The rep i worked with, Dustin, was great! He listened to what I needed, was thoughtful of cost and got me what i needed done at best price available.He noticed an additional related repair and upgrade they could do - refurbishing the lens/covers of my headlights after I got bulbs replaced. This was done in the same visit. I was pleased with noticable improvement to my older vehicle.

Bought a new Sentra SR, great car at a great price. Robert Miller was our sales associate and was great. We started the process over the phone as we knew what we were looking for. He was able to get us the car and have it ready for us to pick up the next day. A few signatures and some time going over the contract and we were on our way. I took my 2014 Nissan Pathfinder for a service since my not even 2 year battery died that It was recently replace by them.. I got a call from service advisor Anthony Lopez telling me that the policy change a month prior and I was not cover and had to by a new battery.. Then Anthony told me that I needed a transmission fluid replaced but it was replaced last time it got service when I told him that he said it must of been change somewhere even when I told him I had the receipt on me. Poor people skills not sure why he made some smart remarks saying that if it got done somewhere else he won’t be able to see it on his file.. please keep all your receipts when dealing with this dealer they will try to scam you telling you you need a service that you don’t need or have already been done.. I try calling the service advisor supervisor 3 times to resolve this issue left voicemails and never bother to call back frustrating

Good place to buy a car from. They will work with you to get you to buy from them. I don’t recommend them for any service. Two hour wait for oil change. Two and a half hour wait to patch a tire. These are wait times with an appointment made in advance not drop off. Then it was four hours to wait for them to patch a tire and oil change at the same time. If I didn’t have a contract for oil changes I wouldn’t go again.

Pete was awesome! I had my check engine light come on two days before I was supposed to drive to Utah for a family reunion. Pete got me in and had it diagnosed that day, ordered the part, and had it fixed by 10:00 on the day I was supposed to leave. He saved our trip! And was very nice to work with. We really appreciate our experience! I called two other dealerships before Larry H. Miller, they wouldn’t even look at it before then.

First and foremost, Michael in sales is absolutely amazing. He had a kind greeting and was very genuine throughout the entire process. Even though he was the newest employee there, he still made me feel the most comfortable. It’s unfortunate that I could not deal with him solely.. thank you again Michael!!As for the rest of the team/staff; needs a ton of improvement. Very unprofessional. No desire to negotiate and the lack of respect was sad. I was quite literally bullied by a finance rep. Even if you’re knowledgeable about car buying, this place will treat you like you’re not.

Mario and Hunter are fabulous answered all my questions made sure I was taken care of. The rest of the dealership though from sales managers to financing is complete GARBAGE. I would only go there for these 2..if they could leave this dealership they would be better off!! My wonderful experience started with contact with Rich via email and text messages for my 2019 Rogue. Once I walked in the door at my schedule appointment time I was greeted and helped by sales rep Hunter who did an amazing job he deserves 5 stars alone!! My contact with Todd on the sales team was wonderful he made me feel comfortable through casual talk and assisted with getting me were I needed to be to make the sale on my Rogue. My financial representative I believe his name was Juan (sorry if I’m wrong) was amazing as well he worked hard to find the best bank and rate for my loan. Extremely dissatisfied with my experience. Will NEVER go back and WOULD NOT recommend! Felt bullied by finance employee, after being passed around from 3 sales reps. Eventually agreed on price & car was supposed to be delivered that night but continued to be pushed back, even through the next day. Then was told they quoted wrong vehicle and they tried to increase price from what was written and agreed upon. After that, they pushed adding a military family member to the title so they could save money on military discount. We did not want to do this, but the finance person did not want to take no for an answer. It was escalated to a manager who honored original price and said he’d be in touch in 2 days to offer something to make up for our horrible experience. It’s been 4 days now and we’ve yet to hear from him. I just called for a follow up and was once again treated with horrible, rude customer service on the phone. I REGRET ever doing business there!!!!

I came in to get my brakes done and he also let me know about other things that needed As well. The techs did a great job on my car and I feel safe now with my new brakes. Your finance department is sketchy at best, and I feel for all the people who don’t do their research or know better before coming in.I came in with a loan, approved from an outside bank.I explained that I would not be financing through Nissan.Your finance team gave me a payoff cost $3,000.00 more than what it should have been, and when I showed them the payoff amount Nissan provided me, it took them 20 minutes to sheepishly return and tell me I was correct.The associate tried to get me to sign paperwork 3 times financing my car through Nissan under the guise that they were “partnered” with my outside finance option.I explained I already had the loan and applying for a new one wasn’t necessary, and that I would not allow them to pull my credit because it’s Unnecessary since I am not financing through them. At which point a finance guy came out.He told me he HAD to pull my credit because of the patriot act to make sure I’m not a terrorist. My credit report has nothing to do with the patriot act and IS unneeded, since my name alone can be run through to confirm this information.I walked out and will be using a different Nissan dealership who surprising does NOT need to pull a separate credit report.Do you research

