I had a flat tire and these guys were awesome. Austin, the manager, read my situation and responded with care and empathy. Wonderful experience. This is now my tire place. When I get my car serviced here later, Ill review here again.

I had bought my tires at this location back in June, Drove a little over 20 miles to reach this particular store. Then in late November my valve stems failed, as soon as you touched them to loosen the cap air would leak out. Drove back and they fixed it for free and though I thought they got damaged on a curb or some such, they profusely apologized and fixed them right away. Good folks here and the manager is a real nice guy.
Austin was awesome! He greeted me right away and got me all set up for my oil change. He also suggested some services that my car could use due to its current mileage. I opted for the air filter change and cleaning of the system, but declined the other services for now. He did not try to push any services on me, he smiled and said, “No problem”. I left with a list of services and prices so that I could get them done at my own leisure. Friendly, prompt and great service all around! Thank you so much! Will be back again.

Austin and Eric were awesome! My fiancée has a hybrid with no real spare and the repair process failed. I talked to them prior to closing and they advised on where to leave the key as we were going to be there late, we had to tow the car...The next day I called and asked for a price on the new tire. They let me know they were able to fix the flat at NO CHARGE!! I guess the 2 punctures in the tire were repairable (I wasn’t expecting this). It was nice to go in for a repair and not be taken advantage of. This is where I’ve taken my vehicle before and will continue in the future.
These guys are awesome. Best mechanic shop by far. Theyre super honest and find all the discounts for you. I was told about thwm from a family member who has been going to this exact location for aboit 25 years and his vehicle runs great. Ken, Austin and the rest of the boys will always get my business. Not going back to this location. I asked how long it would take, they said it would be 30-40 minutes. It was well over double that time. Which wouldnt be an issue since I had scheduled 3 hours for this visit.The issue was there was a woman in the lobby who was being disruptive. There was 2 small children that were behaving well and not making any noise. But a woman that was waiting for her car was disruptive to the point that I had to complain to the man at the counter.His response was that he could tune out anyone and anything, so her being disruptive was not an issue for him. However, not all of us can tune out such obnoxious behavior.The woman eventually went from disruptive to confrontational and then quickly to belligerent. Finally the guy at the counter addressed her behavior and tried to calm her down. She then just went on to say that she can be as loud as she wants because she is a long time customer.The woman then went on to make racial comments about people in the waiting area. This went unaddressed. She was literally allowed to use this place as her personal office. She walked in and out of the service bays, in to the back area, maybe she works there, or maybe they just allow people to act whatever way they want.If she is as important as she thinks she is and as important as they treat her, maybe they should designate a special office inside just for her. That way other customers do not need to put up with her disrespectful behavior.I will not be back to this location.
Believe or not Ladies and Gentlemen, from the front desk where the pricing starts to the shop where the mechanics do the dirty work; these guys are Honest Hardworking Mechanics. They are patient kind and even made balloons for my daughters Twice! We feel safer knowing our Vehicles are taken care of by this crew and appreciate everything they do. Not only are they Great at their job they are Empathetic and Definitely put safety 1st. They found me the best deals and always get the work done either on time or early. We trust our safety on the road to Goodyear and their crew at This Shop. Top Notch fellas, Well Done!
Took my truck here for a brand new set of tires, tire rods and alignment, etc. After the job was done, I drove it on the highway and noticed my car swaying all over the place. I called and told them it was pulling to the left and the white guy that answers the phone was an ass. I just spent $2000 on all this and he tried to schedule me an appointment 3 days out to have the alignment that they screwed up fixed again. I spoke to Ken and he made everything right and told me to bring it in right away, he said he was on my time which was way better than being scheduled 3 days out with a major alignment issue after buying brand new tires. Ken realized this but the white guy has no respect and laughed that my alignment was out and that I wanted it fixed immediately. I brought my truck back up there and Ken was super nice, got me taken care of and showed me the chart for the alignment proving it was off after they just fixed it. They even test drove it, one of the mechanics did. How did he not realize it was off I have NO idea. Seems like he needs a new job. He was trying to drive my truck alone too and I have an interlock which makes me suspect he was going to use my truck for something other than a test drive. When I got the alignment fixed Ken settled everything, told me he would help me out when I bring my truck in for rotors and brakes, and hooked me up as much as possible. Ken helped a lot to calm things down and his quality assurance does NOT go unnoticed. It did feel a bit overpriced, especially since my alignment was fine before I brought it up there and when I left my truck was all over the place.
My forever shop! Searched high and low for a shop that I can call my own and never question the information or services provided. They have convinced me out of things I dont needed, I call them with random questions about cars Im going to buy, they have never tried to sell me and I always get a deal. I feel like they just have my back. All of there work is top notch and the guys are honestly like friends at this point. I will be a life long customer! Thanks guys!
Tires were reasonably priced and installed within an hour but I didn’t like how they tried charging me almost $200 for an alignment

