So far not so good. Had an appointment and then showed up and they were closed. Why schedule when you are closed. They told me they moved the appointment to a different location but no one bothered to tell me. I now have an appointment again in a few days lets hope this one goes through. Only trying again because offered lower prices but if this happens again then I will never try this place again.

I brought my car in for an oil change and check up . I was able to get a same day appt the staff was fast and courteous. I was giving a detailed estimate with pictures for all diagnosis. This was amazing. It made me feel so comfortable having actual pictures sent to me with detail in order for me to review. They also provide in store financing options which is another plus. The mechanic who did my work, Roberto, also followed up with me a few days after to make sure i was happy and safe. I really appreciated all they did and I hope all shops all adopt these great methods going forward

We came without an appointment, but they were able to get us in immediately. Within 30 minutes, We received the results of the FREE brake inspection. They ordered the parts and had our new brakes on in no time. Everyone there was very pleasant and personable, a real joy. As an added bonus, the shop is located in a strip mall; so we were able to eat lunch and keep ourselves occupied while waiting.

Made an appointment for an oil change on 6/30 at this location to find out it’s closed due to a fire and my appointment is actually at a location 20 miles away. I can’t believe I was not informed about this when I made my appointment on the phone. Apparently I wasn’t the only one….Goodyear, next door said multiple people have come in the past month with appointments at Midas and were not told it’s closed for reconstruction. Unbelievable customer service.

I dropped my truck off at around 9 am and since I did not have an appointment, I expected it to be done later. It was done around 5:15 pm and as soon as I drove it, there was an immediate difference! Roberto was fast to get to me at the counter, I was in and out within 5 minutes both times when I came to drop it off AND pick it up. I have a hard time trying to find reliable mechanic shops that don’t try to up sell me every time I walk in for a single service. Midas didnt do that with me, so I recommend this place!

Gr8 customer friendly service made appointment for shocks and struts inspection for Friday, after inspection needed front replace after only 10k miles on them, under warranty for parts only, manager Dustin Jensen Outstanding >>exceptional job! Techs gr8 work in and out within a few hours. Highly recommended this location for all your needs. Covid19 friendly everyone masked up. Gave the Tech 20.00 towards there lunch or a few cold ones after work.

Great group of guys who will make sure things are done correctly. Dustin was a real champ when it came to helping me figure out best pricing, service’s required, and even texted next day to see if everything with the vehicle was to my satisfaction (it definitely was). There was no hassle and no pressure to repair things that were not necessary. Overall they are a great company to do businesses with and plan to make them my go to store, if you want your vehicle done right I would recommend doing the same. GO MIDAS!!

They alway call and check to see if I need service and how my brakes are doing. I appreciate this type of follow and service. No one takes the time to follow on customers any more.

Apparently this location burnt down per the rep at the Main street location. Google is not updated to reflect this. I called and the phone just rang and finally have an error message. I purchased a Groupon for the nearby locations. The guy at the Main street location said they wont accept it but they are clearly listed as well as 3 other locations. He quoted me extra high to get the alignment, but first told me that the alignment machine is down and might be up by next week. . Now Im going to have to try to get a refund from Groupon for all the misleading information. Definitely dont trust working with Midas.

Great price for a high mileage oil change. They do a thorough check on the vehicle along with the maintenance. They also did a tire rotation, which not all places include in your basic oil change. Midas does a great job and this location is definitely somewhere that I trust with my vehicles.The wait room is comfortable and cool and the staff put on Lego Movie 2 for the kids while we waited!Value + Trustworthy + Customer Friendly!

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Very friendly service and they were quick with the oil change. After I got my car, I noticed they did not rotated my tire. How do I know? My back tire passenger tire has a mark on it and the tire was in the exact same spot. A little disappointed since they advertise tire rotation. I requested a tire rotation and the recipe says the tire was rotated. Make me lose trust about what was and was not done. It was only an oil change and tire rotation I went into for but what would have happened if I were to go in for other service. Did they do what they said they did or did they not?Edit Update: Changing from 3 stars to 2 stars. Followed the link and put a feedback per owner response. Still have not heard from them.

I was beyond pleased with my experience at Midas. I came in for an alignment and to take a look at a leaky tire. Luis was phenomenal and its been a while since Ive encountered someone who is genuine and passionate about helping customers. Ingrid at the front was super helpful as well! I would highly recommend this Midas location if you are looking for honest work and good people.

