as she was not sure what she wanted or what would look good on her. On the 4th dress it was the one..... We purchased everything Melody suggested. I could not say enough of this place. THANK YOU. My daughters response when she put the dress on was I feel like a bride. Wedding in April of next year will post pictures. Thank you Melody!!!

I had such an amazing experience here! Kendra is FABULOUS. I didnt really know what I wanted but she helped lead me in the right direction and knew all the right dresses to pull (and there were a LOT). Super knowledgeable and fun to work with! The atmosphere of the store is also sooo much better than your typical dress stores - more laid back, more personable, and less pressure. The selection of dresses was great, with a wide variety of styles, sizes, and prices. Will definitely be recommending the store to all my friends getting married.

Im already married, but I accompanied a friend here. Our experience here and at Davids Bridal was like night and day! Theres absolutely nothing wrong with Davids, they have great gowns, but we loved how personal our appointment was and how each gown felt individual. Our stylist was awesome. She knew each of the gowns with a quick glance and kept pulling new looks she thought my friend my love. You can really feel that this is a local business in all the right ways, down to how they work with one my favorite local photographers (Matthew Wheeler - look him up too!). They have a very large range of styles and prices. Cannot recommend more!

My mom flew in just for this weekend, and I was so worried I wouldnt find the one while she was here. I booked 6 back-to-back appointments across the Valley and just in case! The absolute last thing I was expecting was to find my dress at the very first place I looked, and its truly because of my consultant, Kendra. Ive never been one to dream about my dress and while I had some general ideas, I was a bit overwhelmed. Kendra made me feel so at ease! I loved being able to pick out one or two dresses first, and Kendra did an amazing job carefully listening to mine, my mom, and future MILs comments on each dress in order to pull better and better ones - all significantly under budget. The dress ended up being a perfect mix of all the best things about the previous dresses, and while it was a bit over budget Kendra shared she would see what she could do to get us there.What I most appreciated about Kendra was her genuine investment in helping me feel beautiful, supported, and giving kind but direct feedback when needed based on my wishes - I loved that she was able to say I dont think that works with what you want SO helpful. When we found the one, Kendra even suggested wearing different veils and adjusting the lighting. In the end, we were all in happy tears and went a bit over our time - again, I cant thank Brilliant Bridal enough for your patience and grace!When we got to the front, every consultant seemed to know about the dress and were just as happy! Truly, this was an amazing experience and I am so, so grateful I chose to go to Brilliant Bridal first. I wholeheartedly recommend Brilliant Bridal East Valley to any bride looking for an extremely affordable dress who knows what she wants, is open-minded, or even is a total n00b like me! LOVED this dress shop! If you can come here for your wedding dress please do! I made a reservation for their other location but I messed up and went to this location (and I am so happy I did end up at this location!). They quickly made availability for me. When there the lady I worked with truly listened to what I wanted at the beginning of the appointment. First I said what I liked and what my wedding theme was, and then I showed her the 3 other dresses I had found at other stores that I liked. She explained the good and bad parts about each dress in relation to me. Afterwards she sent me to look in the store to pick out dresses to try on. While I was looking around the store she went into the back room because they had just received a dress that she thought I would love and thought I should try it on. That was the first and only dress I ended up trying on that day. I fell in love with the dress. She had me walk around in it, showed it to me in different rooms and with different lighting, added accessories that I would want so I could see it with the dress, and more. I was in the dress for at least 40 minutes because I did not want to take it off.If I needed more wedding dresses I would go here again! I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone and everyone who needs a wedding dress.

I found my dress on clearance for barely a fraction of what the dress cost originally. I highly recommend shopping their end of year clearance sale! They have many beautiful dresses.Kendra was very helpful when recommending what I will need to alter to have the perfect fit, and she was happy to work with my tight budget.I recommend this location over the one in Phoenix. They were much busier, but they had a bigger selection and their fitting rooms have doors instead of curtains. It may take a while for someone to get yiu started looking even with an appointment, but it was well worth my wait. Im so happy with my dress!

