Ive brought multiple of my vehicles here. First off my 06 Silverado has has new tires, rims, and a lift kit installed and I’m very pleased with the look that Brian recommended for my truck. I also take it there for all my routine maintenance. Countless oil changes, replaced batteries and alternators on my truck. This shop can do it all and give amazing customer service. I’ve even purchased an 01 Escape from Brian for a very good price and he’s kept that running now for the past 3 years as it’s getting ready to eclipse 275,000 miles. Amazing shop and I’d highly recommend him as I’ve sent numerous of my friends to him. Never a complaint and he always gets the job done. Expect honesty and integrity when you go visit Brian.

I came to this place in 2010 and moved back to Arizona and decided to get service here. Brian the owner is super friendly, makes you feel like you can put your trust in his shop! I have since been back to Brian’s automotive three different times now and have had exceptional service each and every time. His crew works hard and The quality of work is worth your pennies. As a young lady I did not feel taken advantage of when it comes to understanding what my car may need and they help explain and break down what is needed and what needs to be fixed and I find that to be great as some young ladies dont know much of cars. I have left happy every time I have had service and I would definitely recommend Brian’s automotive!!

I went and got my brakes done here they told me it will squeak for a few week. Three months later they still squeak. As well my girlfriend when here to get a oil change the same time as I when and got my brakes done. They overfilled the oil and it probably the reason why her fuel injectors when out. Will never come back here. Now out 3,000 bc of these careless mistakes. PLEASE DONT COME HERE!!!!!! Careless!

I would give zero stars if possible. I purchased a full set of tires from Brian about a year ago that came with a documented warranty including tire rotations. My spouse also purchased a full set of tires several months before me for his dually truck. My spouse requested Brian to replace 2 hubcaps from for the dually after he noticed they were both damaged after a rotation had been completed approximately 1 week after the rotation. Also the tire stems of the inside tires were positioned so that the stem could not be reached to place any air in the tires if necessary. My spouse asked that the tires be positioned correctly as well. Brian refused to replace the hubcaps stating that he hated dealing with vehicles that had hubcaps. After a heated conversation he finally agreed to pay for the 2 hubcaps but refused to rotate the tires ever again and additionally he would not correct the tire position of the inside tires. He also refused to refund my spouse for a tire that was defective and had to be replaced even though Brian received a partial refund for the defective tire from the manufacturer. Approximately a month later I needed to have one of my tires repaired due to running over a nail. The tire would not keep air for more than 15 minutes. It was also time to rotate my tires. I went to Brians tire for the service which is covered under my tire warranty. He was pleasant until he looked up my name and then he became agitated and told me to get off his property and never return. I said to him that I bought my tires with my credit card and no matter what disagreement he had with my spouse it should not affect my service. But he said we were one entity and that my husband had threatened to obtain a lawyer so he stated that he would not rotate my tires or repair my flat. I told Brian that I planned to submit a negative review of his establishment due to his treatment to me and he accused me of threatening him . He advised I go to Discount Tire for a free flat repair. I have a paper contract and he is in breach of the contract. I am a 65 year old woman with a tire going flat, and a contractional agreement with Brian and he still refused to repair my flat. I went to the nearest discount tire directly down the street and paid $65 for a lifetime tire rotation that I shouldnt have needed to buy. Im writing this review to warn people of Brians behavior should you have any issues with a service provided by his business. I had only met Brian once prior to this incident and I have never been disrespected by anyone the way I was by him.

Super friendly staff. Everyone that’s walked past has interacted with me and my son, they have a play area for him and complimentary tea and coffee. Brian knew I was worried about how much I was spending (400+) and gave me my oil change free of charge! Many services at good prices. Highly recommend.

I recommend Brians for their straightforward evaluation, honesty, professional service, great pricing, and general helpfulness.Heres why I saw them and how it went:I visited a different service center earlier that day, and what should have been a routine oil change & brakes inspection turned into a $2200 quote for additional services.I went to Brians for a second opinion, and they (Brian, Keith and their team) walked me through their inspection process and explained what actually needed to be repaired. They showed me why the first inspection results were incorrect. They had very competitive pricing and great service, saving me about $1800. They helped me the same day, and completed all the repairs in a timely manner. They had a nice, clean waiting room and provided waters and Christmas treats during the repairs.This might not be the place for you if youre expecting dealership fanciness and loaner cars or shuttle drivers, but is the best place to get the benefits of a professional Owner-Operator environment, competitive prices, excellent quality service, and very experienced staff.

Great place to get work done on your car. Prices are reasonable, and techs are always friendly. Answers all questions with a smile. Waiting area is clean and comfortable, and courtesy water is offered. Lots of customers, so make an appointment. Sometimes walk-ins may have to come another time to avoid a long wait to have their vehicle seen. Once you make an appointment, try to arrive at least 5 mins early. Its a great lil place.

