Looking for a car, I started at my local dealership, which was not helpful. Looked on internet and saw a car that fit my needs at Larry H. Miller in Mesa. On that same Sunday afternoon, I received a call about my inquiry from Blake Bishop and got all the info I needed, plus incentives to help me decide and make a deal on the phone that day. Austin in the business office made the transaction clear and easy. Flew to Mesa in a few days for pick up, where the car was ready, the paperwork easy, some surprising additional benefits, and all questions about the car answered.

I wanted to start off by saying I typically do not write reviews. But, in this case I felt something needed to be said. I always take my 2014 Ford Edge and 2019 Ford F150 to the dealership for standard services. I’ve had bad luck with Earnhardt Ford in the past by service advisers and sales guys harassing my wife while she is there getting an oil change and not a new car. We decided to switch from Earnhardt Ford to Larry H. Miller Ford just because we were running out of Ford dealers to use around chandler. I have to say the first couple experiences we had at Larry H. Miller Ford were night & day difference compared to Earnhardt’s. There is a service adviser at LHM named (Katlynn) who always treated myself and my wife with respect, very informative and prompt with both our vehicles getting in and out. Also, seems to be always happy! I had made an appointment for 4:00pm (not a walk-in) with (Justin) at 5:30pm I wanted to check the status of my vehicle for it had already been 1:30. Another service adviser told me Justin went home for the day and that he would check the status of my truck. Meanwhile I am the only person at the service department waiting for my vehicle. He informed me that they were almost done with my vehicle. It took 2-hours to do a standard service with an appointment?! Why would they not tell me they were running behind? I wouldn’t have waited for my vehicle. Bad service and bad communication!

They only care about making the sale same their commissions and bonuses. We were told that they were going to get us an extra key and have the air bag light liked at to see why it was on. Gary, the online sales person wouldnt return text or phone calls regarding the additional service items. After a couple of weeks, my husband started calling managers and supervisors and got the run around. Finally he got someone who told him to bring the vehicle to service for two outstanding items. And I wouldnt fall for the warranty sales pitch either.

I dont write too many reviews. About a month ago, I was on the market, looking for Ford F-150. I have shopped around and and checked four different dealerships. I must say Larry H Miller hit it out of the park. The sales rep Jacob Burn is the best in the business, He was very understanding and really tries his best to work with his customers. If you are on the market, looking for great deal without all the nonsense, I highly recommend you go to Larry H Miller and see Jacob. You will not be disappointed.

Greatest car buying experience! We were looking for a used car that we found online. I sent in the request and Duncan replied. I’ve was ready for us and when we arrived early to our appointment. He was pushy or trying to get us into something else. I was so impressed with his professionalism and kindness. We moved on to finance and our guy was great (I don’t remember his name!). He helped us get the best rate he could and even gave us some great unsolicited advice (thank you!). All of this was completed in less than two hours and we walked away feeling like we were in good hands. I’m excited for our chance to come back and buy from them again! (But not too soon ha!) Mr Larry H Miller the people that work here have been disrespectful with us, every time we have gone they dont give us proper attention, they always want to charge us more and take advantage, we were also going to buy a car from here but we have not only decided not to buy a car from Ford, have decided to change brands, we went to Dodge Ram and they did give us a new truck and the service was and is 100 times better then this location. I hope the staff become more humble and start working hard to bring a better service to the public.

I was recommended to this guy named Blake. Ive did a application online 2 months ago and Ive been trying to get a response. Ive called several of times and someone always that theyll leave a message. He has not attempted to call me back. I called today and was finally able to speak to him. He said that he was with a customer and was going to call back. Well, the day is gone and he hasnt! At this point, Im not even interested in doing business with these people. Horrible experience

Very informed with all my questions and concerns. Understanding of my payment limit. I am NA with credit and with a little money down and trade in they got me a loan I will be able to meet. So happy long time coming in getting a reliable vehicle. Beautiful 2014 Honda CR-V. HAS a lot of features that I will enjoy. The Car salesman was Ricky great man and financial Pedro knows his job and will work hard to meet your needs. Be honest straight forward ask questions that apply to your life and they will make it happen working together.

