Where do I start? I was searching for a work van and these guys had it. From the first conversation it was nothing but positive vibes. Awesome experience I had my eye on this truck for about a month. Luckily due to bank issues from previous owner they couldnt sell it and they had alot of interest about it..... the experience was great over all. Jason who did my paperwork was amazing. Had issues with my down-payment due to the amount from the bank and still let me take this baby home. Melvin was cool, the salesman in him kicked in a little later during the interaction and was tryna get me into a vehicle ASAP. That wasnt appreciated ( reason I gave 4 stars). After thinking about it, talking to my wife and family I decided this is what I wanted. 2015 dodge ram 1500 Express. 40k miles. Clean carfax. Fully loaded. 2 year full warranty. 24k. If it wasnt for Jasons number crunching and effort I probably would of walked away. Ill be going back next year to buy my wife a new car because of the hard work and trust they put in for me. Worst experience Ive ever had. They do theyre best to fix as little as possible with the cars they get in, then when the quality of said cars is questioned, youll probably hear something like you want a pristine car, go buy a new one! 10/10 would AVOID this place. I said the car was slow, he said those cars arent fast when I had just driven the same model used that was older from a different dealership earlier that day that had plenty of get up and go, not a slow model at all. I pointed out many issues and I was told thats just how it is with used cars. Extremely lacking in professionalism and integrity, if you wanna get scammed, shop here!!

Got my truck from them. Have been super happy with it. Good solid truck been using as a tow rig for my camper. Several outings so far no problems. Mr Zee was great to deal with and checked in with me several times after purchase to make sure all was well.

Bought my very first car from them and absolutely took advantage of me. I was hesitant to buy the car because I still wanted to check out some other listings but they played me well and told me what I wanted to hear. They played every trick in the book to sell my 2009 subaru forester to me. Told me it had new tires and they had gone through the car thoroughly to check it. Tires were old and car had tons of underlying issues - but that didnt stop them from lying to the face of a naive college student buying his first car with his hard-earned money. I had issues from the moment I rolled of the lot, then I brought it in to have it fixed and after holding it for 3 days, their mechanics claimed I had no serious issues with my car, it was safe to drive and I had nothing to worry about. A few months later, my entire engine blew with tons of smoke due to the very concerns they told me were fine and I had to replace the entire engine - something that a college student cannot afford and their warranty to fix was long gone. Please be smart and please stay away. They are your classic car salesman.

I went last Saturday looking for a pickup truck I previously saw in the website. As soon as I got there and opened the door I was attended by someone and he sent Kyle to take care of me. What a nice man!! He knew exactly what I was looking for, showed me the truck, he was so patient while I saw all the details in the truck (sometimes sellers are pushing so you hurry up and decide fast). In March I purchased a 2014 Honda CRV - I traded in my vehicle today. I thought I had a steal of a deal but I was actually stolen from. I was sold a vehicle that had severe structural damage and I found that out after many issues with the vehicle. It just wasn’t visible damage but the parts under the vehicle were bent up, bumper kept falling off, etc. I traded it in at a large dealership and they told me this vehicle will be auctioned because it’s UNSAFE. I was sold this vehicle while also having small kids. NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE! It will be a huge mistake.

Very good at selling vehicles. Very bad at being responsive and solving your issues a month later. Bryan Faller sold me a vehicle. Comes out that the LIFETIME WARRANTY is not on many of the vehicle compartments. Well the sales agent stated that everything would be covered under the warranty. The vehicle left me stranded in Florence. Bryan stated that he can have his mechanics rep Braymer give me a call and fix the issue. I tow the vehicle to their shop and they dont do anything and say the car is working and that there was nothing wrong with the Power steering Rack. I stop falling to their games and take it to the Ford Dealership……. Ford stated that the power steering rack was almost impossible to miss. That perhaps the mechanic was just being lazy and did not want to repair it. I would have appreciated it if maybe they wouldve saved me the unecessary towing fee. These people are sales people…….. I would never buy a vehicle from them again. Dont buy their warranties. Dont buy anything from them. They should be placed out of business.

Worst dealership in Arizona they take no responsibility for the cars they sell. Dishonest is putting it lightly they sold me a lemon. To add insult to injury they wanted to charge me for a water pump which did not fix the issue. Stay away there are more honest car dealers in the valley. Wow more lies no where ever did the Attorney General and I have a conversation cant believe you would even infer that. But soon you will have to answer for your actions in court. I will not comment any further talk about dishonest unbelievable!