Brian went out of his way to make sure the job was done correctly! I brought my Tesla MS for an alignment. He made sure it was perfect and even invited back bc of his integrity. I highly recommend this local owned business! And he wouldn’t take more money for the time spent on my Tesla.

Been going here for years for tires, alignments and other mechanic needs. I do most of my own work on our vehicles but there are some things I just dont have the time, tools or patience for and this is the only place I take my vehicles. I have a 2017 Colorado ZR2, a 2009 Hummer H3 and a 1996 Pontiac Firebird WS6. Brian and his team have always been polite, fair and easy to talk to. I have been meaning to give them a review for some time but after my last time in for an alignment I am now. I wouldnt hesitate to take you vehicle there for tires or any other automotive needs. I got a Groupon for 3 oil changes with free tire rotation from this place for a really good price! I went there for the first time and they kind of tried to get me to fork over money for Supreme oil, which would be $30 more than what I paid for my Groupon so I said, Im pretty sure my 2015 car does not need a supreme oil change. And she double-checked right then and there and said I was right... but I kind of wonder if I wouldnt have said anything...? Besides that little bit, they were nice and I would recommend them.. I mean, Im going to go there at least two more times they were that good! Just kidding, I have two more oil changes... I might update this post at that time

Only go here for 90 day same as cash financing option. They will belittle you for not using full line of credit and try to rack up service charges. 3 1/2 hours for a brake job

Was disappointed after spending 600 $ on tires only to be told Id have to wait an hour for a tire to be mounted . The shop didnt seem extremely busy and employees where walking around .It shocks me that the shop values customers so little that what should be a 5 minute process is instead pushed to the back burner .

We have been doing business with Brian for 6 years for all 3 of our vehicles. Oil Changes and tires and alignment. Very honest and professional.

By far the best shop hands down in the valley. The staff and personnel at the shop are great people and very friendly. Brian himself, takes the time to explain all areas of your questions. I highly recommend them.

Attention: Avoid this place if you can. My fellow travel RNs stay away if you want to be able to get away. Ive uploaded my receipt and an example of fair market cost. Now my brother was taking care of this for me. 12 hr+ shifts dont allow for normal business shenanigans.My Experience: Truck alternator goes out. Bummer. Recommended this shop by a very trusting but, uninformed person. Had my truck towed over. FREE TOWING! the website exclaims. However, its actually $77. After a little back and forth Brians so kindly offers a discount that you see on the invoice. So it was free after paying the upfront costs. My brother is given a quote, its a little on the high side for my Detroit motorbrain. Im assured by the person who recommended them. Assuming well maybe they found a lot in the inspection... So as you see they charge $50 to inspect the Truck. Eureka! (now plugging it into the computer) they have diagnosed the problem... The one I called for a new alternator... Now a shop has to make money. Mark up is business. But if you look at the mark up from the cost of a NEW ACDELCO vs whatever re-manufactured garbage they used... Im in fact a little stunned by their brazenness.I also asked for my car to be whipped up into good shape. So imagine my surprise when I get my beautiful truck back. Uh still needing an oil change tires low on air, all 4 ( originally they were going to replace my fronts but they didnt have the ones to match my back I got a month or so ago @ discount tire). None of my fluids topped off. Not even water added to the windshield fluids. Now you may be thinking well thats not really part of an alternator change. But remember I asked for an inspection and tune up etc. The tune up being the second half of my bill. You know replacing 6 spark plugs costing $276.00 So this review has gone a bit long. But, I want people to not be taken advantage of. I wanted you the reader to understand my bill and frustration. Here I will bullet my direct grievances Brian.- Ridiculous mark up on your parts.- No inspection report for my truck.- The inspection clearly not being anything of substance.- The quality of the work I wont get into here but not impressed. However with the lights flickering on the dash now Ive got a good reminder.-Whatever Brians considers a tune-up.-The cost to replace 6 spark plugs.-That they ignored the oil change. Even though my truck was somewhere under 10% The screen in the truck just lets you know.-Quality customer service things like topping off the water in my completely empty washer fluid reservoir. Still not sure how they didnt know if it has a leak or something... It doesnt it was just empty but they dont know that. Filling up my tire pressure one was literally less than half full.-Anyway this list could be endless. The receipts there. If you believe that the work here meets its high cost. Well by all means burn your money. But, I will be going somewhere else in the future. Soon too cause that oil change.Post Note: To the response, well you werent interested in talking when the truck was picked up. You werent interested in talking earlier Mon 3/15. I was hopeful a conversation would solve this. However, that was not the case. So, I left my experience. Feel free to reach out at your earliest convenience. You have my information. I went in to get an oil change and I was immediately welcomed in and told to make myself at home while i waited. They got my vehicle in quickly and the wait was a little long but worth it because they also did an inspection on my vehicle which i wasnt aware of. I had a great first time experience with my service.

