I wanna first say that this was the most unique car shopping experience I have had thus far!!!! From the moment I searched this particular vehicle to the signing of my paperwork, I couldn’t have been happier overall!!!The immediate reach out was what made me happy because they show interest in the customer to make sure that we purchase with them!! David was the most responsive individual and made sure we got everything sent over to start on the vehicle. I live in St. Louis, Mo and needed to go thru Internet sales and they navigated that like a pro. Matt my finance guy was awesome in navigating my deal and David clarified it every step of the way so I wasn’t lost in the sauce!!! Once I got the approval I purchased tickets for me and my hubby to fly in to Az first thing Monday morning to pick up our new baby!!!!With even more surprise they picked us up from the airport in the new truck and that was def a cherry on top!!! From the time I landed to the time we drove back home i enjoyed all of the amazing customer service and attention to making the customer happy!! Wasn’t even in the dealership an hour total ( due to the paperwork process) and they were detailing the truck while we were finishing up !!!!!I want to thank you guys so much for all of the professionalism and i will for sure say you put the “Courtesy” in our experience and I will definitely send people your way !!!!!

I purchased a 2021 JEEP SAHARA WRANGLER UNLIMITED. The salesman was Salvador aka...Sal. His professionalism was great! He was courtesy, and experienced. I wasnt sure what I kind of Jeep I was wanting, but after I explained more about what I was looking for...Sal immediately knew what I was wanting. It only took one test drive, and I was satisfied with the Jeep he picked out for me. If youre in search of a Jeep, I strongly recommend Salvador as your salesman. Beth, was amazing!!!! She made car shopping fun and actually Enjoyable. I had some really Bad Experiences at other Dealerships, in particular with car sales people lying to me and trying to confuse me and charge me more, but Beth was super helpful and just wanted to help my Wife and I find the Jeep that was right for us. Pete is the best sales man you will ever want to deal with!!!! Today we just bought a GMC Terrain for me and I love it. I used the express lane for an oil change and tire rotation. They told me it could take up to an hour and one half and invited me to wait in a nicely appointed and supplied customer lounge. In less than an hour all was done and they came to me with my keys and paper work and I was on my way. It seemed like all who work there are friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. A most pleasant experience. 😀👍😀

I was getting my oiled changed and went to look at some trucks that I thought could be a nice upgrade from my current 2020 RAM. Things seemed to go smoothly and I was ready to buy but they had given me false information on the paper that I had signed about the vehicle. It had said that it was a newer model with lower mileage that I didn’t find out about until I had looked at the listing online. I tried following up a call with them later and no one answered and it sort of left me with a sour taste in my mouth. Not very pleasant.Additionally, I believe one of the salesman called me a hater for not working with him first on a purchase after he had handed me a card earlier. The other one I was working with either didn’t check inventory or was just trying to sell me the highest priced vehicles he could because I had asked for specific ones that “weren’t in stock” and it made the process feel more obstructing.That being said, I’m willing to believe it was a just a bad day that could happen to anyone. Their customer service was greatly helpful and pleasant and management seemed to be very accommodating. I wouldn’t say that it’s a terrible place by any means but I wish it could have been a better experience. Hope this helps.

Hi I want to share this with you. We brought our Dodge 350 dually almost new to the service department for a oil change. Got back home next morning found a puddle on the floor. We called got another appointment to fix it. The service manager told what was wrong. When we picked up the truck we were told something else was wrong. Woke up today and have oil coming out again!! Not happy with this dealer!

We had a wonderful experience. We scheduled an appointment quickly online for the following morning. They knew what was wrong almost immediately and they fixed everything in about an hour. It was all covered under the warranty and we didnt have to pay a penny. The wait was very enjoyable. The waiting room was clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable. It even had complimentary espresso drinks. Dan was very professional. I will definitely bring my car back to this dealership if I need the car serviced.

Advisor was friendly. I appreciate the fact that they worked with my extended warranty company. I brought my Durango in for a leak, they had my vehicle for four days. Not sure if they did the work or just didnt clean my engine bay, frame and under carriage as everything is still covered in hydraulic fluid, oil and grease. They replaced motor mounts and said my transmission mount was fine but both are still covered in fluid like I never brought it in. $2200 ticket still have a mess on my floor in my garage. Nice people though but now I have to have it inspected elsewhere to clean and double check.

I was very pleased with the service at Courtesy Chrysler Dodge and my interactions with Matt. I was have no problems with my Charger and Courtesy was the closest dealer. The dealership was able to get me scheduled within a couple of days. Matt had my car fixed in one day and was giving me updates on what was going on with my car.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Cory Jackson called me and said I could trade in my car I was surprised but thought if I could get a better deal or at least a better car at the same price that would be great. I came in the next day and made sure that I wasnt going to pay more monthly than I already was for the trade. He got me a deal for a nicer car which I drove off the lot with. Three days later he called me and said that I needed to come in that theres issues with financing and I need to do a resign. I get there and hes not even there. They said my payment was going to be $125 more a month. I said I cant do that. Very unprofessional and not somewhere that I would ever recommend buying a car from.

