I LOVE my 2011 4x4 Chevrolet Avalanche!!!I’ve been wanting an Avalanche since their release in 2002 and this was definitely worth the wait. It has higher miles than I’d hoped, but everything works, it’s very clean and I get about 400miles to a tank of gas.I don’t see myself driving anything else ever, unless I upgrade to a 2013 ;)These guys approved me for a loan and then found me a better rate THE NEXT DAY! They took great care of me and I’ve already sent a friend over and they had the same great experience that I did.

I bought a car here and bought a warranty, 2 months later after buying the car the motor blows. The car gets fixed 3 months later while Im still making payments on the car an still had to pay out $1800 to get it fixed. A month after getting it back it now over heats. So yet again I will have to spend more money to get this lemon fixed. I recommend do not buy a car from this place. would give 0 stars if I could

My experience with the company.Buying process with simple we got what we asked for no complaints there. Vehicle was not ready for pickup, needed to do a thorough cleaning with maintenance overlook. After a couple days vehicle was ready to get picked up notice a slight pull to the right got to check with an alignment company alignment. Company fixed the pulling to the right. Tires were in bad shape had to purchase two new tires for the front. Shortly, the check engine light came on, this is the second day after we picked up the vehicle, still under 15 day warranty. Company said that they replace two lower control arms which they did. Vehicle shook a lot at speeds of 40 to 50. I personally tightened all the bolts for the control arms at least two full turns by hand, vehicle stopped shaking after that. Check engine light was fixed was just a gas cap nothing major. I had concerns about the engine mounts needing to be replaced those were not addressed. Overall company did give us what we ask for for payments with our down payment. But be sure to check your vehicle thoroughly before purchasing. One thing that really bothered the wife, who works in housekeeping, was vehicle was not cleaned as well as it shouldnt have been dirt under areas not seeing just by glance theyre real poor job on cleaning the vehicle interior wise.

This was the best experience Ive ever had with a car lot new or used. They were able to put us in to the vehicle WE WANTED not what they wanted to sell us. We had been to 6 other car lots including the cactus one that wouldnt finance me because im disabled, they are truly everyone drives car lot. We needed some things fixed and They took care of the repairs no questions asked .Triston was are sales person, we couldnt ask for better .90% of the sale was done via text messaging and electronically paying a deposit. Buy the time we got there we took the vehicle out for a test drive and in the glove box was the registration in are names. Triston and Jordan are NOT honest salesman and after our experience I have filed multiple reports and complaints (having recorded all in person conversations helped)... Went in and looked at a Wrangler they had for sale and worked a trade in deal, our car plus 200 cash was all that they wanted but the jeep still had to be inspected and repaired which took them two weeks, all that time we asked if it would require more money for any reason and we were told no multiple times and even sent the final numbers and a list of what we needed to take delivery of the vehicle which had no mention of needing more money, go there the day its ready and we are told its another 300 for the down payment and that it was in the paperwork they never showed or discussed with us til that day

I went in to trade my car for a 2001 Jeep Wrangler. They had recently bought it from an auction and it still needed to be inspected and worked on so I put $200 down + my car. The 200 was to not only reassure that it was mine to but to be moved to the front of the line to be worked on. I signed a document stating that if the price went up or if the Jeep wasnt to my liking I would be refunded my money. (I will post that below) and also, I got the final numbers via text ( I will also post that as well.) I specifically asked MULTIPLE times if the price would go up and the answer was always no and the final numbers were given to me even. They were -okay- with communication on updates for the vehicle and even though the dealer told me to call the mechanic there the woman who answered always gave me the run around and told me that my dealer should be the one giving me the updates. OKAY moved from that, so I waited maybe 2 weeks for the car to be finished and on the day it was supposed to be ready they sent me a text saying that it still needed work basically. We were already in the area so we asked if we could come in for the paperwork to get all wrapped up. When we arrived we had to deal with another dealer and he told us that the computer stated we still need $300 more if I wanted to get the vehicle. This was a surprise to me because I had DEFINITELY asked MULTIPLE TIMES before the fact if the price was going to go up. Now $300 isnt much I suppose but I refused because of the dealers nonchalant attitude about it, not really caring about what we told him. He happily refunded the money and it wasnt until my boyfriend told him we would be leaving a review did his face turn pale and he asked if we could Talk about it. Maybe they thought since I looked young and naive they could pull the wool over my eyes and try to squeeze out any money they could but that is VERY far from the truth. I will be leaving this review on the Mesa Motors page as well, it is their sister company. And I will writing a complaint to the BBB about both companies as well. I never go out of my way to post reviews mind you, so Id like to thank you for wasting my time in many ways.