I have bought 3 vehicles from this dealer, 1 when it was Berge Ford and 2 since being LHM Ford. Always a great experience, and the staff is helpful. Only time consuming part is waiting on the banks to come back with an acceptable offer. That is out of the dealers control. I will be back in the future for more vehicle purchases!

Service personnel were courteous and professional and got the needed work done in very good time. I would have no problem at all with them doing all my work however the cost Factor makes that prohibitive. There are many good shops out there that do the equivalent work about half their price. I understand that with a large dealership comes a large overhead but there is also a large volume. I would not mind paying a reasonable premium price for the comfort of knowing that the work would be done to factory specs, but I feel their pricing is a bit over the top.

After making a general inquiry about a new Ford Edge to replace my 2017 Titanium model (great car but my real estate business had run up my mileage to 70k), Omar responded super quickly and was absolutely fantastic with finding the exact vehicle I wanted that very same day and was super responsive answering all our questions and concerns. We really put him through the wringer as we were comparing what he had to offer against an almost identical vehicle at another competing dealership. In the end, even though there was a slight price difference between the two quotes, I wanted to give the business to Omar and Larry Miller due to the exceptional efforts and service provided by Omar and the entire staff. We handled all the negotiations and paperwork prep via text so when I finally went to the dealership to sign, I was in and out with my new car within one hour!! Superb service from all. Wow!! What a great experience Alfonso the sales guy when we first went in didn’t have a truck we wanted but kept in contact with us and found us our perfect truck!! He was so great.. then we went to test drive the truck and loved it. We got sent to finance you know usually the worst part of the process. Austin in finance helped us got us a killer deal and the process was smooth and painless we were done in 2 hours which is crazy for a car deal. I will forever be buying all my vehicles here. 5 stars for my salesman Steven Ibarra!I called about a used vehicle they had and Steven happened to be the one I talked with. He was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. He made the buying process easy so make sure and set up an appointment with him.I bought a 2012 car that has no window tint so I tried to get them to tint the windows for me as part of the deal. Was disappointed they wouldnt do it. They worked on the price a bit for me which is nice but I would have rather them just tint the windows for me. Thats my only complaint about the dealership itself.

They confirm everything you would expect from an awful buying experience. We are cash buyers, but would do financing at 0% since that is lower than the rate of inflation. My wife has a score over 800 and mine is 760. Because of chip shortage, there were not a lot of new Expeditions. The used cars were not detailed, and they wanted $54,000 for a 2020 expedition with 48k miles on it, and was fallin apart on the inside. Then they show me the demo vehicle that their GM was driving: door dings, over 6k miles and chipped paint. They tried to sell it for $89k. Oh and even funnier, they tried to access my wifes credit profile from her drivers license...so came back with rates of 4.9% on that jacked up expedition. I laughed all the way to the Chevrolet dealership. I wouldnt buy a bike from those guys.

We spent 3 hours getting everything set up and approved, they told us that we would be approved for a 2018 Ford Focus, confirmed with them we were buying this vehicle. Came back to finalize the paperwork and they sold the car to someone else. Would not recommend shopping here.

If you need to go to Larry H Miller Ford for service, be sure you use Ryan Schaefer as your service advisor. I took my F150 in for a very annoying issue and Ryan got everything handled for me with no hassle. I appreciate his effectiveness, his ability to communicate with me during the process and over all ability to solve the problem. 100% recommend!

Larry H Miller Ford is not a good place to go to. I was sent an offer to buy my current vehicle for 10.5k and they refused to honor that offer. Not only were they refusing to honor that rice, a member of the management team messed up my car! The AC worked when I pulled in, and when I went to leave the AC was not working. I asked the manager to show me what he did when testing my car, and he refused. He refused to have a tech look at my car to assess what was wrong. He was also very very rude, accusing me of lying, and being very disrespectful. To anyone looking to buy from here, I advise caution. Since the buyout by Larry H Miller, the customer service has went down sharply and the prices have increased sharply.

These people are shady crooks... We purchased a Ford F-150 here and found out not only did this truck have 2 safety recalls on it that they did not disclose to us but this truck had been in an accident!!! They are not honest and will not offer up any bad information on the truck just so they can close a deal and make money off of people no matter the situation... These people knew we had kids and didnt care that one of the recalls could have effected us very badly if we didnt find out on our own... We will never do business with these people again... Please do research before you buy and make a mistake like we did...