I couldnt be happier with my dress shopping experience at Brilliant Bridal! I really liked that they had dresses in all different sizes as my first experience trying on dresses at another boutique I was limited to dresses that were either way too small or too large. I was also impressed with the variety of styles they had. My bridal consultant (I believe her name was Morgan) was attentive, listened to what I envisioned for my wedding day and delivered! She even indulged my bride squad in pulling a ball gown for me to try on just for fun! I found my perfect dress and walked out with it that day! I would highly recommend checking them out if you are in the market for a bridal dress.

My appointment at Brilliant Bridal was so easy and fun. I was so nervous to try on dresses for the first time, but my stylist Gillian was so sweet and helpful to me. I said yes to the dress here. The consultants know what they are doing and how to get the correct and truthful feedback to the bride to be. They listen to what she want and not what others what. Love them so much.

I scheduled my appointment at 4:30 on a Thursday and my consultant was Mickey. This was my first experience even looking or trying on wedding dresses. She was sweet, comforting and took the time to listen to me. She helped me try on many styles to get a feel of which I felt most confident in. She brought out a one of a kind dress from the back that she thought of as soon as she met me. On top of that, her and the manager were able to take off about $350 from the original price so it was perfectly in my budget! Since my mom was unable to be there, I went home to discuss it with her and slept on it. And I woke up dreaming about the same dress. It spoke to me and literally took my breath away. The way it made me feel was like I was in a dream, on cloud 9. I called before I went to sleep, left a voicemail confirming that it was meant to be. Then the next morning I got ready and drove back there to see that Mickey had my dress all ready to go for me and still honored the discount. They were so friendly and made my whole experience very pleasant, not rushed and memorable for the rest of my life. I’ll for sure come back to show them my wedding picture. I felt like family there. Everyone was so kind and so sweet, and they really went above and beyond to help me find my perfect dress.The first thing I did after I got engaged was begin looking for a wedding dress. I went to another bridal shop, and the first dress I tried on fell in love with, ordered, and paid for it. Fast forward a few months, the dress came in, but the other bridal shop ordered it in the wrong size and it was cut wrong, and could not be repaired and there was not enough time to order another one. So I began looking for a wedding dress... again!I went to a few bridal shops but they did not have that many dresses I could purchase off the rack, and the ones that I could were stained and torn or not my style. A lot the girls were also very rude and dismissive of what I was looking for, and did not take the time to figure out what I wanted. Finally another bridal shop recommended brilliant bridal, so I booked an appointment for the next day.I went in and Kassidy & Kelsey helped me. They were so sweet, they really took the time to get to know what I was looking for. They ended up helping me find the perfect dress, that was even better than the dress I had originally bought! They never made me feel pressured or or rushed. They turned a very upsetting situation into a positive one! I am so grateful for them, and would highly recommend you request them when booking your appointment!

