I would like to shout out Win, Matt and Dennis at the location off Broadway and Alma School!!!! I was directly working with Win and looking at cars and she made sure to show me cars that I would like and she did!! We did correspond thru email the whole time and she was able to meet literally every request of mine!!! Matt was also helpful even made the experience in store so smooth!! His personality really made it easier for me to not be nervous trying to purchase a vehicle!! Dennis was awesome with also making it feel like an easy process snd helping me drive my vehicle across the street so I’m not leaving one of my cars inside their lot. Definitely would go back to ideals cars! Jc was just a great guy when helping me! He had an answer for every question I had and he genuinely cared about me getting the best price for the truck I got! Without him I feel the whole experience would’ve been differently. Even on his days off if I had any questions he took his own personal time to make sure I was taken care of.

Where should I start? We started financing a car at the beginning of March, we test drive it and fell in love with the Ford Focus but soon to realize the tires were bad 1week later, the tires were wore out, we finally got new Tires after putting up a fight. I tried to stay calm but they are very unprofessional. The car got worst over time and when we said that we have a warranty, it’s doesn’t cover the basic necessities for your vehicle. Don’t waste your time coming here because they will sell you a bad car and you will be left to deal with with car breaking down and it will be your fault. It’s has been problem after problem save your money and go somewhere else .!

I decided to leave my own review. People dont see all the smiles we sent home. The people we help that dont get any help or the right kind of help anywhere else that are desperate enough to be vulnerable. But theyre lucky enough to walk into a place that will not take advantage. Thats where I work thats where I am. Im proud of what I do and what we do for a living And thank you to the ones that have left kind reviews. But happy people go home and go about their lives angry people go home and go Out of their way to tear you down for something you didnt do because theyre upset about their own situation. This is the best place Ive ever worked because I have the ability to pay attention to the person and their situation and I dont have management Trying to control me to inflate their paycheck. Ideal Cars did a great job! My first time here; I had my oil changed and was in and out in an hour. Friendly staff, great customer service! Definitely will be using them again, I scheduled my appointment for my fuel changes at end of the month! Need any car service or repairs this is the place to go! 👍

Real recognize real, and that’s exactly what you get here. Regardless of your situation JC and the other guys at ideal cars will absolutely take care of you. What ever situation you are in. Just ASK, and they do the best they can for your situation. I came to JC and left with a better vehicle and better deal then I initially inquired about.I couldn’t get approval all over town due to my situation, and they got it done. Being able to get a vehicle improved my quality of life and I can’t thank them enough for it.

Buyer beware. In 2016. They knowingly sold me a truck with a transmission that was on its way out without telling me. Within a week it blew up. I asked them to fix it and they refused so I gave it back to them. I just found out its on my credit report as a repo. $11,800 for a 98 ford f150 with a blown transmission.

What will you expect when Mat (GM of this location) is trying to convince me that some feature on CAR remote is not working as it is not available from KIA. I go to local KIA and they told rear door actuator needs to be replaced. Please stop fooling people during these tough times. Mat you as a leader has to run you franchisee and be sincere with the facts and be transparent with vehicle issues with customer. If possible I will give Zero points in review as I have to spend $1145 to fix my vehicle which Ideal Cars sold me. + They didnt disclose Driver Sear does not goes down, Front Fog lamps does not work and rear brake lights not working. My advise to all customers - Please do not trust the staff they are not reliable...

Ideal Cars on Broadway was great! The price was fair, the selection was good, and the process was smooth. I cannot recommend them enough.

