Ive worked with JBA Motors for many years now and cant imagine going anywhere else. When buying my car Jeffery from JBA was very transparent about all of the details of the car and even went above and beyond to help me set up a pre-purchase inspection on my 2011 Audi R8. Bought a 3 year old Volvo online. JBA kept the car for me until I was ready for shipment to my home in CA 2 weeks later. It arrived on time, at a good price, and in great shape. Bought a 2011 Mercedes e350 Wagon from these guys. Was on the hunt for one for a while and they had the perfect model. Jeffery was super responsive and sent a video request right away and accommodated a pre-purchase inspection as Im an out of state buyer. Everything checked out, so wired the money on Thursday and they had it on the truck from AZ to Texas on Friday and it was delivered on Sunday in the middle of a blizzard. Destyny was great in getting it sorted and sent. Big thanks to the shipping guys who drove 1500 miles in less than two days to get it to me. Great dealership and easy transaction!

Buyers beware. I bought my car from JBA 7 months ago. Initial process was quick and easy, all done online and was simple. I went in to pick the car up, also quick and easy. The trouble starts a couple months down the road when I went to get an oil change and was advised that the car needed about 10k worth of maintenance and repairs done to it, from broken control arms, to leaking oil, to a horrible alignment issue, shot transmission and motor mounts, you name it, this car had it broken. I then reached out to JBA, took the car in for a second opinion, and was told it needed about $900 of work. I asked if they could get it done, but the mechanic was too busy at the time so I had to find somewhere else to take it. I was assured that the car was totally safe and good to drive. A week after, I was at a stop light and the car went into limp mode. I had to get it towed to a shop to get it checked out, and an oil leak had spread into the computer harness and messed up. They also advised I had shot axle boots, leaking coolant lines, shot motor/transmission mounts, sway bars that were shot and that it had tons of deferred maintenance. I ended up having to pay about $2700 to get that fixed to get it running, and here we are again with a new check engine light on for something else.Buyers, do your due diligence and get an outside inspection. JBA will assure their cars go through a rigorous inspection, but clearly not rigorous enough. If I could give this car back, I would. Do not recommend JBA.

I bought a 2015 Porsche Macan S with 33,763 miles on it from JBA Motors in November 2020. It still had some of the Porsche Certified Pre-Owned warranty remaining on it as the previous owner bought the car from a Porsche dealership up in Salt Lake City.Everything about my experience with JBA motors was excellent. I first ran across the car online, and I probably would never have discovered it otherwise because their very nice facilities are located at the end of a cul-de-sac in Mesa. This isn’t a dealership where you drive by and see a lot of cars on display in a parking lot. You find the cars by referral or by surfing the web.Most of their cars are in a somewhat large garage/warehouse space right behind the sales office and I have never seen so many late model, pristine and well detailed luxury cars outside of a new dealer show room!My car was three rows deep, and after walking back there, (and having my jaw drop at the condition this car was in) I decided I had to take the car out for a test drive.I asked if one of the staff could come along with me since there is a lot to this car and also to help show me a route that would highlight the city and highway capabilities of this car.The dealer associate they assigned to me was absolutely wonderful, and we had a great conversation that ranged from Greek mythology to the Covid crisis. He has his eyes set on medical school, which is very cool.After I got back I went to the office with my salesman, Jeffery Drabe. He’s also the operations manager there. Everything about my experience with Jeff was very professional, very low-key and absolutely no sales pressure.I asked him what price he could give me for the car as I was most definitely going to buy it, and he gave me what I considered to be a very fair no nonsense discount on the spot.Obviously, they have to make a living and I thought their pricing was very fair for the incredible car that I got.It’s obvious JBA motors has a very keen eye for nice low mileage luxury cars at the auto auctions, and I’m very pleased with the car that I drove off the lot.

Purchasing a vehicle site unseen can be a stressful experience. This was my first time found so and I live pretty far away in Massachusetts. I recently purchased a 2014 Jaguar XJL and the transaction went great! The communication was excellent between the myself and the whole crew. There were times were I got impatient with some of the paperwork but they did their best to get the vehicle delivered and even refunded me my first months payment! These guys go above and beyond for their customers and I would definitely purchase again from here!

