Don’t bring your car for service here. There service department sucks. If I there’s only negative stars definitely they will get one. Wes and his team mates just not very helpful and informative. One day they’ll say your service is covered then one day they’ll say no. Don’t buy platinum package because service will deny everything even if you got the highest package when you bought your vehicle with them.

I was very disappointed in this dealership, Earnhardt Buick GMC Mesa. We were looking for an Encore Gx Essence. Obviously supply is low across the entire car industry, however we did find some 2022 models that we wanted.. I was surprised at the dealership had a new 2021 model so I called to get price. They told me that the lowest they could go was $42k because they are charging a premium. I was shocked because other dealers with 2022 models were much lower. We ended up going to Tucson and buying 2022 with the same exact options for $35k. It’s unfortunate that Earnhardt Buick GMC Mesa feels the need to price gouge and take advantage of the consumer. I would recommend not working with this dealership. Sometimes it’s worth the drive to work with a business who doesn’t take advantage of people especially in a struggling economy.

Wes in the service department was great. He greeted me promptly, was very pleasant and well spoken, and very knowledgeable. He discovered that our problem was just a loose electrical connection(my fault) and addressed it right there in the greeting area! I appreciate his honesty and integrity. They could have made a bigger deal about solving the issue and charged us. But Wes was happy to help and didnt even feel it warranted any cost. I hope Earnhardt appreciates what a diamond they have in this man!

Best dealership service I ever had. On star notified me that my battery was low on charge. I called Earnhardt late in the afternoon and the said to bring the car in and they would take care of me. As they promised, they quickly entered the service order and informed me that it would be about an hour. One hour later a new battery and cable was installed and I was on my way home. Great friendly service with every employee that completed my work and paperwork. 6 stars!!!

While getting an oil change and tire rotation at Pep Boys, I was informed that two repair issues were found. One of my rear shocks was leaking badly and my tires showed wear due to a misaligned front end.I called Earnhardt Buick GMC and scheduled an appointment to have the shock replaced. I was assured it was covered by my warranty, and it was. The Pep Boys Manager told me that during my call to Earnhardt, he had called their parts department to see if a replacement shock was in stock. He was told that they were back ordered and not available. I called Earnhardt back and was informed that they had a shock in stock but wouldn’t sell them to Pep Boys due to a short supply, and was assured that they had a shock in stock. When I arrived for my 9AM appointment, I was told that the shock would need to be ordered and when it came in, I would need to come back for a new appointment. I explained that I was previously informed that a shock was in stock. The service writer (Darrell) then said they would have the shock by noon. I shuttled home to wait for the repair to be completed. At 3PM, I called to check on the repair. I was told it would be done by 4:30PM, which is when I did pick up my vehicle. Before I left the dealer, I was informed that a different customer’s repair had been moved ahead of my repair causing the long delay in my repair. A shock replacement that took 7.5 hours shouldn’t surprise me since my one other minor warranty repair took over 5 hours.The dealer refused to align the front end under warranty and wanted to charge me $140 to do so. That is $40 more than it can be done almost anywhere else. How happy am I? I don’t think you really care.

Best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had thanks to Adam Zito. He made it super simple to narrow down the price range that got us where we wanted to be monthly, helping us see how the payment might vary based on different interest rates and loan terms. We never felt any pressure to make a deal happen and thanks to Adam’s transparency, felt like the prices for both our trade in and our new purchase were both fair as well as competitive. Super happy with this experience and my husband loves his new truck!

Why do you allow dogs in customer waiting area, especially barking dogs?? I am allergic to them so had to move to far end of show room. Very annoying to have barking dogs. Why do they get priority over paying customers? Our service advisor was Lawrence but liege was help in helping us with our gps. Lawrence went on lunch break.

I asked for my oil to be changed and for my tires to be rotated. I was provided with a sheet that stated these services were done, but upon inspection of the vehicle it was very apparent that the tires were not rotated.I called and spoke to Wes, who proceeded to tell me that the tires were in fact rotated. When I let him know that i have new tires on the back that were still on the back after the service was done, all he could say was that I can bring the car back in to have them rotated.I am VERY UNSATISFIED. I have no confidence that the service was done, let alone done sufficiently.I will not be returning with my business or recommending your company to anyone else.