Firstly, I will absolutely acknowledge that I personally am not an easy customer when it comes to purchases like this. I will add this experience to the list of things I consider when having conversations with anyone whos business is derived solely from production/sales.Disclaimer; if I seem salty and come across as petty, its because I am salty that these dudes left me completely speechless and saddened that they consider themselves worthy of even being referred to as anything more than retail burnouts. Hopefully someone who doesnt know better will see this and be saved.If youre out of options and literally have no where else you can do business, this is your spot.These guys thought they knew it all and didnt seem to have any desire to retain a buying customer if things dont go every bit of their way.Stopped in with my wife today to look at a specific vehicle that was listed with these jokers and it was almost everything I expected.I wanted to see if we could make a trade in deal happen under terms I broke down for these guys and I guess they thought it was the only way we could afford/would be able to make it happen...As much as theyll make you feel like all of your concerns are valid and taken into account, theyll do whatever is going to be in their best interest instead.Im quite sure that JC and Matt have a ton of customers that were left satisfied and maybe even happy, but thats not difficult considering the demographic these so called sales guys take orders from. (Take orders instead of actually using their intellect and people skills to identify where and how they can CLOSE a sale.)The deal we wanted to make on a Dodge was close but not exactly what we wanted and these guys used every tactic/lie under the sun to get us to ink THE BEST DEAL FOR THEM.If youre dealing with bad credit and need a loan, there are much better places than this one. Or even worse places with better staff.If we werent looking specifically to finance to establish an additional credit line, I would potentially consider paying cash for some of these vehicles. Itd be hard though considering these guys are literally looking for any way to get a leg up on you.Being a lifetime closer and having dealt with customers and people my entire career makes me a little jaded when it comes to how my wife and I are treated. I also get the hustle and know how the game goes so I take it personally when I witness folks like this making a bad name for sales positions.The funniest/most aggravating part of JC literally chasing me out of the door to try to save this travesty of a deal was that if they asked or did any kind of fact finding, theyd know that we had more to work with than what we put in front of them. Hell, I was thinking of just putting half down on the right vehicle (ahem that Jeep) and still ascertaining a credit line to bump up my wifes profile.Even if it was given to me free and clear, I would burn it in front of them after how these guys acted.I hope if youve made it this far that you strongly reconsider stopping by here.Matt no matter how much you know financing better than I ever will, just remember that it doesnt matter how many people you can get approved its about how many of those approvals your team actually closes and turns into revenue.If any C Level or executive management personnel see this, youve got a couple here who were ready to buy today and instead were a victim to the terrible practices and treatment of JC and Matt. Id love to share more and potentially change my opinion of Ideal Cars.Looking forward to a follow up and a potential update and increased rating for this business.

Jc is my main man! It was so easy to find a car and just the right fit. I was in the business awhile back with him and I knew a bunch of dealers. But Jc knows how to take care of his customers, and always makes sure everything is going good with your vehicle. He is such a great guy, and an excellent salesman. Theres no other person I would buy from but him.

I bought a 2008 Hyundai sonata from here for my little family it was doing great, 3 weeks later the transmission started slipping and it finally failed ask if there was anything to do with it, no help. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Terrible services! I wish I would give 0 score if that is allowed. I bought a 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander SE from Ideal cars (1208 W Broadways Rd, Mesa) 27 Dec 2020. After driving in about three weeks, I found a serious problem related to the transmission CVT (gear slipping, engine starts making noisier and does not respond to the accelerator when increasing speed from 20-40Mph) and asked them to check it out. Actually, I am willing pay some extra money for this work as long as they can fix it! Unfortunately, the service department manager (Dave) didnt want to take this job, but more terribly he didnt explain why or what problems of the car either. I know you guys are selling many used cars, but you have to fix serious problems related to engine, transmission or clients safety first before selling them. I will never recommend any customers coming this dealer.

Showed a lot of respect and a lot of love. Great great attitude. They made me feel like I made the right choice purchasing a vehicle from these people.

Was not pleased with how things were handled. I went there to purchase a truck at first things were going good up until the sales man told me that the truck was too expensive for me. I left there felling like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman when she walks into a dress shop to buy a dress and the gal tells her that its too expensive. Will not recommend or buy from them. They advertise that they work with all credit types this is a lie.if I could give no stars I would.

IDEAL CARS DOES NOT DISCLOSE KNOWN ISSUES WITH THEIR VEHICLES. AZ IS A NON DISCLOSURE STATE. WAS SOLD A CAR OUT OF WARRANTY, TOOK IT BACK FOR REPAIR WITHIN 1 WEEK WAS TOLD EVERYTHING WAS FINE BUT NOW THE CAR STOPPED WORKING. THEY WONT TAKE IT BACK OR FIX THE DAMAGE. PLUS FOUND OUT THE CAR WAS IN SEVERAL ACCIDENTS PRIOR. IT HASNT EVEN BEEN 90 DAYS. MUST SEEK LEGAL TERMS. I UNDERSTAND ITS A USED CAR BUT A TRANSMISSION OR ENGINE PROBLEM SHOULD BE ADDRESSED FIRST HAND OR SHOULD BE FIXED BEFORE BEING SOLD TO A MOTHER WITH KIDS. BRAKE DOWN ON THE FREEWAY. LIFE AT RISK DUE TO NON DISCLOSURE.

Wish I could leave a 0.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!Super shady business practices... Make sure the VIN number on the CarFax report they show you is the VIN on your vehicle.Never in my life did I think this was a trick someone would use... But hey, they got an extra 1,000-1,500$ out of me from it so it must be working for them...Someone needs to catch them red-handed, in the act.

I saw a car online I was interested in. I called and talked to JC who invited me down. JC was extremely helpful and friendly. He told me everything I needed to know about the car in a non-pressured way. I test drove that car and one other car. I ended up in the one I originally saw and am extremely happy. This is my sons first car and he loves it. Great car and well taken care of by the original owner and by Ideal Cars. JC was nothing but truthful and helpful.