The brake fluid flush and inspection took a little longer than I anticipated but the service was completed and I am satisfied with the results

Looking at the reviews I was not overly excited, but these guys got me in with an appointment and started working on my truck as soon as I got there. They were done quickly and did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

I been going to this Midas for a long time and everything has always been good up until recently. We did a normal oil change I also had them change my pads and rotors and after about an hour after leaving the shop my brakes started feeling spongey and I called back to setup a time to get them to look at my brakes. I spoke with the manager, Bill who said he was gonna be on vacation when I came back the next day but they would get it taken care of, the same day I noticed fluid leaking out from under the hood. I brought it up to the fill in manager for them to take a look while they did my brakes.After 3 hours they brought to my attention some type of fluid was leaking out of the brake lines that wasn’t brake fluid. I mentioned my brakes were done here yesterday and it needed to get fixed and I shouldn’t have to pay anything but the fill in manager disagreed. I didn’t have a choice but to pay them again to fix it. He mentioned that they couldn’t find where the leak was coming from, I asked what they could do for it he said that I needed to wait to see if my truck would over heat, which I thought was strange they weren’t willing to find the issue and fix it to make more money. If I wasn’t there for so long already I would of asked them to keep searching for the issue.A week later my truck is now overheating and it’s leaking more fluid, I called back and asked to speak with Bill and advised of my dissatisfaction of how his fill in manager was not willing to find where the leak was coming from. Bill didn’t seem interested in what I had to say and just said bring it back. I brought it in a few days later and they ran a pressure test and said it was the water pump, with parts and labor it was $580.00. I got the truck fixed and everything seemed fine until 4 days later.....my truck is still leaking!!!!! I call Bill back and made him aware of my concerns and he simply just said “it shouldn’t be leaking”again doesn’t seem interested in my frustration and I needed to bring it back. The following week my brakes are now whistling after 2 months of being “fixed” they shouldn’t be making any noise. I was done at this point.So between me spending $450 for my brakes and oil change, and another $100 for them to fix my brakes the next day after they installed them then another $580 to replace the water pump and I still have a leak and squeaky brakes. I am not willing to take my truck back here after spending $1130.00 here and I’m still having issues with my truck. I will take my vehicle somewhere else to fix their mess.

Took my girlfriends car in today and wow we were in shock on how good of a price we got to fix the issue with her car! Got a great deal on a new battery and the repairs on the broken relays in her whip. Definitely coming back!!

Super professional. Got the job done really quickly. I definitely recommend them to anybody who has car needs. They were super nice, and very straightforward on the prices and didn’t mess around with how much things were. I absolutely appreciated the experience of going there. One I waited legit 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. For them to tell me a repair I already had diagnosed from my regular mechanic. They tried to tell me i needed cv joint but I had quite literally replaced my entire front end axel and joints. I came in with a Groupon. I showed them and even had the girl at the counter redeem my coupon. When asked to pay I asked if it included the coupon. I didnt have time to check their pricing, I assumed they were just expensive and I read the coupon as 19$ off. So I paid. When I went to my car i read my receipt vs Groupon I realized I was overcharged. The manager argued with me and I didnt have time to stay for the whole process. I swiped my card for a refund and went on my way. Now here we are 3 weeks later I called once before and today the manager told me im not getting my refund. 🙃 so now Im reaching out to my bank to file a dispute with all the proof showing I was overcharged instead of just doing their jobs. All I wanted was a cheap oil change. I now know better.But honestly I saw this manager treat an elderly woman poorly and hardly saw him while his workers ate and took their merry time getting the cars done. Worst experience at a shop ever. Ive worked customer service my entire life I dont expect 5-star hotel treatment but at least some human kindness and logic.

I came here with my MIL for her truck and Billand his team were so good that I came back with my New Used Car. They were AMAZING!! Bill was able to acquire parts that costed less and was extremely concerned with our driving safety. I feel like in this day and age its difficult to find people that CARE and I found that here. They were prompt, professional and I am more than impressed they checked so many things and brought to my attention things to consider in the future! Very knowledgeable and would recommend to anyone. I had a groupon for an alignment, took my van in because the steering wheel would shake back and forth driving down the road. I asked if that could be caused by the alignment and they said yes. On my way home it did the same thing, so i called and they told me to bring it back in. I did 3 days later and the mechanic tells me this time that the steering would not do that from being misaligned. I asked him to look at it and see if he can figure out what the problem is. A couple minutes later he comes and gets me to show me my tires which had the bands showing through the rubber on the inside of the tires which I couldnt see until it was in the lift. I am surprised I didnt have a blow out. I had them put new tires on it, but you would think that they would have showed me that 3 days prior instead of letting me leave without mentioning it at all. They were courteous and helpful, so that is why Im giving them 3 stars but I could have been in a major accident and they should have informed me that my tires were dangerous to drive on.