Luxury Car shopping at JBA Motors cant be easier. You first check out the inventory on their website and come in to see it and test drive it. It makes buying a nice car much more pleasant experience. The place is quiet and staff are not pushy. Its fun to even watch those cars that I cant afford.

I live in the area and called on a holiday in the afternoon to see a car. Car was waiting for me with keys in it at 5pm and a copy of the 14 page prepurchase inspection report given to me. I bought a 2007 S600 from Jeff. They were very accommodating for me, an out of town buyer. They took it to the local dealer for a PPI (I paid for it but they did the leg work). Car checked out perfectly! I flew in, the car was exactly as described and advertised. Jeff even did a delivery for me, showing me the cars features and quirks. I then drove it over 2,000 miles home and the car was FLAWLESS. I have bought a few cars from Jake, a 2000 Lexus GS and a 2006 Lexus GS. When I purchased the 2006 GS, he even helped me sell my 2000 GS. Great guy and a great crew over there.Communication during the deals were always smooth. Jake was honest and 100% clear with any problems that the vehicles had. He showed me reports stating that they were clean and the history of them. Hes different than many other car sales businesses. He doesnt pressure you to buy at all, if you like the car, he will try to work with you the best as he can for you to go home in it. If you dont like it, he wont sugar coat it and he wont pressure you to buy anything youre not going to be happy with. When I deal with him, I feel like his mentality is I wont waste your time or pressure you. If you dont feel comfortable or dont like it, then dont buy it.Dylan is also very helpful and is a great source of information. He always greets me and remembers me every time that I come. He is always prepared with any documents or anything that I need. Any questions I have he can usually answer, if he cant, he will always get back to me.Their store is filled with beautiful and luxury cars that you wish that you could own all of them. This is where most of us bums grease up our hair and hop over to the shop in Hopes of an interview. But they just laugh and say we run that ad all the time, even when were not hiring. Jake was super helpful in the whole process of me purchasing a 2013 CLS63! I had a lot of questions about the car, I mean who wouldnt right? Especially buying a car you never seen or was able to test drive. It was super scary for me but like the rest after speaking with him, I felt more confident. The process took a bit longer because I financed through my Credit Union back home in the East Coast so it felt like forever me to even get the car. Not Jakes fault at all, he was super patient! =) I do have say I did ask if there were in rock marks or dings which there was (wear and tear) and he said no other than that it was perfect! I purchased a F430 2 years ago, to just find out today that the stereo system that was installed was mounted with screws into the firewall and into the fuel tank! Omg ! $7,000 just for labor to take the fuel tank out, not including parts! Thanks JBA Sales! I should have known it was a shady experience from the start! I talked to Jake before deciding to fly to Arizona to see the car,asking if the stripes was painted he said they were! I was on a plane to buy this car, just to get there to see stickers not painted stripes, my fault for trusting this guy! If your thinking about spending a large amount of money on one of their cars I would be scared! Dishonest dealership! Don’t do it! Be scared very scared! It’s a mistake! These guys have no place in selling prestigious cars! No class or integrity ! They are con salesman. I called them to confront them on my issue and it was wow that’s too bad! The engine has 15;333 miles on it. I literally have driven 2,000 miles and now paying $11,000 in repairs to replace the fuel tank! They have to pull the engine to get the tank out hence the cost. I see why they hid this problem. Don’t get burned! Buying from a certified Ferrari dealership is highly recommended, if I learned anything 20/20 don’t make the mistake I did! It’s a large amount of money! Don’t be conned by these guys! Be scared very scared!