Kyle was professional, kind, and a good salesman. When we arrived he had the car we were looking at clean and ready to go. I explained my financial constraints and he was willing to work with them. He even noticed a bit of body work that needed to be done and let us know we can bring it back to get it repaired. Car came with a 15 day warranty which I hope I wont be needing.

I bought my 2016 Mustang Premium from here. It’s was great service, and a great price. They have excellent customer service and they will fix your vehicle at their own mechanic shop with the use of their dealership warranty.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would have done so. We were looking to find a reliable low mileage car for our 18year old. Found something in our price range and we drove 40 min to see it.I opened the hood to inspect the engine and I noticed that the radiator fluid tank was empty. The sales person flat out stated no we do a 100 point inspection, it’s just down in the motor….. wait WHAT.So I opened the fluid tank and said AGAIN there is no fluid- it’s bone dry. Only at that point did the salesman actually look into the tank and could see that it was dry after telling us all about that awesome 100 point inspection with and attitude.I had to drive their car over to the “shop” to have it checked out. The guy at the shop immediately agreed that it was dry. He filled the coolant tank to only then notice 6 (?) leak in the hose from a rat/mouse/crackhead who knows. Then I noticed that most of the bolts in the lower engine area was RUSTED. Now I didn’t inspect more than three but that was enough for me to walk away from the car.Meanwhile back at the lot or should I say old Fizzolies restaurant… the salesman was short and sh*tty with my ex wife. Saying that “he didn’t lie” about the condition of the car.Then he reaccredited the deposit she had put down on the car.Bottom line- I had to show them what was wrong with their vehicle only to be treated unprofessionally and rude.I would NOT recommend ever buying a vehicle from this place just based on how unprofessional the staff was.

They have a huge assortment of vehicles. After shopping around, I bought an F250 from them and feel I got a very fair deal. Had a little concern a few days later and they took care of it with no questions asked. I recommend them for a good used car. They have a great slogan we have sold more cars than any other Pizza Hut in the world.

We went to Rollit Motors and bought a used mini van. Working with Bryan was great, and everyone we encountered there was helpful and kind. This was by far the most reasonable, efficient, hassle-free car experience we have ever had. There werent gimmicks, and prices were fair and transparent. For a direct comparison, the last used vehicle we purchased was at a large dealership and the process was a nightmare. At the large dealership, it took over two hours just to get a clear out the door price, whereas our entire experience at Rollit was complete in under 2 hours (from test driving, to negotiating, to having them check our potential trade in, to purchasing, and completion of paperwork). We drove the van home the same day, and we know where we will be going the next time we need another vehicle. Thanks Rollit!

We looked at a vehicle which is a Volvo 2004 V70 and they listed the vehicle at $6500. We said a cash price and they offered $6200. The vehicle had and has front end damage all repairs havent been completed. The moonroof stuck and to fix it will cost $600 but they only offered $6200. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Business is business and selling a lemon is not business. The grill was detached and the balancing of the tires hasnt been done. You could still see the hoses with stickers on it.

After searching and dealing with major dealerships for a couple of weeks, dealing with a bunch of hidden fees, up sales, bait n switch, I went to Rollit Motors and met Bryan Faller. After talking to him for a few minutes, and telling him all my car shopping frustrations, we walked the lot and found a car I was interested in, no pressure, no up sale, no bait and switch, no $4000 in made up fees (paint protection, security, window tint, that every major dealership tries to add on ). Bryan was a super nice guy. I told him Ill be back the following day, with my wife test drive the car. Like clock work we were there the following day, spoke with Bryan and met with Bob, (Bryan had to leave for a family engagement) Bob was great guy to deal with as well. The car was priced under KBB, and Carfax was provided. We drove the car for 15 miles, it was near perfect condition. We bought the car. Rollit Motors no haggle pricing was great, straight to the point, no hidden fees...Thank you Bryan, Bob and Tyler, you guys are awesome and will always recommend you guys. We will come see you for any future car purchases.

Took one of their cars to a toyota dealership to get inspected. Rollit had wiped the vehicles computer codes so that the service lights would not show up. The car had not been serviced in a while (needed all fluids serviced, needed new spark plugs, something was wrong with the breaks). If you are trying to buy from Rollit think again or make sure you get the car checked, as their certification means nothing.