The amount of lies and Deceitful tactics used to sell a car all the mind games was so mentally exhausting all the lies and the uncertainty. I had no idea what my financing deal looked like until days after it was signed and once I saw it I did not even agree but they acted like it was final at signing. I hate this place. I’m upset I just entered into to new relationship with this company. It’s definitely not anyway to start off

Was just in the room when my mother was calling you guys, I am appalled with how rude Doug was, not only did he interrupt her multiple times, he hung up without even listening to her. She had an appointment to meet with someone who claimed he had a “family emergency” then to find out from a salesman he was on vacation, she was passed to 3 different salesman. The one she ended up with quoted her the wrong price and pressured her into paying for it, even though it was his mistake. He would not take no for an answer. Even demanded she put a military member on the title so he could still charge the same price. Eventually, she ends up taking the car and was promised to have it delivered by 9pm. At 9pm that night they call and cancel. They promise to have it here by 10am the following day. At 10am it is not here, they call and delay. She is patient and waits to call until later in the day. At 4pm it still isn’t here. They call and delay. Then we wait until 6:30 and it finally arrives. Not only am I appalled by the disrespect I observed from Doug, but the lack of respect they had for speaking to a woman. Lazy workers who couldn’t do simple tasks correctly. My blood is boiling on how horrific of an experience it was and after all the inconveniences and disrespect and they continue to do it again. Never would I ever expect a professional to act as poorly as they did.

The overall service was quick and the person I dealt with was nice. My biggest issue is that they didn’t go over the multi point inspection with me so I reviewed it on my own. The report says my tires are all good, however that same day I was driving home and notice the pressure in my front passenger tire was lower than the rest so I was a bit annoyed they didn’t fill them. Turns out there is a slow leak in the tire as now I’ve had to have it repaired. It’s frustrating that this is even something I have to deal with after having it serviced on Saturday.

I’ve been to this location twice now and both experiences were less than pleasurable. First they broke my passenger driver side door. Then proceeded to tell me I needed to pay for them to fix it. And recently while my car was there for service, some items were stolen out of my vehicle and their response was I can’t prove it, and they “guarantee” it wasn’t them. Not sure how you can guarantee such a thing.

If I could give this place a zero I would. I was lied to. Moe ran my credit so much that it dropped my credit score drastically. He was rude and acted as if I should accommodate his time. They changed the entire agreement and assumed I should just do it. The amount was 200 more than the original agreement. I have bought 3 past cars from here. Never again. Now I have to remove the 36 hard inquiries my credit has. Terrible service. Dont go here. They do not know what they are doing.

7/14 follow up: LHM text me to apologize and I went back in to rectify the situation. They were very nice and fixed the situation and made the situation right! I was very impressed with the follow up and Pete went above and beyond for me. I’ll be giving them another chance and hope that they can continue with good service.The whole service staff turned over at the service department and ever since that happened it’s been horrible! Letting Justin Mitchell leave the service dept was the beginning of the end. I used to drive 45 mins from my house because I trusted the service team to get it right but I won’t be coming back after my last few experiences as it’s gone downhill significantly.

I really like the staff @ LHM Nissan. We bought a vehicle here and the staff were wonderful.We started taking our vehicles here for service maintenance. The staff are honest and are not trying to make you do unnecessary services. We recently moved from the East coast to AZ. Prior to leaving the East Coast we serviced our vehicle to ensure it can complete the 2000 miles trip. The vehicle had no issues prior to leaving the East coast. Suddenly we took it East Valley Nissan and they wanted us to do 1200 + in services. We did about half the recommended services. For our next scheduled maintenance we took it to LHM and miraculously we didn’t need a new battery, new brakes etc. They recommended things I knew was needed.I believe on both occasions I had Mike as my service rep and he is an awesome guy. I highly recommend this place for all your Nissan needs.

I contacted Sam in service and he assisted me promptly with my appointment. When I arrived he greeted me and went to work on starting the service process. The services were completed in about an hour and half, never had a problem. I trust the workmanship.

Grease stains and scuffs from some type of cable along the whole passenger side of my truck. Also greasy fingerprints on the sunglass holder doors on the inner roof of my truck. My paint is not in the the best condition but I did not expect it to get worse at an oil change. I definitely didnt expect greasy fingerprints inside my truck.