I needed an SUV for my family and with our credit we decided to look for some big dealer alternatives. We found Brown and Brown online and went down there. Not our first stop but it was the best stop! We were approved fast and were able to get a much better SUV than we thought we could afford. My situation was resolved. They are processing a refund of half of my deposit. We shall see when I will get it.I wanted the Land Rover LR3, they sold it to me for $6.9, and it would already have equity in. The LR3 is a beautiful car. It may not be a newer Land Rover but it was well kept. Great after market exhaust too.

Unprofessional, terrible customer service, and the worst communication I’ve encountered.May 27th I purchased my vehicle and yet to receive my license plate. I’ve received 2 temporary plates since and on Friday Aug 14th Tristan lead me to believe I would get a 3rd temp plate till my license plate arrives. Saturday at closing time Tristan requested I drive illegally with an expired temp plate 26 miles to pick up a dealer plate. Because he can’t drive 30 minutes to get it to me. He encouraged me filing a complaint with BBB, which I have done.

I typically loathe the whole car buying experience. The salesmen right on top of you as soon as you open you car door or walk on to their lot. When I was in the market for a larger vehicle due to a growing family, I decided to check out this location since it was in very close proximity to my home. I found some vehicles that I was interested in and filled out an online application. That very same day, I received a call from Brady in reference to my application. He had a few questions and after speaking with him, he said he thought he could definitely work with me. The next day, he had picked out a few options which I went to look at. The show Jordan gave was amazing ! Saved all the disrespect and inconsideration for the end ! All started well look for a three row vehicle test drove a dodge was nice just to many issues. Jordan texted me later in the day saying “ he has a Dodge Journey for me great mileages perfect fit !”. This was yesterday’. Today my sister and myself go to the dealership to get the vehicle and he has another couple testing driving it, told us to wait we’re next. Cool. Right? No !! So they couple returns, mind you Jordan hasn’t said anything to us beside the couple was test driving it first.. nor did he tell us he also offered the vehicle to someone else. As we’re waiting, his sitting at the desk basically closing the deal w/the couple. He didn’t even have the decency to say hey they’re going to take the vehicle btw just left us sitting and waiting on nothing ! Rude mess. So I asked “ so there going to take the vehicle? He said “ yes” ! Sorry I’ll call you if anything pops up”.No thank you ! Why would I want a vehicle from a deal like you?! Waste our time.! Thank good we had other options elsewhere.!Don’t invite customers down to sell a vehicle you gave them to a customer as you keep them waiting wasting there time !!

