I have been dealing with Bruce at N. Mesa Auto since Bruce bought this business back in the early 80s, and have always found Bruce to be HONEST and very knowledgeable to his customers. I have sent several neighbors to N. Mesa Auto for repairs and have never heard even one complaint. I trust Bruce with my many vehicles over the years, and that is a very important consideration when you need service and repairs as there are so many other shops that you cant say that about. Give N. Mesa Auto a change to win you over.....Im sure you will be taken good care of.

North Mesa Auto Service is my new go to mechanic shop. They diagnosed the problem and fixed the issues pretty quick, they answered all of my questions and informed me of issues I didnt even know I had. Before NMAS I used a Chevy dealer and they are the ones that failed to fix my truck correctly. It doesnt matter where I live in the valley, East or Westside, this is where I will tow my truck when it breaks down again.5 star rating!

I have been coming to Bruces business North Mesa Auto Services for almost 3 years. First time I became aware of him and his services when my 27 year old Buick Skylark did not pass inspection. Having already invested $250.00 on my own the Emission people gave me a flyer telling me the city of Mesa support owners of older cars with a payment of up to (I believe) $750.00 to help bring their cars up to the emission standards. One of the names on the list was Bruces business.. He fixed my car putting on a new catalytic converter and do a few other things. By then I passed inspections with flying colors and was so happy to have my old low mileage car back on the road again. Over the years Bruce has helped me with a number of other issues and everything always was to my fullest liking. Repair costs he charges are always fair and decent compared to other shops I had used before him. Recently my 33 year old Chrysler New Yorker has been giving me problems with the on-board computer, and Bruce managed to find me a re-manufactured on-board computer at a very decent price. Now my vacuum booster which controls the ignition and brakes in that vehicle gave out after 33 years, and he was able to even get me parts for that even though it took him many hours on the computer to find them for me. Bruce and team are non plus ultra when it comes to service and fixing anything I have had problems with. Check Bruce out for yourself and youll be surprised about how good and honest he is!! I have been a customer of North Mesa Auto Services for approximately 8 years. I have been associated with the automotive repair business for nearly 40 years. Bruce runs an excellent, honest shop at North Mesa. They find issues during their regular service before they become problems on my 2008 Toyota Highlander. I can always depend on them for honest quality work on my car. They stand behind the quality of their work. They are very knowledgeable about the modern automobile. They have the skill and equipment to solve any issues that may arise. I dont make many recommendations, but I do recommend Bruce and his staff at North Mesa Auto Services for high quality care of your car or truck.

The day after picking up my car from being repaired it was still shaking violently and losing power. I paid them over 1300.00 to fix what exactly? I took it back in they called and said they fixed it but charged me an additional 450.00...I drove it out of town where I lost power the entire way...I would have to pull over and restart my car every two miles. It did this to me on the way home and when Im in a drive thru or at a light. Im going to pick it up now. They said they found the problem but dont have the part and that I will have to pay more money to have it fixed!!! More money??! Id like to know where that 1800+ went. Im taking it to Howards shop where I should have taken it in the first place. Rip off artists. They are nothing but computer techs who replace parts for a living. Go to a real mechanic.

Bruce was very rude and disrespectful towards me and my husband today. Left us sitting for over 45 mins and didn’t even return we had to go and find him. He was trying to charge us for parts that he didn’t even know if we needed them. He was racist if you ask me and just because we were apart of the vvrp program we were treated differently. Once we started asking questions he snatches his paper back and states we can just go. I do have video of how rude he was I will not be recommending his shop to no one and I will be contacting the state.

By far the best and honest car care place. If they replace a part they keep the old one for you to see.