I am extremely happy with the service on my F350 truck. I am a snow bird and was having intermittent trouble starting my truck. My Ford dealer at my home had my truck for 4 days and couldn’t fix the problem. I took it to Larry Miller service and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem. The one thing I really like was their large part dept. My service required two different parts and they had them both in stock. I am sure that save a day in time for service. Top notch professional organization!!

Worse experience I’ve ever had in customer service. Dealt with Jim Cortina, not a pleasant man. Spent $7100 for a new transmission. Back for the 4th time tomorrow. Over $1500 in extra rental car costs to date and counting. Can’t wait to hear his response tomorrow. Last time was it’s a mechanical issue. That’s funny I thought you guys were mechanics. Not once have I received an apology, but the $7100 is in their bank account. This is in 2 weeks.I wrote an email to the general manager telling him my story.SURPRISE. No response I wouldn’t recommend this place of business to my worse enemy.

Melford and all of the finance department were amazing not only were they the best the first time, but the second time I got my car through them too! This dealership is by far the best that will help YOU get the car you want and best fits your needs and budget. Unlike other dealerships who want you in and out this dealership continues to show that they care about their customers. I had looked at 6 dealers here in Tucson and was so turned off with the pushing, the wow you wont believe the deal the manager is giving you. clearly they saw a woman shopping. I had done research on the cars I could purchase since I had length restrictions & required a minimum of 350 pound tongue wt for a handicap scooter. I drove to Mesa and had the best service ever. Had my 2020 Ford Escape Hybrid serviced today at Larry H Miller Ford in Mesa AZ. What a wonderful experience. The car is new and had an electrical problem with the headlight and was repaired under warranty. The service was prompt and friendly and the problem was totally solved. Beyond that my oil was changed, tires rotated, and a chassis inspection was done at no extra cost. Rod Mills, my service advisor, did an excellent job of insuring everything was taken care of. This is an outstanding Ford dealership. Period.

I was surprised to learn that my truck was almost fixed when I showed up Thursday. Gentleman asking why I thought it was a blown engine and I told him check engine light was on. Headed analyzed and they said their number four cylinder was dead. I was told needless to say it was just the coil in the replacing it now if you want to come back about 10:30 and pick up your vehicle itll be ready for you. I believe the service mans name was Nick it was very professional and helpful

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!I took my vehicle for a recal due to the brake hose were leaking. when they never were bit since it was a recall it had to be changed. So I took it for it to be changed the next day I my sub alerts me that Im low on brake fluid. I get out and notice a huge leak from the hose they supposedly changed.I will never go back!!

In general I was happy with the Final results, The car appears to be repaired properly and the price I believe was fair considering it was a dealership.I was however frustrated with the level of communication, or should I say lack there of as well as how long it took to finally get my car out of service. service. I took it in on a Tuesday and was scheduled to return it the following morning for service. It took until Thursday afternoon before I even had a diagnosis and a quote. And then of course I lost the use of my vehicle over the weekend before finally being able to retrieve it on Tuesday of the following week. Most of the conversations I had with the service department were initiated by me.

I have less than great credit but yet In still I was looking to get a fair deal on purchasing a used car an that didn’t happen. Several quotes along with a high interest rate percentage which was unethical that was put into play, not to mention I am being a little pity but it’s the principle the financial person typed in on legal documents an error that was offensive to me an needed to be corrected, once I brought to his attention he just crossed it out in ink “like oh well” with no apology on his behalf what so ever!! I arrived early, before opening time. A service advisor came to and wrote up my service order. I went to the Cafe for breakfast but it was closed. I was advised that the lug nuts were defective, the swelled, and should be replaced. I concurred. The windshield wiper blades needed replacing as well as the rear window wiper. I concurred. With the full service, i.e. change oil and filter, rotate tires, etc. I was on my way home in under two hours. Time and money well spent. Highly recommended.

I’ve bought 2 vehicles from Larry h Miller Ford. One was a ‘12 Dodge Ram. Had it for 4 months went to return it so to all the problems that was wrong with it. Sales guy wanted me to file out 2020 tax forms and lie on them to submit to the bank. I was put in a ‘19 f250 service advance trac light keeps coming on. They also put 2 different size tires on the truck Rod Mills the service director tells me we do things to get barely by the legal way. I would definitely steer away from this company.