Called and spoke to Ken about scheduling my car to get new tires. He told me he could get the tires I needed the next day but that if I ordered online, I would get them cheaper. He assured me that if I scheduled for the 5pm time slot, my car would be done in an hour so I could have it that same day. So I ordered my tires online, scheduled an appointment for two days out.Well my tires looked even worse the next day, so I went to Goodyear to see if they had the tires in yet and they did! I thought great! Now I dont have to drive on these unsafe tires. Ken told me that he had me in the system for that day and they would put my new tires on that night. I gave him the keys and was feeling really impressed with this place.Then, Jeff the service manager comes up and says that they cant find my order in their computer. I showed him my confirmation email and told him that the money had already been taken from my account. Jeff told me that they had to wait until tomorrow to call corporate and get an authorization for my order. But in the mean time, they would not give me my car. Jeff told me that they were putting the tires on my car but I couldnt leave with my car. They had my money, they had started service on my car, but they would not let me take it. I was forced to shell out more money for a rental so I could get to work.I called to speak with the manager Gary the next day. He tells me that my new tires still had not been put on my car. He said that it takes an hour and a half to put tires on and they never have cars ready the same day if they are scheduled at 5. So I was lied to twice. Once when Ken told me to schedule at 5 and my car would be done that day. And again when Jeff told me they were putting my tires on that evening. Gary was very professional and assured me my car would be taken care of first thing and they would reimburse me for my rental car. I appreciate how Gary handled it but for $400 for new tires, this was way too shady of an ordeal.I feel I was being taken advantage of as a soft spoken young lady as Ken kept calling me. When he saw that I was upset about not getting my car back, Ken offered to give me a hug if it wouldnt get him in trouble. I dont want a hug. I want to not be given the run around and to not have my car held hostage.

Had an awesome experience at this location. I went in the morning without an appointment, and didnt even have to wait to get in. I was clearly explained everything and all my options clearly. Hard working crew, and the manager Austin was great in answering my questions.
This company is horrid! Half the work they did on my truck was done wrong and had to be redone. After spending, literally over thousands, they refuse to not only honor warranties but service plans. After having problems with one store... another was supposed to help but we were told things were on order. Turns out our truck needed to be seen, somewhere else for the warranty and they were wasting our time! We missed our businesses big day and lost out on hundreds to a thousand plus. That is a lot to a first year business and a family! Now their employees are making false allegations to keep from honoring warranties. We cant even get our $1500 tires rotated with the rotation plan we paid for. It was one thing to experience what we did at the shops. But corporate....? I know they record their conversation, I do too... so why cant we get resolution? Horrible company where workers feel free to yell and make racial remarks in AZ but the company stands behind them... watch out.