The Manager Mark is one of the best Managers at an Auto Repair shop that I have ever dealt with! The clutch on my truck went out, and I had the truck towed direct to this Midas as they’ve worked on my truck before, and they do good work! Mark really understands how to address customer concerns, and also understands the value of Excellent Customer Service! He took time to answer all my questions, and he even saved the parts he replaced for me, as the last shop that did my clutch did not do such a great job as it lasted only 3 years before parts that should have been recommended for replacement were never even addressed. Come to find out the last shop never replaced the pilot bearing as it was missing half the ball bearings contained within the original bearing. Had this part failed completely, I assume the truck would be well beyond repair as that bearing ensures the crankshaft mates with the transmission straight and true. I highly recommend this shop for any/all service! Mark has always been honest and is a straight shooter. I will return for any future auto service needs! Thank you Midas for your excellent service and getting my truck back on the road so I can enjoy another 15 years of dependability with this truck!

I brought in a groupon for an oil changed and was charged 30 dollars for the oil to be synthetic instead of conventional. Then with fees and tax, it went over $40. Overpriced prices for less than satisfactory service.

I will never get my car serviced at any Midas location again. I trusted the mechanics to give my car quality care and there was nothing quality about it. They had the mechanics girlfriend take the wheels off my car and she wasnt even an employee of Midas and she managed to chew up my lugs and damage the surrounding area of my wheels. I came in after inspecting my car further and asked if she is even certified to work on vehicles and the manager didnt even know, he said she does it all the time though. And my interior of my car was also dirty from the Technician that completed my oil change. I had grease and dirt on my steering wheel and on other various parts of my interior such as the door, door handle, shift knob, and somehow the canvas on my door. Some of the finger prints wont even come out. I tried calling the corporate number to get this resolved but I was on hold for over an hour and a half before I gave up. I suggest taking your vehicles elsewhere so this doesnt happen to anyone else.

Ok if you go in and only get what you went in to get, but stick to your resolve and get a second opinion before getting pressured into spending money.Oil change was fine, but just another one of those places where they try to upsale you (especially women).Then, if you know better and refuse, they try to make you question your resolve via a condescending tone. (Yes, I really do know how to change my own engine air filter....)Also be aware, they trick you into blindly signing a couple documents, giving the impression its part of the credit card transaction. More condescension if you ask what youre signing.

We got an oil change and they were good with that. The service was very friendly. The only issue I see is that they rotated my tires, and we knew there was a nail in one and went to discount after, but they never mentioned the nail. Apparently they inspect your tires but idk about that.

Dewy at the front counter had clearly been drinking today. I went in because I got a bubble in one or the four truck tires I bought less than a year and 1/2 ago. Between druken stupors Dewy tried to explain that is was my fault the tire failed.So Midas wont stand behind there products, and allows employees too drink at work?

My temperature gauge was all the way on hot so I pulled in real quick to get help. It turned out to be a simple solution and they didnt even charge me. Was in and out in five minutes.

This place is great! I went for an alignment and oil change and i very satisfied. The customer service was fabulous the guy at the counter was the same guy that set up my appointment and he was very professional. I will be going to this place from now on.The only reason I gave 4 stars is because my oil light wasn’t reset but I googled and did it myself.

Awful service, no respect for me and my car and didn’t even do what I had brought my car in for in the first place . I brought my car in on Monday to only get my check engine light checked I knew it had wiring issues but it started and I drove it there after work . They brought it on the lift and whatever the mechanic did they wernt able to start the car, they got me a Lyft home and I wasn’t to bothered at that point I thought just a day or two later, no I called every time that week except Friday each time lying and saying it would be ready “for sure “ all that time spending more then two hundred dollars or so for lyfts to work and food to delivery charges . I finally talk to them and they say they need a specialist to come in because else where I’d pay 2000 to get whatever it was fixed, but never mentioning once that it would go above the 150 I was already quoted . Tuesday is when I finally got my car . The only thing they did in my opinion was get my car back to the way it was when I brought it there and took the wired wiring out . And the check engine light was still on .final bill I was made to pay . Originally it was 800 but Got it down to 600 . Also putting two parts in my car without telling me first and they have such awful customer service that when I called to see if my car was ready they said they didn’t get my number right which I clearly told their desk person . I resolved the check engine light myself all it was was a MAP sensor so whichever parts they put in did nothing to help what I told them to work on . And to top that all off they didn’t put my fuse covers back inside my car dash so . All highly unprofessional.