I cant say enough about how seamless and comfortable my transaction was with JBA! I bought a vehicle sight unseen from Michigan which is always unnerving to say the least but the team, and these reviews, assured me I was making the right decision. Even after taking delivery there was a hose that failed and the owner, Jake, called me within 2 minutes of it happening and started making arrangements all the way over here in Michigan to get it fixed and make it right! What can we say. Jeff at JBA was fantastic. My wife changes cars and cell phones more times that I can count. This time, she wanted a Mercedes. I did my research and started surfing to find one she would like. I found a very nice C250 with all of the right options on JBAs website. We traveled across town (since we live in NW Phoenix) to take a chance. As soon as we were greeted by Jeff, there was no such thing as pressure. I think we all despise entering the feeding lot of a car dealer. No such thing here. Within about 5 mins, we had the keys to the Benz and Jeff let us loose to take the car for a spin. Wife loved it. We sat down with Jeff and he ran the numbers and explained a lot about the financing etc. and some of the little things dealers dont tell you. From the start, Jeff was more like a friend rather that a car salesman. As much as we all cringe at the thought of entering a lot, we couldnt be happier with the level of service we received. We ended up doing a very fair trade. On a side note, my wife realized that she left a special CD in her traded car. She text Jeff and he mailed the CD OVERNIGHT to her. Who does this? Jeff also sent my wife a Starbucks gift card. What a nice little touch. We will surely recommend Jeff and JBA and be a returning customer as you dont see or experience this type of customer service anymore. Well done!

Working with JBA Motors and Jake Blackman on purchasing our new exotic car was a seamless and easy transaction. I have zero complaints. They worked a reasonable deal for me, within my price range and made sure to secure my business as a client by winning me over on customer service side...I can most definitely appreciate that. They had a great selection, and had in-depth know of their inventory. Typically working with the dealer sales employees makes me cringe, but Jake made sure to work this transaction for me, as though I was his long time friend. Flew to Az from IL to look at a 2013 SL550. Talked to Jeff about the car, he was very informative. Dylan was the main guy I dealt with. We went back and forth with the price. Normally I never back down even a little but Dylans price was fair and he was just a really nice guy. (I hope none of my friends read this as I have a rep of never backing down from my price) Even with my traveling expenses I feel I got a really nice deal and had a pleasant time with the whole transaction.

My experience with Jake was the best car buying experience Ive had. He is very busy, but yet extremely responsive by email. He is CLEAR up front that he doesnt hold cars without a non-refundable deposit, and if you spend an hour at the facility youll see why. Lots of calls and offers being placed on cars constantly. He allowed me to take a Porsche Turbo over to a mechanic of my choice, run a full over report, and even gave me a copy of a prior report that had been run to consider. Within 2 hours we had agreed on a price and 15 minutes later I was driving away with my new car.Highly recommended for people who know what car they are looking for and are able to make decisions in a short time-frame.

What an incredible experience! I had never purchased a vehicle sight unseen, and always said I never would. JBA Motors happened to have the exact Viper I had been looking for at a price that was actually reasonable, but with business commitments the timing was all wrong for a trip to Arizona. After a few conversations with Jake about the car, looking at other JBA motors reviews I decided to go ahead and purchase it. Jake found the perfect transport company for me, handled all the paperwork, and within four days my car was delivered to my doorstep in OKC. The car was exactly as described and what the pictures online showed. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Jake and his team thru the entire process, they made it very easy.Do not hesitate to purchase from them. My experience was top notch!!

I was negotiating to purchase a car,sold car to another buyer.They never took deposit from new buyer.Buyer reneged on deal, dealer never called to offer car again.These guys have a great rating and I dont get it.Jake is not very customer service friendly.He makes you feel like he is doing you a favor selling you a car.Recommendation: pass on this car dealer

I purchased a $190,000.00 Mercedes completely over the phone site unseen. He even delivered the car to me and was glad to do it. All of JBAs cars are top notch and I have purchased a S65 AMG Mercedes, Maserati Gran Turismo and a S600 Maybach Mercedes. These cars are like brand new. I flew in to buy a truck from jba in december of 2017, Dylan was my sales person that i dealt with over the phone and was more than happy to send me any additional info/pictures i requested. I arrived on saturday morning, the dealership was very nice and professional, and the vehicle was running out front. Unfortunately upon driving the truck it had a little issue that came up, and needed additional time to diagnose. Due to my schedule and flight schedules, i had to hurry back to the airport. Before i had boarded the owner Jake called me and assured me they would make it right, ship the truck to me and guarantee it. I liked the truck so i went ahead with the deal and they fixed it to my satisfaction. Upon doing a routine service, my tech found one other small thing that needed to be repaired, i contacted Dylan and Jake, and they made it right!! says a lot these days to stand behind your product /word. I would consider buying from jba again. Also they have some cool cars!