I had a Monday morning appointment. They looked at my car Tuesday afternoon, leaving me without a car for a day and a half. They tried late Monday to get me a rental, but apparently the rental company was out of cars.Once they finally looked at my car, they found and fixed the problem quickly. One of my issues my husband had accidentally switched off. The other (auto shut off during idle stopped working) they struggled to understand my description of the problem and tried to tell me my car didn’t have that feature. I had my husband call and magically they understood and replaced the battery as a fix.Maybe they shouldn’t allow so many appointments if it takes that long to get to everyone. What would have happened if I had decided to wait for the repair?

Great staff and friendly service. However, when I got home and reviewed the invoice I saw a “customer Pay Shop Charge For Repair Order”! I’ve been coming to here for years even prior to LHM taking over and have NEVER been charged for them to write up the order. I don’t understand the logic and I’m not sure if I’ll set myself up again.

Appointment time was at 7:00 AM and thats when I was checked in.They fixed the recall items and also the other items I mentioned to them.I did have to call them in the afternoon to check on progress. ( I think they should have called me) but, not a show stopper.I did have a wheel cap that was scratched to hell, but I did not catch it until latter. I know it wasnt that way when I took it in because I had washed the truck the day before. And it was on the side that the work was done. I should have walked the exterior of the truck when I picked it up. But I didnt. (Live and learn)I wanted to give 3 1/2 stars but couldnt. Would have been 4 1/2 except for the wheel cap.

It wasnt totally horrible shopping here but not great either. Customer service definitely not high priority. I would not encourage anyone I know to shop here; Ive seen better. They dont follow up and their detailing service before delivery of car was a joke, AND some things NOT disclosed (like window tint was limo and I got a ticket for it), car missing antenna and fog light inserts (which I did not notice from pictures before purchasing).

This review is directed at the Commercial Vehicle Sales side of Larry H Miller Ford Mesa. I purchased a new service truck, trading in a year old model. I dealt with Kris in sales and Barbara in finance. I was doing the deal from out of state, trade as well. I was very pleased with the trade in value given, as I was with the purchase price on the new truck. This was an exceptional buying process throughout the transaction. This place is awesome! Always a quick appointment and they keep you posted every step of the way. Usually just the oil and check up. This time an alignment was recommended which I already knew would be needed. They did it as soon as we gave the okay. All total, I think they had the car 2 hours at most.

I just purchased a 2020 F-150. I had spent a week scouring the virtual market trying to find the exact truck that met all my needs and wants. Blake alleviated the stress of trying to purchase a new vehicle remotely. We were probably not the easiest customers to work with due to our indecisiveness but he remained patient.Blake bent over backwards trying to please us and meet all of our needs. He found the perfect truck, and also helped me find the lowest interest rate possible and worked to give me the best trade-in value he could for my old truck. Took my vehicle in for a check engine light and after spending $380 on diagnostic testing. They didnt pin point what was really wrong with my engine, but was recommended to get a new engine for 8k!. Needless to say Im never coming back to this dealership for services. Highly disappointed.

Bruce Bressler and Larry H Miller Ford Mesa came through for me BIG TIME on my new vehicle purchase! I had been thinking about jumping into a new Ford Mustang for awhile, and decided to pull the trigger. I have bought several vehicles from Bruce over the years, and each time, he has gone above and beyond to take care of me.This one would be my toughest vehicle acquisition yet though, as I threw him a list of must-haves. If I was going all in, I needed it to be EXACTLY what I wanted - a 2019 Ford Mustang GT 6-speed manual transmission base model with the 301A Sync 3 Tech Package, Performance Pack 1, Active Exhaust, and Magneride suspension dampers. Warranty horn replacement, 2018 F-150. Fernando (service advisor) was great. I had an appointment set up a week out, the horn replacement took about two hours, which I thought was lengthy, a fairly simple job to remove the grille assembly and one bolt and electrical connector to replace horn. I was told there were two other jobs ahead of mine. Guess an appointment just gets you in the ballpark anymore.