I went in to Brian’s for two new tires. They placed the new tires I paid for on someone else car and sent me on my way. I paid over 200 dollars for new tires that were never replaced. I went back to discuss with owner and he tried to argue with me that I never purchased tires there. Finally he found out it was a new employee and I was correct. I was not compensated for any of this. Be careful when going to Brian’s. You will not receive the work that you pay for.

We came to Brian’s after Discount Tire charged an outrageous amount for two tires and Brian’s shop was able to beat their price by nearly half. Very professional staff. Evan is an amazing advocate for the shop. They communicate well and are as transparent as possible with prices. The shop itself is clean, professional and comfortable to wait in. We live in central Phoenix but because of what an amazing experience we’ve had so far we will be coming for all of our automotive work in the future

My expedition was blowing hot air and overheating..So after spending 1900$ between another mechanic and a friend for multiple things to fix it with no progress we went here. We called Bryans for a quote for a radiator and condenser (cause that was on a list of things another mechanic told us) and was quoted 200$ less then another location for just the condenser... so we drop it off.Well they found the problem and fixed it. We didnt need a radiator or condenser and the price was less than half of what we expected!!!I am so happy with this place. Its nice to find honest ppl. They could of made extra money replacing parts like the other mechanic did to us. But they didnt.Finally an honest and fair place to take our vehicles.They also have this coupon you can buy for 79.99 that gives 5 free oil changes among a bunch of other stuff.Shout out to them cause they rock!Thank you!!!!

I got a flat tire over 1,000 miles from home and was able to limp into Brian’s tire and I am so lucky because this place is amazing!! They were friendly, welcoming, compassionate, and went above and beyond!!! I have been going to Brians auto for years, and will trust noone else with my family safety. They have always been honest fair and truly care about their customers safety first over a huge profit in my opinion. On several occasions they have given me options to make sure I would.safe on the road and fix any issue within my budget. I have never felt like I was at a used car lit, but feel like I am home in the garage with my dad.

I was looking for a new set of tires and I stopped at Discount, they wanted an outrageous amount of money for new tires with a 2 hour wait time and I had to wear a mask while sitting outside by myself, no thanks!I decided to stop at Brians and I am glad I did. He greated me right away, was friendly, got me a great price and I was in and out in less than 40 minutes! I live in Casa Grande but I will make the drive to go back!

The turn around time was quick to get me back on the road with no up-sales! It appears they are looking for long term relationships with their customers and they have done so with myself.

Outstanding service! Theyre honest. Told them my situation, and I got tires I could afford, and also an oil change while I waited. They do it all ! (even tires for boat trailers, while there a boat owner drove in and same thing, he told Brian their circumstances and they got their trailer tire done).Also, I was treated like a CUSTOMER (not like a problem the way some big stores or even walmart nowadays are treating shoppers).

I went to today at around 3:40pm and encountered a 50ish old, white, heavy set, bald male with glasses on (I am describing him because I did not get his name), with a bad attitude problem. When I asked him about service he immediately stated, we close in an hour (they close at 5pm) and they cant do much. Granted, I can understand that however, what I cannot understand was why he was making it seem like he just did not want to have his guys do any work. He had a frown on, never smiled and did not even great me, I actually greated him with a Hello (no response). So I asked him flr a quote, he did the math the stated it for me, I then asked him if he had something I could write it on, he sighs in disgust, turns around, writes it and hands it to me. What kind of customer service is this? Furthermore, the most important question I have is, why wasnt he wearing a mask? He didnt even seem to have one near by or around his neck. I was wearing my mask and maybe that angered him. I actually heard great things about Brians Tire and Automotive Repair but I did not expect this.

My husband and I have had good experiences here. Brians customer service is excellent and he was very straightforward with us. His front staff should learn from him. One was a bit rude. I dont expect a bubbly personality, but at least act like you like your job. I thought maybe because it was early when we initially came in, but we went back in the afternoon another day and same attitude. Other than that great auto service. Quick and efficient.

Fantastic service and very reasonable prices. They asked if I had a warranty on existing parts before just charging me to have them replaced. I wasnt even sure if I did till they asked me and when I looked into it I found out that there was a $130 part still under warranty. They were very friendly and helpful. Its rare that I leave a repair shop in a good mood, but they made everything so easy and passed their good mood onto me. I highly recommend this place, I live all the way in Goodyear and will definitely drive out to take my car back to them.