The whole process took about 2.5 hours. This is the way a used car lot should be run; 100% honesty, friendly and knowledgeable staff, no pressure, good selection of cars, great prices, fast and easy financing.

I bought a car and in the contract they stated they would fix the AC. 1 year later, my ac still is not fixed. I rook my vehicle into their shop 4 different times and it has yet to be fixed. I sweat more in my car than I do when Im walking down the street. Wish they would take care of what was part of the contract. Great staff overall and good customer service.

I honestly wish I could give them zero stars.I spoke to a guy that could barely speak English.Zee was his name . Very heavy accent.he lied to me over the phone because he said he could finance me with no money down. I came all the way down 35 MIles . And even though I told him I would be there he did not pull the car out. He refused to let me test drive the car unless I gave him all my information first. So naturally I decided to leave lack of customer service. And then a little tiny woman comes out casing me down and says did you hit my Jeep. I said no you must have seen a different angle from the inside when you were working. So I wasted my time and I was falsely accused at the same time worst experience ever do not go here dont listen to anything they say.

When I think of sketchy car sales and salesmen immediately my mind goes to the movie Matilda. Well not now. Rollit motors will forever be the dealership that sold me a broken, glued together car, as is! Lucky me, I also brought it to them to fix while still in their window of replacement and the held onto my vehicle for a month! Hope you arent planning on having your calls returned either, they definitely do not do that. I sat wondering what was happening and how much it would cost. Just to find out they had it in their lot and werent even addressing the issue at hand. Then when finally fixed, after a month on not having my car, they said come pick it up. When I did, it was still broken. Then they had it for another week! Picked it up finally and now my car is needing the same repairs I brought it to them for originally and its barely been 5 months. At this point there is nothing I can do but take my vehicle to a competent mechanic and to a more truthful company than rollit motors will ever be. Hopefully this review helps you understand, and put more thought into purchasing a vehicle through rollit motors. I regret ever meeting Bob and having to deal with this company and the terrible service they put me through. Please, please take my warning. Rollit motors is a joke.

I found my Fiat 500 Abarth on the lot online. Contacted Bob, told him that I wanted it, and if we could make it happen in my budget! We did it all over the phone as Im in Albuquerque NM. even had my paperwork sent out to me in the mail so when I flew in to get the car all I had to do was look it over and get the keys. a couple things caught my attention. for the trip back and they were addressed by the Rollit team immediately before I drove it back to NM. Id say it was the best car buying experience Ive had with a dealer. So even if youre out of state and want something from them they make it fast and easy to get it done!

Mr. Z sold me a 2000 manual shift ford mustang, and I couldnt be happier. After the test drive I pointed out to him, a strange noise the car was making, and a small crack in the windshield. He and made sure that every concern I had about the car was inspected and fixed before I drove it off the lot, and when I noticed the spare tire was damaged after I left, he helped me take it back so they could fix that as well. He also took $600 off the closing price for me.If you get a chance to buy from Mr. Z, you can be certain that he has your best interests at heart!

Oscar was very helpful, Initially when I test drove the car the breaks were making noises, I set up a time on the following week to get the breaks fixed. They replaced the breaks with better quality breaks, I walked away very impressed. I week later I was checking the fluids in the car and noticed the coolant looked dark, I decided to flush the coolant. it was a Saturday and I went to a local service station to get the coolant flushed. I was informed that the water pump was leaking very badly and that it had to be replaced, the mechanic showed me the pump and it was rusted and eroded and in very bad shape, it was pumping rusted coolant through the coolant system. long story short I had to replace the entire coolant system. I called Oscar, sadly the Rollit service station was not open on Saturdays. however I was able to bring my car in the following Monday,and they would take care of any issues. I still had to purchase a water pump and thermostat as-well as new coolant from the mechanic I was at though. On that following Monday I brought my car in with recommendations from the previous mechanic. Rollit put in a new radiator, new hoses and coolant reservoir with no cost to me. Rollit essentially put in brand new Brakes, Radiator, Coolant hoses and coolant reservoir plus filling my gas tank up for me with no extra cost. I couldnt be happier. Not only did they do all that work on my car with no cost to me, the day after I financed my car I got a call from Oscar informing me that they found a better rate for me on the loan then I got the day before. All these things are a very rare quality in a car dealership. They went out of their way to ensure I was taken care of, none of these things were required by them, they went above and beyond. they have earned my business and I look forward going to them again !