Bought a jeep from Tristan here May 27th 2020. Tristan failed to disclosetyhat the vehicle was hit until i asked him about it. Also the car immediately needed an alignment which they failed to disclose. Once we wemt in and gave them their money, we were not their concern anymore . It is now August 18th 2020, and I have yet to receive my permanent plate. I am currently on my 2nd temp plate that is expired and they say they cant do anything about it. His suggestion is for my wife to drive on the 2nd expired tags an hour to their office and pick up a dealer plate, which is illegal for me as a consumer to not only have but to drive with.Aside from that he refuses to deliver it although its their fault and would rather the car be driven on an expired tag. No matter how you try amd explain it to him logically,, his response we was drive here or ill meet you there. Or wait til monday. My tags have been expired since the 13th. When we asked about that status of our plates because these expired, they said im trying to find put while Im helping customers in person. What about me that has already paid? They took my money and could care less if i can drive the car or not. They got their money. Terrible customer service and absolutely shady. Stay away from here. They blame it on mvd but since buying this jeep here, I have bought a van and had it go thru two different title changes and I currently have permanent plates on that one. Its not the mvd. Its the dealership. There is somethingshady going on here and once they get their money they dont care. Stay away. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB next as I now have no way to get around legally.As for your response, you can say what you want but the way you responded to my wife and the lack of willingness to assist is beyond disgusting. We have been trying to get this 2nd expired plate rectified for the last 3 days so to wait til Monday for a dealer plate, not even a real or a temp plate is ridiculous.let alone the fact that we have been waiting over 2 months for the permanent plate. And then you want us to drive illegaly on expired tags to meet you at the dealership or meet you halfway, but if your guy can fit it in theyll bring it monday. They have an excuse for everything, take no accountability and pawn the problem on someone else, like 3rd party or mvd or and that their boss said this and that but when we ask to talk to the boss theyre not available weekends. They have every excuse in the book here but no way to help you. Save your time and money and dont go there. It is now Monday the 18th and still no communication amd no plates on my car. Also Tristan encouraged us to submit a complaint on BBB thinking we wouldnt find them under Mesa Motors.

I want To give them a negative 50 this is the worst ever anywhere!it should have been A clue that they hadnt done a proper inspection of my car when they didnt even notice that there wasnt a fog light missing. or that the brace that holds a battery in place were missing. My bad for just loving the cute red car that is a Toyota and blindly trusting Toyota.So since buying the car four months ago... 1st we realized and got the notice that they had not done the airbag that they knew about and it was a recall thing took me an entire day at the dealer to get it done.THEN we had to replaced the clutch which was worn down to absolute nothing! My bad, I should have done my homework and they should have known that! and they should have serviced the clutch before selling itTHEN there was the coil, and THEN theres the fuses that keep going out. its really scary when youre driving down the road and a car just stops and that has happened several times on this car!they will not do anything about it cause I didnt buy their expensive warranty so buyer beware!!!!!!this company is all about financing and selling warranties!their cars of very old and they do not properly inspect them!!what we can tell is if Brown and Brown did any work inside engine before selling it was very shoddy and made things worse.But it was spotlessly clean looking engine. maybe that was a clue to.just dont buy a car here I wont again and Im sad because it seemed to be they were really nice and all of that but you know kind it doesnt matter how nice they are when they sell a really badd product and wont back it.Now more recently I looked to find my receipt to claim the sales tax amount on my taxes and the guy told me if I take this review down he will send me a copy of the receipt.seriously maybe all the good reviews they paid people to put on here. by the way he still has not given me a copy of the receipt.

We were referred to talk to Brady here about getting a car. We went in Monday just to see what our options were and ended up leaving with a 2012 sonata. Brady was very helpful in finding what we were approved for and working with us to still get a decent car within our budget. The next day we realized there was a small issue with the tail lights and we dealt with Sean after that. He was very helpful in ordering the parts and getting it taken care. He even handled my pestering and dealt with the issue on his personal time. I greatly appreciate Seans effort and him being willing to go above and beyond for us. Will definitely be going back in the future for other vehicles.

I talked with Brady at first, Credit wise and financially I wasn’t doing so good, just separated from the military and have been going through a hard time… But Brady said he had my back! he took all my application information over the phone and got me approved to go ahead to come in and look at their inventory... due to a family emergency his coworker JASON ended up helping me out. Very professional definitely no BS ! I was on an extremely tight budget and there was a certain number per month I want to pay that I felt comfortable with and they did better than that! I couldn’t ask for a better experience thank you so much for your help guys! We will definitely be doing business again in the future!

I was treated fairly, drove a couple cars for a test drive and decided on one. The only thing I could complain about is the fact that the SUV (Ford Edge 2012) has a sun roof that doesn’t work. That was disclosed after the test drive and when I told the salesman that I wanted to purchase the vehicle. I was disappointed and asked if the dealership would be willing to split the cost to repair the sun roof and was told no. Sad that the dealership made a profit in my purchase yet wasn’t willing to go that extra mile.I will not use this dealership again nor will I recommend it to friends and family.