Im a business owner from OR who was needing an inspection done on a vehicle I was purchasing from Mesa. I wasnt going to be able to see the vehicle for myself before flying out there. Ken from this store helped me. He was fantastic to work with, helped arrange the whole operation (all from over the phone and from another state), worked with the previous owner of the vehicle, and helped put me at ease knowing exactly what needed to be done with the vehicle. I would say Grade A store.

The manager sold me a new tire, he lied.I went to another tire shop 2weeks after my purchase and was told my new tire from Goodyear was 4 years old.

My experience was absolutely terrible. I have a corvette and I had a leak in my rear left tire. I took it to the location at 50 north Dobson road, Mesa Az. The store manager Brian took one look at me and my car and when I said I think I have a flat he said I had a run flat tire and the tire could not be fixed, and I had to buy a new tire. I took my car to another location after Brian told me he couldnt help and it turns out that the tire wasnt even a run flat tire and it had a leak from the tire check valve. It cost me $8.00 instead of $500 a tire. All Brian wanted to do was sell me a tire because he wanted to make more money off me...a person such as Brian definitely should not be running a store....con artist Alert....Be Aware of BRIAN

Took my car in for free alignment check after buying tires elsewhere. Many years ago was a certified mechanic and whanted to see how honest they are. They passed the test! Car didnt need alignment and only discussed other services that my car needed and was aware of. They are fast, friendly and efficient. Good job guys, goodyear is the best!
Helpful and good customer service but jacked up parts cost and actually gave me my car back with a new part on it and didnt charge me because they couldnt figure out what was wrong with it.
I visited this location for the second time to do an oil change. When I left the location, I noticed my car sounded differently and figured it was struggling against the monsoon winds that afternoon. However, the next day I continued to hear my car rumbling and decided to check what was going on. I looked under the roof and found my air filter placed on top of the engine. I also noticed the box that contains the air filter was open and not secured. I put the air filter WHERE IT BELONGS, secured it, and drove. My car sounded normal as it did before the oil change.I called the location and spoke with a manager to complain. He apologized for the error and I told him that I will not return to that location. Although this was minor, how can I trust that a major issue will be handled professionally? This was too careless and irresponsible. The manager did not make an effort to re-gain their credibility. I will take my business elsewhere.
I have been meaning to do this review since last week, I got sick all week and just out of hospital today. I wish there were more stars, I could give these Hardworking Guys and location. I searched and searched for new tires and everyone just wouldnt work with me, until I called here😊. I have to start with Ken HE IS AMAZING🏆HE worked with me and listen to really to what I was in need of, he helped me out and delivered the BEST🏅he earned my business and their location is not close where I live, but it is well worth the trip, he delivered EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and I trusted him and his Team. Bryan was so kind to remind me of my appt time that morning he was GREAT as well and Austin checked me out went thru rebates and explained in detail all I needed to do GREAT Young Man As well! And to the Techs who are behind scenes doing all the HARDWORK THANK YOU SO MUCH, AMAZING TEAM!!!! You guys Rock! Its not easy to choose where to take your vehicle andto find honest answers, at times some locations want to always add this, and so on, on ur way out and to later find out u really didnt need it but I am very very HAPPY with the service I received and in a timely manner it was done at this location:). My tires had to get ordered and they arrived as i was promised. AWESOME TEAM AT THIS LOCATION! We will be coming back, no matter the drive. Horrible service horrible place to come. I come in with a working vehicle all it needed was a new starter, when i saw the price for it I kindly said no i will go somewhere else, the guy comes back and tells me my car doesn’t turn on anymore.

