I was very fortunate to have found Arizona Car Sales. I was on a hunt for a specific truck and came across them while driving on Main St. They have an incredible selection of trucks. Dean was very patient and provided me with great service. Luis in finance was great to deal with and together they went above and beyond to ensure I was making the right purchase for what I desired in a truck and what financially made sense for my particular situation. I would rate my experience an 11 out of 10.

My husband found this great deal at Arizona Car Sales on a Tuesday. Got in touch with a lovely man and he promised to hold the Tahoe for us until Saturday. When we drove all the way from Las Vegas to see it, it turned out that this SUV was even better in person. We wouldnt have had such a good deal if it wasnt for Dean. He worked hard for to make sure we were happy. Luis was incredibly kind and helpful during my car buying process. He talked me through the buying process and answered my questions thoroughly. I was allowed to test drive a CRV for most of a Saturday, which really allowed me time to decide that it was the type of vehicle I wanted. I never felt pushed or pressured, even when I ultimately found a newer CRV elsewhere, Luis congratulated me on my deal. Cannot recommend this local, family owned business more for their customer service and would have liked to have done business with them.

The experience I had with this dealership was really good! I had the pleasure of working with Dean and Luis. Finding and buying a good car is always such a hassle, but they really came through and wanted to make sure I was happy with the purchase. Ok I bought a pathfinder from here June 2020 & was asked to write a review but didnt because I didnt want to give people false hope/fake review before understanding a company. So after a little over a year here is my review.#1. I saw a vehicle online & came in to see it & test drive it. The price was the same as advertised (some companies lure you in with fake sales & pricing). The test drive was simple and easy.#2. I spoke with the finance lady (Joy) and I was very honest with her (my credit suxs, I only have this much money to put down & this is the ONLY vehicle I want). She made calls, crunched numbers & got me approved.#3. I had the car for a few months when I heard some rattling. I was thinking well I was sold a P.O.S. I brought it in & (Sam) popped the hood & said there it is. He explained that because of Arizona Extreme Heat some plastic pieces warp/crack. Fixed it just like that (Warranty coverage)#4. Krystal who works in the Finance department was amazing, communication was awesome and everytime I had a questions she returned my calls or emails in a timely manner.#5. I am a very forgetful person and with kids, work and life. So sometimes I forget that my payment is do so the friendly reminders are AMAZING.Its been a yr now & I have not had any problems with this company or car. I am looking to get a new vehicle soon and will be bringing my Pathfinder back in for a trade.I would recommend Arizona Car Sales to anyone

Picture it--4 years ago my wife and I needed a car. She found Arizona Car Sales and suddenly we have a new to us car and it was the easiest experience ever.Come to yesterday and our car has bit the dust, as it were. Today we came back to Arizona Car Sales and met with Donald and Luis. Because we had filled out the pre-approval paperwork ahead of time on the website, it was a relatively easy process to get in and get approved. Since we had been loyal customers for the last 4 years, they treated us with the utmost care and respect, but they do that with everyone.I cant recommend Arizona Car Sales to anyone looking for a car, especially if your credit is not that great. Our salesman was nice. New and inexperienced but very polite. We were super shocked when the paperwork was presented and there was 8 grand of extras added on from the list price we had online. We worked to have 3 or 4 grand of those extras removed and decided to sleep on it before signing. Once we said we were going to leave we got upgraded to the senior salesman. Soon all the extras and misunderstandings had been ironed out. By then we had been there 2 hours and just didnt feel comfortable buying. We walked. Later that evening we were on a phone call with the sales manager (Luis?) He was more rude and condescending than any salesman weve ever encountered. Acting like hed given us tons of discounts by removing all the fluff theyd added. Stuff like their $2500 warranty, $1000 gap insurance, $1600 difference between the price they claimed it was and the price they advertised online, among others. Not sure how he got promoted with that arrogance and lack of concern for their questionable ethics. Anyway, we planned to return the next day since all that fluff was removed but not after that phone call. We wont be back. Theyre are plenty of places that are honest and upfront. Our business will go there.

Got a great deal on a great car! Chevy HHR 2010 with under 25,000 miles. They had 3 of them, Red, White & Blue, choose the white one, drives easy, lots of room, looks like new outside and In, it was well taken care of. The financing was almost painless, nice they worked with me, took a little time but they came thru and the wait was worth it. Dean Pattinson was really nice, no pressure, easiest way to buy a vehicle. I highly Recommend them if your looking for a used car.

Was looking online for a truck and found it at Arizona Car Sales. It ticked all my boxes and Zach was very helpful. Honestly they made the buying process very easy. I did the test drive in the morning then had to run to an appointment. While I was waiting at my appointment, I filled out the online credit app and received the approval later that afternoon. Then it was a simple matter of heading down to finish the paperwork (around 30 min), get the keys and drive away. This was the 3rd car I have bought in 4 years from various dealers and this was the smoothest process I have been through.

Thats for the front. They been very nice to me and my 👪. There is a problem that I have on my 🚗 since I bought it there was a check engine light on it and every time I go there they just reset it and say lets just see what happens well Im tired of it now hopefully just fix my car right and them not to charge me well see. And I did get that bumper to bumper warranty and paid a whole bunch of extra money for it.

I bought a 2018 corolla and was charged over $2,000 more than what the car was worth. I was a first time car buyer and didnt know much going in, so I do take that into consideration. The guys were friendly, but really theyre just typical car salesmen, always looking for the best way to take advantage. It comes with the profession I suppose, but I cant say Id recommend.

This place is amazing in the way they treat their customers. We have bought two cars from this place. Let me advise you dont come to Arizona Car Sales they will waste you time and money I found out first hand! Definitely dont talk to Dennis he ask me 5 times repeatedly how much do you have for a down payment...... All he was concerned about was a commission and not doing his job. It took 3 hours and a drive from Buckeye and still couldnt tell me if I was approved so please let me save you from wasting your time because customer service here sucks