Had to stop by for an emergency brake repair, they got me in and out and did a great job. The new management is awesome.

They over charged me the manager told me and has not called me back. They gave one price over phone different price when came to for work was told my finished car.

I would highly recommend this shop. I had major issues with another Midas shop (Mike, Midas on Main) and took my car to the power and southern Midas to Mark to verify the work had even been done at the other location. Mark went above and beyond to correct the situation that Mike at the other Midas had caused. He fixed all the work and I did not have to pay anything. I will be going to this location for all my oil changes, etc. from now on.

I have had two oil changes at this Midas. First one was last year and people werent as friendly. Had one last week and they were AWESOME!! FYI- they will price match the Groupon.

I have been going to this Midas for 3 years. This time my battery had died and I needed to get another but mine was still under warranty. I call a Midas closer to me, the one on Main St Mesa. Mike told me It would be about $100. I then called Scott at the Midas on Southern and Power. He was able to get me right in and told me it would be about $25 so I drove a little farther and what a great experience. I have a new battery and its under warranty for 2 years for $25. I will drive a little further to get the great customer service and be treated well. Thanks Scott and all your associates. You really do make a difference.

My exhaust pipe was hanging low after hitting a dip at high speeds. I got in and out quickly for only $35! They welded everything back into place and its holding up great!

UPDATE !!!I just left Midas and was blown away by the immediate attention and action Manager Richie and his team gave me to make the situation right. With out hesitation manager Richie immediately took my car in and three or four guys jumped on it all at one time to get everything done properly. I tell you the truth if you have this location do work on your vehicle and have any issues see manager Richie, he will make things right! Thank you so much guys. My wife took the car in yesterday and it would have been a 3 hour wait so she made an appointment for today. After an hour wait they overfilled the oil pan by a good quart and a half which I will need to drain or syphon out tomorrow and as far as the tire rotation..... well they just flat out didn’t do it but listed they did on the recipe. How do I know? The back right tire was the only tire missing a valve stem cap..... it still is. 🙄They also told my wife the speedometer was broken...... seems to work perfectly fine when I drove it tonight. 🤔I feel fortunate that we escaped relatively unscathed compared to some of the people that really got burned. So sorry about that guys.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They take advantage of you not only that when they break something else in your car they are not willing to fix it and say oh well thats your problem not only that Nick is a horrible manager and says oh well we can try to fix it but never gets back to you never called you never does anything. By the way Matt is the owner to this place and yet he still keeps his manager around hes going to screw you over what irresponsible ownership of this place if you call corporate Im sure Matt will then get his ass going and try to fix everything this place is not worth anything going to and not only that they take advantage of you.

Extremely fast, efficient, and accommodating! When I came to get my transmission done, I thought I would be lost for hope. Since, we all know transmission are bad news for cars. But with the help, from Tom and his crew Ill be able to do my daily things in life stress free. They have help me from so much and even lowered my bill then I thought by and few hundred dollars. As well as offered a check up a week after to make sure my oil level didnt change from once they first filled it up.They also did my exhaust a while back and, from my knowledge they did a good clean job in the wielding, as well as placing the hangers in the right positions. Its been 4 months since then and havent had one problem yet, and most of all it sounds exactly how I want it to.I would recommend Midas to anyone from small to big projects. So please dont hesitate to talk to them about any problems or concerns because they are so willing to help.

One of their mechanics stripped the oil drain plug and when I called to tell them about it he blamed me saying well you wouldnt know that unless you tried getting it off, so now I know you touched it. No, It was another shop who looked at it and told me. Then he said Go buy a new drain plug and well put it on for you. No apology and no owning up to the mistake, and now they want me to pay for their mistake out of my own pocket and waste my time and gas.