Growing up, my brother and I were always rivals. He was the strong one, and I was the cunning one. I never really felt a part of the family, as father clearly preferred my brother. I like to think mom loved me, though. After several battles, my brother and I finally put our differences behind us after dad passed, he lost his eye (just like dad) and our older sister who never was around growing up came to steal our inheritance. Working together we finally got rid of her by burning our house down and loaded up the vehicle to move to the country. Anyway, that didnt really work out, as someone totaled the vehicle, so thats how I ended up here. Blake and Martin are great to work with.

I tried buying twice from this dealership the first time I wanted a vehicle which was in stock and on sale. The person I had contacted about the vehicle said the particular vehicle was on the dealership lot, he went as far as showing me a video and views of what I wanted. We both made arrangements to come in to test drive along with starting the buying process,about 5 minutes later he text me saying the vehicle I wanted was already sold a few days earlier and that sale prices were all errors. They would not honor their sale prices, I always have much respect for everyone although this sounded similar to classic sales pitch. I was upset about how the whole situation ended I quickly ended all contact with this dealership, And instead went to Rodeo Chrysler Dodge were the same vehicle I wanted was in stock and the sale prices were honored. I purchased from Rodeo the same day.The second time I wanted to up grade to a larger vehicle, I had a trade in and wanted to get a trade estimate I gave all the info needed to determine the value. I wasnt given any updates in 4 days I figured they did not want my business so I again decided to end contact with them. In the end I will not asking questions or deal with them every again, a few key points I told themI have my own financial options available and the trade in is owned by me, not sure what happened. Although I would encourage all to go else where for purchasing a vehicle.

Great service! Great customer service with the technician that helped us. We went in because our seatbelt wasn’t buckling anymore. Luckily our car was still under warranty and it was replaced quickly. The part had to be ordered and since it was a safety hazard because the seatbelt wasn’t working. I’ve bought three vehicles here and I’ll never go to another courtesy dealer again. The sales person was amazing. But the sales manager and finance people are horrendous. Chuck in finance was condescending and had no respect towards native Americans. They sold me a used vehicle with a tire warranty and come to find out the vehicle had no tire thread left so the warranty was pointless. Forget trying to cancel the extra warranties they talk you into. I’ve been back over and over again and they “don’t know” why the warranty cancelation paperwork didn’t get submitted.

Yesterday my husband and I purchased a 2021 Dodge Durango GT and we had the best car buying experience with the Team at Courtesy CDJR. Although we were pretty certain we wanted a Durango, late Thursday night we had reached out to a few dealerships online to schedule test drives for various vehicles. Pete (our awesome sales guy), reached out first thing Friday morning with an appointment time for Saturday afternoon and said he’d have the vehicle ready for us to view and test drive as soon as we walked in the door. None of the other dealerships responded to us like this, or even at all. From the moment we walked in the door we felt we were given a 5 star experience from each team member we interacted with. Pete was true to his word and had the vehicle cooled down and ready to view as soon as we arrived. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at and made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly and had our best interest in mind when purchasing a vehicle for our growing family. Took my high-mileage 2013 Dart in on a Saturday morning for scheduled service and a vibration issue with what I suspected was one or more failing motor mounts. As much as I love my car. Its been a nightmare dealing with this company I have had to drive 30 miles out the of my way to get things fixed that should of been done in the first place. First the door panel came loose. Then I got my tint redone with bubbles.i had to go back 3 times to fill out my loan docs. They lost my loan docs blamed it was on FedEx. After purchasing a 56k truck from this dealer 6 months ago and scheduling an appointment a week in advance, it was going to take them a few days to look at. No loaner. No consideration for there customers time. I’ve worked at dealers for 25 years. Steven tapia wouldn’t have made it in any of them. It’s called customer service Steven. Not treat them with an attitude. Then the service manager wouldn’t come out of his offfice to talk. I miss the days where men were men. I will do business somewhere else going forward.

My fiance and I purchased a dodge ram this week and I wanted to give a brief review of our experience. We were greeted by our salesman Jack Coonradt and he was very kind, personable and wasnt pushy at all. He answered all of our questions and was very patient with us, as I must say we werent the easiest people to deal with lol.. he went above and beyond to get us the price we were willing to spend, he even drove out to Phoenix to get signatures on the paperwork, and he was amazing with our 4 year old. I would give it a zero if I could. The service department lacks serious communication skills and one team member was very disrespectful. We dropped our car off for an appt. on Monday and 9am and ended up picking it up Friday at closing so we could take it somewhere else. They still hadnt got to what they told us they would do on Tuesday. They dont call or communicate! We understand delays, but the lack of communication is unacceptable. The judgemental comments made by a particular staff member ( I wont call him out by name) was unacceptable! We will not return here and would not recommend this place to anyone! We are a long time Dodge/jeep family and this experience has turned us off!

They also add a bunch of dealer add ons to used cars that are very unnecessary and probably installed by the original manufacturer. Ended up going through an online seller for the same car and got it for 3.5k cheaper.