I have been at your dealership numerous times with no issues, however on Friday I took my car for routing oil change maintenance.I did not have a good experience, men at the service counter were not friendly at all. My car was sitting in the parking lot finished for at least a half an hour, when I asked if car was ready, the one gentlemen pointed at another one and said hell take care of you I stood there for at least another 5 - 8 minutes before being acknowledged.While driving home I noticed my car was off balance, when I called the service department to ask of tires had been rotated and balanced, they said they were only rotated and wheel balancing was not part of the service.I had to take my car to Discount Tire later that day and spent 2 1/2 hours waiting for tires to be balanced.Somehow I should be compensated for my time. This is horrible.

Brought my truck in for some warranty work. Frankie was awesome, the warranty work done, managed to work in a oil change/tire rotation, fixed a recall issue, and truck was washed. Worth the drive from Henderson. As a bonus recommended a great restaurant for breakfast!

I went for my checkup on my truck and 4 days before my appointment i noticed a front tire balance missing. I told the person at the desk to please check that tire for proper balance, and he said i will not check the balance unless you have a vibration, i said i bought these tires here and there was a balance on that tire, he said not unless there is a vibration. I said i cannot tell yet please check while i get my oil change and point inspection. He said the same thing, so afterward i brought my truck to Discount tire and they balanced the tire and said it was off balance. I asked for my records of 6 years of truck checks and i am going to another GM dealer. And for tires i will deal with Discount tire.

I have been to others but they do not compare to this one. I have purchased several vehicles and taken many of my commercial trucks to this dealership. My run has ended and I will no longer endorse, support, or recommend this dealership or gmc to anyone I know. I am a 25 year GMC die hard client. GMC advertises that they are commercial grade in almost every commercial they make. They just rejected warranty coverage to my commercial vehicle because I am a “commercial customer” that owns a fleet of GM vehicles. They claim to make professional grade vehicles but no do not want to stand behind the garbage they produce. Earnhardt’s service department is probably the poorest representation of of quality and belongs in a small town market and not in Mesa. $80k GMC AT4 and I have had it in multiple GMC dealerships to repair items that they don’t have qualified service technicians to diagnose. Leaking back window, rattling noises in the steering column (11 trips to the dealer to repair) leaf spring replacement, 2 sets of brakes, seat belt issues, tire separation, tailgate malfunctions, infotainment system is garbage. Think long and hard before you give these people your hard earned money. They don’t stand behind their product at all. I had Ford and Dodge more than life itself but I will never by another GMC as long as I live out of principle.

I wanted to write this review because I initially wasn’t going to speak up about it but I feel like everyone needs to know. I started my journey with Earnhardt GMC Mesa 6 weeks ago.I was trading in an older model of the same car. When I walked the lot with Luis, I recognized the car I came to test drive; he went inside to “grab” the keys (keep in mind it was about 110+ degrees outside) and he left me outside for upwards of 15 or 20 minutes without any explanation. I started Inside, that’s when he finally came towards me, citing that he had misplaced the keys for the specific car I was interested in. When I finally decided on another one I could live with, (with none of the premium features of the one I traded in), I asked about a cooling off period. I am generally advised during EVERY car I have been purchasing since I was 20. Luis said that’d he’d prefer me not to purchase the vehicle if I felt that way. That was a put off. Nevertheless, ignoring the red flags, I proceeded with the purchase because I had already spent a few hours there, it was hot, and I just wanted to be over with. The next morning I saw a part of the passenger door detached and I took a photo along with the key fobs in poor shape and sent it to both Luis and Bryan( finance guy) at the dealership. Neither responded to the email. Bryan (financing) did, however, respond to the financing portion. Luis claimed my EXTERNAL email got lost in his mailbox in a matter of 1 day. Every time I have spoken to him, he seemed very annoyed with me. A week later I go on a 10 day vacation, when I got home, after not driving the car for almost 2 weeks, the first key fob was malfunctioning. It caused the car to not turn off because it was not recognizing the key, it also had issues starting as well. No big deal I switch to the second key fob and two days later had the same issue. I called the dealership and spoke to Luis, citing the concerns I had from the day 1 about the fobs, and as usual he was irritated with me, (because I conveniently made the car malfunction after service center hours). I advised him that I had family in town and we were going to need the car that Sunday after he advised me to bring it in on Monday. The end of our conversation was him asking what I want wanted him to do. It was not sympathetic and his tone was disrespectful. I went to the service department the following Monday and was told I could not be seen for 3 days. Sarah, Luis’ mgr confirmed I would now have to come out of pocket either way for diagnostic fee of $149 (totally different than the service and repair plan I shelled out $3000 for) and service guy told me I had a $100 deductible. Sarah clarified that diagnostic is diff from my deductible. Thanks Sarah! ALL THIS EVEN AFTER I HAVE DRIVEN THE CAR FOR A MONTH. I had my old car serviced there one time, and had such a poor experience, that I decided to drive 15 minutes out of my way to get my car serviced elsewhere and they are a five minute drive for