The experience started off very well with Jeff, who was helpful and friendly. I was getting quotes for 31 Goodyear MTRs from different shops, he quoted me $972 (within $20 of one of your local competitors) and said he could have them by the end of the week. Since he was helpful and friendly I told him to go ahead and place the order. I also told him I would leave him some good feedback online.A few days later the tires came in. I told them I would come in at 7 (Google says they are open from 7-7) but I was told they open at 8. Minor detail but it could easily be fixed. I left the truck with (I believe it was) Gary Summitt and told him I was here for the MTRs that had been ordered for me, that I would leave the truck all day and come in after work.I arrived at 10 till 6 (thinking they closed at 7 per google), and met Ken (I think his last name was Lewis), who was very nice but handed me a bill for 1150, nearly $200 more than the amount quoted by Jeff. I asked if they had replaced the spare and he told me no. When I protested, Ken asked me if Gary had called to tell me an amount or if he had asked me to sign anything. He had not. Ken then asked me if I was OK with paying the higher amount, and I told him no, I wanted the price I was quoted. The next hour was spent with him calling Gary multiple times and trying to modify the price in the computer, periodically asking me if I was OK paying a different amount. I persistently told him I wanted the price I was quoted for the work that was done. Ken was nice enough but he told me he was worried about getting in trouble from Gary. On one of the calls Gary told Ken he wanted me to come back tomorrow morning to talk to him in person about it (my wife had dropped me off at the store 45 minutes earlier) but I told him no, if they couldnt do it for the price they could put my old tires on and I would take my truck and go elsewhere. When (after an hour of fighting) I finally got the price down close to the amount Jeff had quoted me, I signed the paperwork and then Ken tried to get me to sign an additional higher estimate as well. I refused, and told him that I didnt want them to charge me the additional amount and I was never quoted that price.This experience has left such a bad taste in my mouth that despite how helpful Jeff was in the beginning I will never visit another Goodyear Auto Center, and most likely will never even buy Goodyear tires again from a non-goodyear store. It was one of the WORST experiences I have ever had with a store.

Before I give my review, I would caution anyone considering any type of service repair done here. As a VW Master Mechanic for Arizona Proving Grounds and who is well aware of shady shops and cut corner garage mechanics. Goodyear Auto Repair in Mesa is just a prime example of a money hungry and dishonest shop with no concern for its customers, as I found out with a basic oil change service. You may ask yourself, why wouldnt I do the oil change myself? Well, its actually cheaper take it to have it done then doing it yourslf not to mention cleaner. Shops dont make anything on oil changes and they need to up sell you on other services to make profit. As I waited an hour and half to have a my oil change done, I listened to the service writer try to upsell me on a brake flush that was just done last service by me. Two hours had passed when they called me up to pay for the vehicle service. As i was driving home, all i could think to myself is to check their work. Sure enough, I found that they did not replace or touch the oil filter. The vehicle that I had service on was a 2013 VW Jetta TDI which requires a paper filter replacement which is under the engine cover. I also marked the filter housing to ensure that they at least would open it. To my disappointment i saw that it wasnt touched. As a mechanic, I would not trust them to change a light bulb.

VERY DISAPOINTED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MIKE EARLEY THE MANAGER ESPECIALLY DIDNT HELP AT ALL, IM A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER JUST GETTING MY FLUIDS FILLED AND THEY OFFERED A FREE TIRE ROTATION, AND AFTER I LEFT THE GOODYEAR I REALIZED MY CENTER CAPS WERE MISSING AND I CALLED THEM TO TELL THEM AND THEY DIDNT EVEN CARE, OR HELP AT ALL I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH MY CENTER CAPS UNTIL I WENT THERE AND THEY DIDNT WANT TO TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILTY FOR WHAT THEY DID, THEY TRIED SAYING THAT IT SAID IT WAS BROKE ON MY INVOICE AND IT DOES NOT SAY THAT ANYWHERE ON MY INVOICE NOW I DONT HAVE JUST A REGULAR CAR I HAVE A CADILLAC SO I REALLY REGRET GOING THERE AND NOW I HAVE TO FIND CAPS AND PAY FOR THEM MYSELF WHEN IT WAS GOODYEARS PROBLEM AND THEY ARE THE ONES WHO BROKE THEM AND CAUSED THIS. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND I DIDNT EVEN ASK FOR A TIRE ROTATION.