I absolutely hate taking my car there to be fixed under warranty. Many times the service scheduler doesnt answer the phone. Most of the time get a service adviser who does not keep me updated nor returns calls. And if you request to speak to a service manager good luck with that too..This has been an ongoing problem for a couple years.

Andre is a nice guy and a persistent, effective salesman, but once the car is sold that is it. The finance and sales manager are unresponsive and therefore unhelpful and do the bare minimum by only processing paperwork. I bought my used car from across the country because they had the features I wanted all wrapped up in one car. I had hoped that that the transaction would be smooth and someone might be helpful since I couldnt be there. Its difficult to get in touch with anyone, I received a filthy car inside and out, no floor mats were in it and I wasnt reimbursed or sent any despite asking a number of times, and emails and calls are ignored and sent repeatedly to voice mail. I got the car I wanted which is why I gave two stars, but just buy a car somewhere else and save yourself the trouble.

First off I am in shock that you would send me a link to post a google review since our customer service we received deserves ZERO STARS. But since you did….That was the most ridiculous and appalling act of service I ever have received. We had an appointment at 11:00am with Matt Brown at the superstition dodge service center. Arriving at 10:50am for the appointment I waited until 11:15am after someone saying to wait at his station and he never came to help me. So another person took down my information and what was wrong with the vehicle and ask if I needed a ride. Very nice guy! Went home and waited. At 5:00pm my husband called the service center and asked about our car. He was told Matt Brown would call us right back. He didn’t. We saw the hours posted online we’re closed at 6:00pm so we drove that direction. Arriving at 5:40pm, we were told they had inspected the breaks and found a worn rotor on our 2021 charger. I said ok can we take it home. He said it hasn’t been fixed yet!!!! 6 hours and break rotors are not fixed yet??? I told him to get my car and I will go somewhere else to get my warranty back rotors fixed that can fix them when I have an appointment. Never will we EVER be back there and EVERYONE we know will also be hearing this.

The appointment was at 10:30am. My service greeter was to my car within a minute of my arrival, he found my service manager to inform him of my arrival, who arranged for my oil change and travel prep for my vehicle, stated it would be done within an hour so I stayed at Courtesy Chrysler until completion. It was completed within that time and the paperwork was done quickly and I was on my way before an hour was up. I was shown some vehicle inventory on hand by a very informative sales representative, Mohammad Omar. Very pleasant experience.

Had an appointment through a Service Advisor for my vehicle to be checked for a overheating issue set for a Friday. I drop my vehicle off that Friday morning 730 AM. thinking it was going to get checked. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday passed. Tried getting ahold of the Service Advisor an no answer (left voice-mail and sent a text) Monday morning through the afternoon and no response till Monday around 4 PM. So needless to say the Service Advisor sucks at keeping customers informed and updated on the status of their vehicle.

I received a call from Katelyn, I assume, because they were notified of my Instant Cash offer for my vehicle on KBB. Because I owe more on my vehicle than what my Instant Cash offer was, I told her I needed more than that in order to come in and talk to somebody about selling. I didnt need the exact number that I owed, just close. I mentioned MULTIPLE times how I didnt want to waste my time coming there if I wasnt going to get a good number. She assured me that they are competitive with their prices and she would put in the notes how much I needed in order to make the deal worth it.When I got there, I had no idea where to go. A guy named Mohammad greeted me and told me I was in the wrong area but he could help me after calling Marlo, who I was supposed to meet with. After my car was inspected, Mohammad came back with a price that was 2.5k less than what my Instant Cash Offer was for.There was no mention of my online cash offer and I told him that there should be notes from Katelyn with details. He said he doesn’t have notes and that she is not allowed to make quotes and promises. There must be some huge communication problem at this dealership because I was CONFUSED and left.The offer that was made to me was not only way less than what I received online, but It’s the exact same price I was offered over a year ago at a few other dealerships. I know the used car market is hot right now and prices are up at least 20%, even Katelyn confirmed that. So it makes no sense why I would be offered the same number I was getting last year while nothing changed with my car that has been in the garage. I know the value of my vehicle.I called Katelyn right after I left and she said she would see why this happened and what went wrong. I never received a call back, which I knew I wouldn’t. I then emailed the dealership about this problem and still have yet to hear from them. I don’t trust dealerships, especially as a woman, and this is exactly why. I wasted 2 hours out of my day for nothing.

Im very pleased with my new Dodge Journey that I bought this week from Courtesy Dodge. They didnt try to add money to the deal like almost every other car dealership Ive done business with in the past, especially in Arizona. My 17 year old daughter was completely taken advantage of by over charging her with changing out a battery. ($285) When I called to talk to them about why it was so expensive the representative on the phone continued to say that she was fine with the price and she understood that it could have been worse. As I spoke about her only being 17 and stuck 2 hours away from home the gentleman said I’ll take ten dollars off and hung up Very disappointed with this Dodge dealership and there customer service. Dodge Prescott will definitely keep my business.