I did not ever picture myself having a big wedding, so I was not really sure of what to expect in a dress. Faye was my consultant, and she did such a good job of showing me a variety of dresses and really making me fell exceptional, even when I didnt. I ended up leaving for a few hours, and when I returned to purchase my dress every single associate remembered me AND called the dress I was there to look at, and ultimately buy. My stylist Jessica was so personable, friendly, and flat out amazing. She took the time to understand what I wanted (even though I didnt know myself) and took me over to pick out dresses. My best friend and I had appointments at 3 different bridal shops, and Brilliant Bridal was by far our best experience. Melody made our appointment absolutely seamless and was genuine, patient and so sweet. I had an absolutely amazing experience at Brilliant Bridal, I cannot recommend them enough!! Don’t let the strange location deter you - I live nearby and pass it every day and never thought twice about shopping here until I read all the great reviews online and that they sell off the rack! I was so pleasantly surprised when I walked inside, the place is HUGE and you get a private changing room with a viewing area for your tribe which was so amazing. Plus, they’re very responsible when it comes to COVID measures (limited appointments, number of guests at a time, cleanliness, etc all 100% on point).My stylist Kendra was super sweet and very helpful in narrowing down my style - after helping me try on a bunch of gowns I picked myself, she really got to know my style and exactly what I was looking for and ended up pulling the PERFECT dress for me!! I learned later that they don’t work off commission so it’s a very non-pressured experience and the stylists genuinely care about helping you find the one no matter where that might be. I interacted with a few different ladies in my handful of visits there and they were all SO warm and welcoming.Their dresses are all brand new but still sold off the rack (designer overstocks, discontinued styles, even Private Labels that sell directly to Brilliant Bridal!) so not only do you get a smokin deal on designer gowns (typically 30-80% off!), but you’re highly unlikely to see anyone else in your dress ANNND you get to take it home with you that day (which is awesome for SOS situations like mine! 😬).I can’t say enough good things about this place - if you’re considering checking them out for your dress, book an appointment!!! You’re gonna love it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Sales associates Mo was extremely rude to my mother and I. Not the experience we would have hoped for, for my very first wedding gown shopping trip. I was anxious and eager to try on dresses as my wedding is less than 6 months away. Mo was very talkative as she mentioned she likes to get to know the bride, yet every time she asked me a question and I began to answer she cut me off and interrupted multiple times. My mother and I could not get a word in edgewise. Mo was very pushy and really careless with us regarding feelings and sentimental value this trip had for us. It was clear that Mo cared more about her commission in sales then making her customers feel valued or reassured. I described to her what I loved about my sisters wedding gown and she sarcastically said: Well if you like your sisters dress so much, why dont you wear it? After, she bluntly told us that she had nothing matching what I was looking for, and she abruptly left my mother and I to talk amongst ourselves and never returned. We walked out upset and disappointed as Mo worked on her computer ignoring us. Thankfully the other associates could see the look of disgust and disappointment on our faces (even through face masks). If that wasnt enough, I made sure they heard me tell my mom how disappointed, disgusted, undervalued, and disrespected I felt. I can only hope that once we left and they lost a customer, that they realized the problem that occurred at my appointment, with a lack of professionalism, customer service, empathy, and human decency. I did read the reviews before my appointment, but I still gave this shop a chance. I shouldve listened to my gut... Never again. Do not recommend Brillant Bridal. I am thankful I found my dream dress elsewhere with carrying and compassionate professionals.

Until I walked into Brilliant Bridal, my wedding dress shopping experience has not been going very well. I worked with Melody at Brilliant Bridal and cannot recommend those place enough. From the minute I walked in I was usher I would have started here and not wasted my time anywhere else! I walked away with a GORGEOUS dress that was brand new and about 40% off the retail. Melody listened to everything I was looking for in a wedding dress and pulled the PERFECT one for me. Do yourself a favor and make this the first place you go for wedding dress shopping - they are so kind and very attentive!

This was the first bridal shop I went to when I began my journey to find my dress. I tried on several different silhouettes and styles. I was also trying to figure out my size. Mo was so patient and helpful. This shop has many different dresses at reasonable prices. I did not find THE dress here, but it was a great first experience. I cannot recommend Brilliant Bridal enough! I was nervous about this step of my wedding planning because I am plus size and it can sometimes be tricky to find flattering looks. From the moment we walked in, I felt super comfortable. The stylist I worked with, Mickey, was AMAZING!!! I would point anyone in her direction. She is so knowledgeable and made this unfamiliar process so easy to navigate. She took a lot of time to get to know me and figure out what styles would work best for me. I was not planning on making a purchase and was originally more into just gathering ideas but thanks to Mickey’s help I was able to find a dress more perfect than I could ever imagine. The stylists do not work on commission and there was no “hard selling” tactics or pressure to make a purchase. It felt very much like shopping with a friend. All of their dresses are off the rack so you don’t have to wait for anything to be ordered. I recommend a bride of any size to check out Brilliant Bridal! You will not regret it!