I had to stop to check the Nitrogen in my tires and the man checking them found a Minor Leak and repaired it on the spot without hesitation and I am glad for that. This from the “Commercial grade” brand as self advertised. Earnhardt will sell you a truck but they won’t stand with you in support of your purchase against gmc. Extremely disappointed. Dealer installed my Dashcam which was obtained using My Buick rewards. Earnhardt installed this item during a scheduled appointment. The camera was installed within the 2 -3 hour scheduled time. I am satisfied with the installation process. In retrospect I wish I would have asked for assistance with setting up my I Phone connection with the Dashcam as I am having problems with this function.

When buying a car I try to stay as far away from dealers as possible. I do not like the pushing sales person or the pressure. This experience and purchase was far from that. I dread taking my car to be serviced at the dealership as you can imagine it always appears they are trying to get one over you. Well, not anymore!! I went in for a “52,500 mile service “ for my 2014 Acadia and was pleasantly surprised on the price! It was not what you expect out of a “scheduled maintenance service” not only they did not try to upsell me for anything I didn’t need, but now the mechanic sends you a video and of the things they are looking at and what they think you should replace, for example, they showed me on video that my tire slugs were cracked and recommended I replace them. Which I will do on my own since I know how. Having the mechanic send you a video of their inspection is a great feature this Dealer Service department offers which will get me to trust them again and keep coming back!! Keep seniors those videos! Also, Andre is an awesome service specialist!

Took both our vehicles in for service on Saturday. Easily made an online appointment, quickly checked in and taken care of when we arrived. We received a video of our vehicles being serviced and what all they checked! We were amazed at the high quality and thorough customer service they provided. We were done in about an hour and on our way, no hassles, super fair pricing for service and excellent interactions with all the staff. They even have a custom espreso/coffee/cappuccino machine in the waiting area! I’m sold ☕️ 🚗 Will definitely continue to use Earnhardt for both our vehicles! Charlotte went over and beyond to help us with our purchase. We had an issue with Earnhardt Chevrolet and Charlotte took care of the issue and found us the perfect truck. We are very pleased with her customer service and knowledge throughout our entire process. When we showed up at GMC to take a look and test drive the truck, it was ready, paperwork was in place and we were in and out as fast as you can be. After we get home we did notice a scratch through the clear coat of paint they had us return the truck (same day) to send it in for repair. A week later they had it repainted and delivered to our front door. Fantastic service!!

Arrived on a Saturday afternoon with 2 cars and a t,ravel trailer. One car had a coolant leak, one car had a blown transmission.John Tronske, our Service Manager had already had the car with a blown transmission examined by a technician. He set us up with an appointment for Monday morning to repair the car with the coolant leak.Brought in the car with the coolant leak Monday morning and they had it repaired Monday afternoon. John new this was the tow vehicle for the travel trailer, and they made sure we werent stranded with it. John also arranged transportation for me back and forth from my travel trailer to the dealership to pick up the repaired car.During this time they got the other car into the shop and determined the damage to the transmission. We then agreed on the type of repair that was required. That repair is now in progress.Tuesday morning I was able to begin the return trip to Arizona.This dealership obviously puts its customers first. We came in with two distressed automobiles and within less than two working days one was repaired, the other was in the process of being repaired, They provided shuttle service, answered every question, solved my problems and gave support to an old guy that was basically stranded.If you are ever in need of a friend and a great service manager, go find John Tronske at Earnhardt Buick GMC in Las Vegas Nevada.

This was my first visit to Earnhardt Buick GMC. I had a concerning noise coming from the rear of vehicle and had a long drive the next morning. Even though it was almost closing time they took the time to test drive the vehicle extensively and then put it in the air to eventually find a loose and rattling heat shield. It was hard to diagnose and many service departments would have sent me off without solving it.A terrific and very much appreciated experience!