I trusted this service station for all my vehicle oil changes until now!!! This place doesnt deserve a star!!! But had to to enable me to leave a review! I took my new vehicle for an oil change at approx 7000 miles. I started noticing oil leaking from under my car at approx 11900 miles, so I decided to take it to the dealership instead. What the technician found out was Midas put the wrong oil filter on my vehicle!!! Never again will I trust Midas to perform any of my vehicles services. I can still remember the manager asking me if my vehicle was brand new...and I said yes. Call it intuition, but when he asked me that, I got this weird feeling something was wrong. But did not acknowledge that feeling because I never had any bad experience with this shop in the past until now. So if you want genuine parts and services....take your vehicle else where. The sad part about the whole thing, was this shop was under new management. Lets hope there was no damage to my vehicle.

Dont bother with making an appointment. I had a 9:30 appointment Monday morning that I scheduled on Saturday and they said that I had a 2 hour wait. The online appointment system is pointless and insulting.

It was great. I went to get my oil changed before leaving for vacation. While test driving the car to make sure it was okay, they figured out a problem with my car, that I thought was something else and it would have wrecked my car while driving long distance if they didnt find it. It was a very timely repair. They knew I was on a time line and got me out in a few hours. It was amazing to see the part come so fast and everyone was working on my car to get me out so our vacation wasnt stalled any longer. Thank you, to the management and staff for being so accomodating!

Its shops like these that give mechanics bad names, nothing but two face scam artists. I went in to change my brakes and they tried telling me the rotors and struts were 20 miles away from seizing and had to replace them for 1500 dollars. Well took it to just brakes and not only was everything rotatable and fixable but I also got a year of AAA for 300 bucks.

I got a free tire rotation with my oil change and when they had finished they told me my front inside brakes were paper thin and really needed changed. I told him I do them myself and he asked me if I had a lathe, suggesting it was so bad my rotors needed replaced. Then on the summary of visit paper they gave me they said both front and rear brakes needed replaced. I bought all the brakes to do them myself and they werent even close to needing replaced. Especially the back ones. Dont trust their visual inspection its a complete scam.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation charge me $80 and told me I need to get a new coolant reservoir hose I might need a block test and worse come to worse I need an engine swap. Inexperienced crooked mother f******!!!! Never going back and tell everyone! Went to my Old Reliable Network Auto on Main in Meridian told them everything Midas Touch told me word for word what they saw what they thought straight up BS!!! >:(((

Been using Midas for 8-9 years. Midas has ALWAYS performed quality work for me in the past. On 8/21/2018 had all four rotors, front calipers and all brake pads replaced. After work was done I noticed the braking was a little off, then while backing vehicle and applying the brakes the front driver side was making noise. Today I noticed the tire and wheel had oil spraying/drippings. When I examined the brake/calipers tonight I found that the driver front brake clip was broken and the front passenger brake clip was not put back on properly. Also concluded the brake fluid line that screws into the caliper was loose causing the brake fluid to leak which ruined the wheel finish and discolored newer tire. Wish I could upload pictures to show the damage.

Nick, was not only rude to me he was incredibly disrespectful to the other employees. I was also extremely frustrated that I took my car in for an alignment and it was worse than when I went in. Then he blamed it on me. Never ever recommending this location to anyone.

Manager offered me a bribe of a free oil change to write a positive review. That should tell you right there what kind of shop this is. I did write one, because the first time there was fine. But when we went back... oh boy. Not only did they take FOREVER to change my oil (a paid service, they did not honor the free one), seriously 3 hours, after a month of trying to figure out engine troubles and leaking oil we find out they put the wrong filter on our car. They used a filter for a V-8 engine on my straight 6. HUGE issue, the wrong oil pressure damaged parts, leaked all over my vehicle and driveway, and weve spent hundreds of dollars repairing them. Never, ever trusting this place to touch my car. Dirty shop, sleazy management, awful business.

Contacted the store before purchasing the Groupon, was asked my car make, year, and model. I mentioned I was purchasing the $19 groupon, the person on the phone said thats fine. I Scheduled an appointment and arrived on time, when I got there I pulled up the groupon to be told its not valid for my car, mind you this location is 30 mins away from me, I was annoyed and said I wish I was told this before I drove down here. The man at the front desk said he will take the groupon, but I will need to pay an additional $30 +tax on top of what I paid to groupon. I said fine only because I didnt want to make another appointment and waste more time. Fyi they have big sign hanging outside saying oil changes $19.... So this groupon is pointless! Another customer walks in to be told the same thing I was told!

Went in for a oil change on my lunch break and found out my alignment was absolutely terrible. They knocked out my oil change and did my alignment in such time that I was still able to enjoy my lunch!