I cannot express enough how much I love this place! The stylist that assisted me was incredibly patient and supportive when I described what my ideal dress was. She took care not to overwhelm me as I went to pick out dresses. As I tried on dresses, my stylist was honest and helped me discover what I liked about each unique dress. In the end, I managed to find my dream dress for an incredibly reasonable price; one that Im sure no where else would have been able to beat. I would recommend Brilliant Bridal to anyone without skipping a beat.

Awesome and fun experience! Kendra was my stylist - I showed her some ideas of things I liked and she honed in on the perfect dress for me. She also encouraged me to try on several different styles/types of dresses based on my reactions to ensure I felt that I was making the right decision. I really appreciated the time she spent with me and the fact that I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. The other stylists there (sorry I didn’t get your names ladies) were also extremely friendly and encouraging. Not to mention it was a HUGE bonus to be able to walk out with the dress I selected instead of waiting months for it to be ordered. Brilliant Bridal is an excellent place!

I came to Brilliant Bridal, first time ever trying on wedding dresses. Jessica helped me find the perfect dress after only being there for about 40 min. Had the BEST experience at Brilliant Bridal and would so highly recommend coming here! Liz was my consultant and did an amazing job listening to what I was looking for in my wedding dress. She was professional and personable at the same time and it was like hanging out with a close friend the entire appointment. She sat down with me and my family beforehand and took the time to talk to us about the wedding location and styles I was interested in. She let me pick out my first dress and from there listened to what I liked and continued to pull amazing dress options for me. I fully trusted her and her picks as all of them were amazing and it was giving me great ideas of what I did and didn’t want. There was absolutely no rush at any point and they let me take my time in every dress. I ended up finding my dress and left the store gleaming!! They also gave us a great discount at the end making my dream dress insanely affordable. From the second I walked into brilliant bridal for my appointment that I made easily online, I was so kindly taken care of.This was my first time shopping for a wedding dress and I had no real understanding of the process. It just so happened there was a power outage and the front of the store was dark, but they made every accommodation possible to ensure that my experience was extraordinary. They led me to a huge room with a beautiful window where it was full of natural light. My dress consultant/stylist Kendra was beyond knowledgeable and very honest. She took incredible care of me! She even managed to get me a phenomenal deal on “the one” which was everything I could have dreamed of. One unique thing about this store is that not a single person is on commission, so there is no pushing, no pressure, and no dishonesty. The dress selection is never ending and their knowledge of the designer, material types, dress making process, and alteration process is top class. You will not want to go anywhere else and this really is the only place I would ever recommend going! Thank you again ladies for everything!! And there will be pictures to come!!! Xx

I had a great experience today with Mickey. She was a great consultant! Brilliant Bridal stocks dresses that are ready to go, so it can be hit or miss if you find something and I didn’t this time, but Mickey made it a great time!

Hands down, one of the best shopping experiences I have had OF ANY KIND! Went to Brilliant Bridal as a bridesmaid to my dear friend and she was treated so well and with such individualized service. Liz treated the bride like she was royalty and was so informative and so kind! We had a blast and the perfect dress was found. You dont need to go anywhere else.

Great experience! I was trilled to find a dress that was unique and to be able to take it home with me that day. The staff was friendly and fun. I had ordered my dress from another shop and it came but was the wrong dress, I was panicked with only 2 weeks to go before the wedding. I ended up with a dress that was perfect for me and even cheaper than the first. The alteration shop (A Stich in Time) they recommended was fantastic as well, made the tweaks to the dress in plenty of time. Thanks for saving the day.

A few months ago I went into brilliant bridal looking for an inexpensive dress that would be enough and I found a dress that I was in love with. My consultant, Shae, was amazing! I am not a shopper and she made the experience so fun and fairly easy. I tried on about 6 dresses and ended up leaving with dress #2. I had the sleeves altered and it was perfect. Thank you Shae and thank you brilliant bridal!