We purchased a 2018 Acadia Denali on June 13, 2021. After about a week the vehicle started pulling to the right and there was a vibration in the brake pedal. I made an appointment for July 5th. Both the email conformations listed exactly what I had needed to have checked.I arrived at 8:45am and was told that they would need to car for most of the day. I told them I have no one to pick me up and that I did not want to sit here all day. I was asked where I lived and I told the man that I lived in Maricopa. He said, oh, that is a long way. He said he would get the car in as soon as he could. What is the point in having an appointment if you have to wait for them to get the car in? Just saying!After 3 hours I went to see how things were going on the car. I could see it sitting in the exit lane. The service men were just sitting there talking, and the man said, oh its ready, I just need to finish the paperwork. I wanted to say, well get on it, but I didnt. I said ok and walked away. about 15 minutes later he comes and walks me to the cashier. No explanation as to what was done or found. The lady said that will be $152. I was angry, but told her I was not angry at her. I said I shouldnt have to be putting money into a vehicle that I just purchased.When I got to the car the plastic seat wrap was hanging on the seat. They should have removed it. I got about 15 miles from the dealership and realized I hadnt ask what they found. I figured it was written on the receipt so I pulled of the highway to read it. There was nothing on it. So, I called and was given to Weston. He said he wasnt told anything about the brake pedal. He was told about the throttle. I told him I had explained to the man that checked me and told him that we were going to be driving through the Colorado mountains in a few weeks an wanted to make sure the brake pedal was good so we dont have any problems. Weston apologized and said I could bring it make in and he would look at it. He said he could drive it and tell if there was a problem. I told him that that was half way home and ask if I could bring it in later he said yes.The whole experience was not good for me. This is my first time buying a GMC, and right now I have a nasty taste in my mouth about this dealership. Maybe another GMC dealership will be better, I cant say. But right now I would not anything to a friend or family member.Jenny Davids

I made the appointment 2 weeks ahead. I requested a loaner vehicle. I purchased the additional warranty and maintenance coverage. As usual when I arrive there was no loaner. I had to pull my wife from work to get me and take her back. The truck was done 3 hours later. Had to go pickup my wife again, again disrupting her work. My truck was not cleaned and had mechanic tracks all over the hood area. Was charged $150 for a fuel filter, which cost of it was not expressed to me at any time and they did not reset the on board computer to read 100%. Attention to detail failed. Was not offered any discount or service special, I had to ask if there were any Available. I had to wait at least 15 mins when dropping off and picking up while many Service Employees sat around chit chatting and not taking care of customers. Very Unprofessional and at no time was I made to feel like a valued customer who had purchased a $75,000 Truck from this Dealership !!! GMC needs to change their tactics when it comes to Service. Great examples are Lexus, Acura and BMW. There you are treated like a valuable part of their business!!!

Found what we wanted, 2021 GMC Yukon for $83,500, the website specifically mentions No Bull price. We call in to find out that they add $10,000 on top as a Market adjustment. Advertise the true price and dont bull with market adjustments, very misleading. The price of the car didnt go up because of the market, you just want to make an extra $10,000.

Was not that happy with the auto detail extra we bought It was supposed to be every 6 months I asked at near the 6 mths was told we will call you never did. At a scheduled maintenance we asked to get the detailing done the outside was okay but if the inside was included they skipped it! Disappointed in that extra purchase!

After making an online inquiry about a 2020 Buick Enclave Premium that was in stock, I quickly received a reply from Sarah Mattinen, Internet sales manager, and we confirmed an appointment for the following morning. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Joshua Lambert, Sales consultant and he made our Q&A and negotiation discussions very helpful and pleasant. He is a great salesman with a warm and knowledgeable demeanor and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good sales person. Equal kudos go to Tracy Bartosch, Business Manager. She was very thorough in explaining the entire finance arrangements that we settled on, and she was also friendly and open, and again, I would recommend her service to anyone.It has been 9-1/2 years since my last purchase of a Buick Enclave Premium, so this was a big deal for me to finally move on with a much newer vehicle. I love my new Buick, aka ‘Big Red’, and look forward to my first service visit at Earnhardt Buick GMC!

The work they did was good. However, they suggested the oil pan be changed and it just needed a gasket. Said I had a rear seal to be changed. Not so. There were a few other things they suggested that were incorrect. I took it to my mechanic and he took care of the things needed. They were overpriced on one thing. 1600.00 to change out. Even auto zone manager said that was outrageous. Parts and labor were under $400 with my mechanic. I didnt know he would do the work. Will start with him from now on.