**WORTH READING** This will be long but worth reading. So I bought a car through them back in July. Car looked great and trusted that it was in decent shape. When the car arrived I drove it home late at night and put it in my driveway. I noticed water coming from the car and figured it was from them washing it. The VERY next day I took the car out and it started smoking and over heating shutting itself down. So when I finally was able to get it to a shop they found four broken coolant lines. Not only that the tire rods were shot, and the ball joints were too. So I called Jake and he said to fix the coolant lines just so I could get it back and drive it then we will fix the other two problems later. Sounded great!! So the coolant lines were fixed making it it driveable mid August. Had the car for no more than 15min and it was still smoking. No coolant leak to be found. Took the car back found out that the e gear lines were leaking. Informed Jake and he said to ship the car back to him he would fix the ball joints, tire rods, and e gear lines. Sounds awesome keep in mind we are now looking at mid September bought the car on July 1st. Haven’t been able to drive the car for more than a few days. The car finally gets back and guess what again another coolant leak. I let Jake know the day it comes back and he pretty much is making excuses for the leak saying it’s not a leak. Let it be known it wasn’t leaking coolant when I sent it back to him. I will say it could be from the altitude change from AZ to CO. Anyways finally get it in the shop and it is a leak. Now being November I am finally get the car back and he refuses to cover the coolant leak that wasn’t happening when I sent him the car. I do appreciate all the stuff he was willing to fix. At the same time he should have never sold the car that way. Owning the car for 4 MONTHS and driving it maybe 5 times is really frustrating specially when you are making payments on the car. Again I do appreciate him fixing the car but never should have been sold that way. If you are going to buy a car from them it’s not a bad thing. Just make sure you take the time and actually fly out there then take it to a dealer and have a full inspection done on the car. I wish I would have because I would have never bought the car with this many problems. I bought a 2005 Lamborghini Gallardo just an FYI. If he was willing to fix the coolant line that wasn’t broke when I sent it to him I would have given him a better rating even not being able to no drive the car FOR 4 MONTHS!! Do yourself a favor and make sure you get an inspection on the car at a shop before buying. Every time I found something wrong for the first 15 days it was like pulling teeth to get him to fix it.

I bought a Hummer h1 from Jeff for 80k and it was the worst vehicle I have ever bought sience I received it in California I drove it once and problems came ive spend 10k on fixing it and still has issues first I change lots of sensors then wire harness for all vehicle them fuel injection pump vehicle its all rusted from chasis Jeff at first he answer all my calls when I was buying but ones I bought it he didnt even answer my emails regarding vehicle and wanting me to sign papers saying sold as is which I never did I tuithhe should told me the issues about vehicle or why sell a vehicle in this condition any ways if your out of state buying dont do it go see the vehicle first very very unsatisfied customer

JBA Motors was just wonderful to work with. I live in Cayucos CA. Buying a car out of State without a hands on or drive aroung the block can be kind of worrisome. But talking with Dylan I felt pretty confident. I had the MB 63 CLS Blk/Blk checked out at Scottsdale MB Service. The findings. The car was as perfect as they get. And thats just what Dylan told me. And one more thing. The Service Manager said. If you are buying a car here in AZ JBA deals in super great cars and he said that hes never had a complaint nor has he heard a bad word. Well.. I wanted to add to that. These guys are super honest and I would never hesitate to buy a car site unseen from JBA. So at the end. From feeling pretty confident.. I ended up super confident!! Also. this is coming from a very OCD Ferrari guy!!! PS. Ask for Dylan!!!

Bitter experience!Bought a BMW X5 in Oct/Nov 2014.Couldnt start the car next day.Check engine and low battery sign.Had to replace battery right away and spend a fortune in dealer to repair lots of leakage to drive the car.Whole audio system was messed up.Had to buy component from Europe to get audio working.I wont recommend this business to anybody!