Fate was tested at this store and it exceeded ALL of my expectations. My stylist Liz amazing, she was so understanding and receptive to what I was looking for, that she managed to find a colored dress for me that turned out to be THE ONE! She offered honest advice and answered all of our questions. Icing on the cake was walking out with a gorgeous dress for $95!! 💯 recommend this place

I cannot say enough about this place and the staff. I am almost 7 months pregnant and I had been dress shopping at 2 places before going to Brilliant Bridal. I will not mention the 2 previous places but it was a horrible experience. I felt defeated but decided to try Brilliant Bridal as it was on my way home. I walked in and man, they ALL welcomed me with a big hello and giant smiles. I knew I had come to the right place. My girl Melody asked me what I needed, what my price range was, and she hit the ground running. I found a few dresses, she pulled a few, and explained my options for my very, very tight timeline! (Wedding date is 1/17/20). They also gave me two recommendations for seamstresses to alter my dress by my wedding date. They all made me feel so beautiful and I found the dress of my dreams. Thank you Melody and Brilliant Bridal for making this amazing experience one I will be telling for years to come. You guys rock! Much love to you and the girls.

Good selection of dresses and you really cant beat the prices. Unfortunately I did not find my dress here, but its definitely a place to look. And the gal working there was very helpful considering i had no idea what i wanted

1st off I called asked some questions anfbshe was super nice. Made an appointment online and that was super easy! Walked in greeting was friendly, turns out the greeter was my assistant and she was lovely. Her name is Mickey and she was amazing. Loved my experience and she made it so much less stressful for me. Shae was so much fun to work with! She chose dresses that fit what I was looking for. The experience here was great. They have comfortable seating and nice semi-private areas for your party. The only reason I didn’t buy my dress here was that I had a nearly identical one on hold at a different store for a much lower price. That said, I got a rare deal and the prices here are reasonable. Worth an appointment, for sure.

Many of my friends told me that I would cry when I find the one (dress)! I thought it was weird lol. I went to try on many dresses at a bridal store in Phoenix but didn’t feel connect with any dress. I mean I felt like I could buy any dress because they’re so pretty, but there’s no dress that stood out to me.Then, I went to brilliant bridal in Mesa. Mickey was my stylist that day, and she’s very nice and helpful. I picked a couple of dresses to try on, and she showed me one dress that she thought I might like.When I tried on that dress, I literally had to hold my breath as I was about to cry. No kidding! So, I found the one with a reasonable price too! I’m glad that I stopped by brilliant bridal!

I wish I could give 1000 stars! They make you feel like the spotlight is on you! They make you feel so special! I loved every minute of my experience here. All the staff have great energy and love that youre there.

This place is amazing!! My sister is getting married and she is a bigger sized bride. They had a slim selection but they fit her PERFECT!!! SHE FELT BEAUTIFUL! The lady who helped us was amazing!! And it was very private! Compared to Davids bridal. Definitely recommended!

I tried on wedding dresses at a few different places in the valley before finding Brilliant Bridal in Mesa when I was looking about 6 mos ago. The gal that helped me (Mo) was incredible! She was a true professional, hands down. I shared with her a couple descriptions about the type of style and features I was looking for, and I fell in love with her 2 top selections! I really wanted a dress that was one of a kind at a price tag less than $1,000, and that’s exactly what we found - incredible. And I had so many compliments about the dress and how “me” it was. I didnt end up getting my dress here, but the staff were professional and so kind. They offered suggestions and the store was clean and cute with tons of dress options for even the pickiest bride. They will have unique finds since they get the last design of that dress in its respective size, so if you love that dress, know you wont be able to order it in a different size. Youll have to alter the heck out of it and hope it works. Thats the only downside.