I purchased the vehicle.The financial manager, Steve, was amazing in securing the perfect loan for me and explained everything in detail and obtained the payment that worked for me. Ray, the dealership manager, was very involved and personable. This was by far the best experience I have had in purchasing a vehicle and I am 80 yrs. old. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime. At first I had a really great experience, Melissa did exceptionally well in finding me the perfect car. For Melissa I would give her a five stars, but unfortunately, this review isn’t for her. The reason why I’m giving an extremely low review, because I had originally signed a contract with one price, but when I came in on a later date to sign more paperwork, they had risen the monthly payment without any notice. Even when I had asked Shay, she had said that everything was the same hence why I signed it with no issues. Today, I called here to see why my payment rate went up and if I could have to back to what we had originally agreed upon. However, when I spoke to Jason he was unsympathetic, inconsiderate, and unreasonable. I was told I could return the car but returning the car is not the issue, GOING AGAINST AN AGREEMENT was the issue. I originally thought that I could come back in the future for future purchases and recommend the dealership to my friends and family, but I can’t do that any more with a good conscience if Rollit Motors continues to treat their clients like this. I hope in the future you can come up with a more resolute customer service training program with an emphasis on communication skills.

I was a potential buyer from outside the city, luckily I waited to book my flight before getting the paperwork. Sales person was decently accommodating and fairly quick to respond. However, selling the vehicle out from under me after I stated I was wanting to buy and to send me the paperwork is pretty frustrating. For future buyers: DO NOT TAKE ANY SELLERS WORD OR PROMISE TO SELL YOU THE VEHICLE! They only care about selling the vehicle, it doesnt matter if it is you or someone else. Not first come first serve, its whoever gets a physical written signature in person.

Bought a car from them a couple of days ago. Roger and all the other staff I interacted with were all friendly. They definitely want to sell you their product as they should, but it is in a friendly manner and I was never uncomfortable with their services. They have nice cars and even better attitude. They were able to shift my numbers from a previous contract and brought the numbers significantly down. I would definitely recommend this dealership to another person.

Great place good deals but they suck at fixing cars! My car has been to the shop 3 times in the 4 weeks I had it! First time they said they fixed it and the check engine light came back on, second time it was in there for more than a week and still didn’t fix it, the third time it’s in there it’s two weeks and counting I haven’t even got my car back.

1) I Was told by them that in order to see a cars service records you have to tell them youre going to buy it. This was frustrating here and didnt make sense.2) After feeling like they were hiding something from me and not letting me see their records, Oscar was getting super upset. I dont know why anybody would get frustrated when someone asks for information on your product. A good company is transparent and has faith in their products.3) When Oscar tried selling us a Ford Hybrid with 83,000 miles on it, we found out that once the car reaches 100,000 miles you need to buy a $10,000 battery. There were also major problems with the brakes and some other issues. (The car was going for $11,000 by the way)Everyone should stay away from their Ford Escape hybrid unless they want to have a totaled car in a year.4) When people hide and dont give you commonly asked information and then get mad at you when you do ask them for information on what youre buying, you simply cant trust them. These guys are just trying to sell you the first car that you see that they got from the auction.Dont go to low-quality trashy places like this. There are lots of better places for you out there.

After many dealerships and car salesmen giving me the run around, telling me what they think I should want, with no integrity, I was stressed and depressed. Ive got to say that I was pleasantly surprised with the importance and effort the Rollit team puts on to ensure customer satisfaction.Albert and team took great care of us! I checked in for a BMW 750Li, they showed me in and around the vehicle available, gave me ample time to walk around and check each and every stuff of the car, followed by a decent long test drive, I was very impressed with the way they deal with the customer support. Came back from the test drive with great satisfaction, with only one question haunting. Is this car too big for us? Wished if I would have taken my wife with me, which could help me finalize my decision. To my surprise Albert and team gave me the Key of BMW, fixed a Temp Registration plate and asked me to cruise home with the vehicle home to decide to get my wife look on. Very happy with the experience i had with Roll it. They also have great 5 years 100k B2B warranty support. The only reason I had to pull off is the Car doesn’t fit in my Garage with my other SUV.