This place really sets the bar high for wedding dress shopping. Brilliant Bridal was my fourth store I stopped at while searching for a dress. I felt like the employees here (Kendra worked with me) understood what dress I wanted. She was very knowledgeable on how things could be altered and even brought scraps of fabric to show what the dress would look like with certain alterations. I truly felt she wanted me to find the perfect dress instead of trying to get the sale. Brilliant Bridal is very affordable for brand new designer dresses. I would recommend this place to every bride to be.

Can I just say that Kendra is sent from heaven to help women find the most magical dress possible?! Because she is. I had the most incredible experience at Brilliant Bridal. I was a little hesitant about buying a dress off the rack but quickly forgot about that when I was given all sorts of recommendations about how it could be altered exactly to my liking. Not once did I feel pressured to buy or felt like I was being rushed. I was able to look through all of the dresses in my size and tag the ones I wanted to try on. My stylist, Kendra, pulled dresses for me after getting a sense for things that I liked and fit well. She was down to earth and incredibly attentive to my needs! I walked out of there with a dress and wanting to be her friend, thats how comfortable I felt with their customer experience. 100% recommend this place to anyone wanting a helping hand in the stressful process! I literally wrote the same thing on Yelp because I need everyone to know what a painless process and wonderful experience I received here. Request Kendra and you wont regret it!

Debra was so amazing! I had tried on several dresses from different boutiques and found brilliant bridal hoping it was my last stop and it was. I found an amazing dress that was exactly what I wanted at a fraction of the cost. Debra was so great at making me feel beautiful and not rushed. Htey opinions were honest and helpful. Huge group went for my daughters bridal selection. I thought this was going to be a difficult process. It was a moment I will cherish forever. Deb was our specialist, along with her hard working assistant, and she picked the perfect dress. It was the first one that Deb had chose. They were accommodating and fun. Our group had so much fun that we bought two dresses. Brilliant bridal made a fantastic day for all of our ladys not just the bride. I was one happy momma!! Would definitely go back for my other girls.

I said yes to the dress!! This was my sixth store trying on wedding dresses and I was thinking I would need to take the risk and order a dress online in order to find one within my budget. Instead, I found a dress that I absolutely love here! Brilliant Bridal (both the Phoenix and the Mesa locations) were hands down my favorite of the six stores I visited. Paiton was a great stylist and was fun and easy to work with. The manager worked some magic and made it so I could afford my beautiful dress and I am so excited to get married in it next spring!

The selection was not very good for plus sized brides (understandable, I dont hold that against them), though I would still suggest starting somewhere like this place. The prices were fairly reasonable, though not as reasonable as I would have expected for discontinued styles.The stylist who helped me was SUPER pushy. When I tried on a dress she liked on me, she told my family that it was my favorite dress out of any I tried on so far (not true, though I did like it and was surprised that a style I didnt think I would like looked good on me, but by far not the best dress I even tried on at that shop, let alone other shops). And when I told her I was going to look around more and not buy right away (and would maybe go back to get the dress later) she made comments like well you found your fiance, would you keep looking around for a different one even though youve found the perfect one?! or this isnt like a car purchase, youre just supposed to buy your dress emotionally, or even I would be MAD if you went to your wedding in a PROM DRESS. Not that I would know. after I told her I had been looking at alternative options for dresses. This was while she had me cornered in the dressing room in just my underwear and feeling very vulnerable. I get the feeling the stylists are paid on commission, but I could be wrong. By far the most uncomfortable experience Ive had wedding dress shopping.

Mo was fantastic!! She really knows her stuff, has great insight, listens to your needs, and did an amazing job helping me say yes to the perfect dress! Theyve got a lot of styles from unique to traditional and everything in between. They truly make you feel special in anticipation for the big day

Shae was absolutely outstanding! She was so attentive and I swear she could read my mind about the exact dress that I was looking for. I tried on four or five dresses and I was done. She picked out the PERFECT dress for me. I will definitely be recommending this shop to everyone I know. I wish I could give her 10 stars.

Being a curve bride it has been a struggle to find variety on dresses that I dont have to be squeeze in, but in this bridal shop they have so many options it was unbelievably. Highly recommend them!