This place is fantastic. I was referred here by Tim of Affordable Auto. I had my tires replaced. Everyone was helpful, kind, and hard working. The day I came in they measured my tires and ordered them. The next morning they had my car ready in a matter of hours. Excellent service!

I took my car in a week and a half ago on Saturday. I was told I needed a evaporator sensor/core, told them I would bring it back Wednesday so they could order the part and I could leave it for the day. I dropped it off around 7am and around 11 to noon Zack called me and told me the part had been sold and it would be another week before they got it in. I asked my mom to pick up my car keys so that I could pick up my car after work. When she went in, Keith told her that it would only take 2 to 3 days to order the part. Opened up my warranty and took the keys out, but did not return the warranty. I called on Monday (due to crazy work schedule) to ask about my warranty and when the part would be in. Keith had a lot of excuses and said that he didnt know they had my warranty (the paperwork was with my keys when he grabbed them to give to my mom). He told me Zach was not in and he had no idea when the part would be in. I went and picked up my warranty and told them to forget it because they are inconsistent and obviously do not communicate with each other. Took my car to the dealer and its actually the expansion valve stuck in open and the timing belt or tension. The Honda dealership told me the evaporator is so rare and thats why they had to order the part out of state. Had I stayed with them I would be out my deductible and my car probably wouldnt last much longer. I used to like their customer service, but after speaking with the owner today about the inconsistencies and him being defensive and basically acting like they did nothing wrong. I need a mechanic I can trust and this place is not it. You will be good for some oil changes but thats it.Brian: I guess you didnt read my WHOLE review where you ordered the wrong part. The dealership said its the expansion valve stuck in open as well as the timing belt. Which I told them there was a noise, when I accelerated, which was my initial concern

If you want fair pricing, good service and be treated like a good neighbor, give these guys a chance. First off, I dont see how the comment from Chris Redfield could have an ounce of truth to it. I have been to Brians twice in the last 10 days. The first time for my truck. I dealt with Keith. They installed 4 new tires, new break pads, and new rotors for less than what Discount Tires was charging for just the tires. Excellent customer service and very honest. Just yesterday, I had to bring my wifes Lexus in. She had gotten a diagnosis from the dealership that they charged $145 to do. First off, the diagnosis was wrong, and secondly, they said she needed 3 new tires. Since I had such a great experience with Brians for my truck just a few days prior, I took her car in to get a second opinion. This time I dealt with Brian. Not only did they find and fix the correct problem for a very reasonable price, Brian also told us that only 1 of her tires needed to be replaced, even though we were planning on having 3 replaced. Most companies wont do this. It could have easily been extra money for Brian and we wouldnt have blinked an eye since Lexus already told her she needed 3. Brian preferred to be honest with us than make more off of us. Much respect and greatly appreciated Brian and Keith!!! You will see us again as well as any friends and family members that we can send your way.Companies like this should be rewarded with as much business they can handle.

CANT TRUST. Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Marked my tires to see if they actually did it. Nope. How then do I know they put the full synthetic oil in I paid an extra $35 for? I have 2 free oil changes left and Im never going back. Enough said.

After visiting this shop yesterday fir regular maintenance, oil change and tire rotation, my van broke down on the drive home with the alternator going out and the transmission fluid suddenly leaking so badly it was empty, although my vehicle was fine and had no transmission fluid leak prior to my visit.The alternator may have just been poor timing, but the transmission leak seems like an unrealistic coincidence to my visit to the shop. I wont be back, and will make sure my friends and family know to stay away.

I called ahead and got a price to have my tires mounted. Then I showed up and the price was $65 more. The manager asked me if I had disclosed the type of car when I got the quote on the phone, and when I told him that I had indeed disclosed that, he said Well we made a mistake...but its not worth my time Thats bad business. The mistake itself is no big deal - we all make them. But you have to take responsibility for your mistakes - especially when its for only a small amount.

This place is the BEST! The guys that work there are wonderful! I first went there because of a Groupon for an oil change and now because of such a great first experience I am bringing in my familys vehicles also. The prices are great and they dont try to sell you on anything you dont need. I recommend this place for ALL your automotive needs!

Just had a great experience with these guys. Theyre going to be my go-to. I called around everywhere for prices on tires and was referred here by another retailer-thats how good they are. Not only did they beat everyones prices, but they were incredibly fast and nice. As a girl, going to a tire shop can be irritating because a lot of people will treat you like you dont know what youre talking about and are dumb-thats the exact experience I had at Discount Tire just yesterday. He was talking down to me and emphasizing how bald my tires were (duh thats why Im here bro) and how I must not have rotated them enough-and I had. And then he tried to sell me on 4 tires when I only needed 2. Anyway, at Brians they didnt talk down to me or try to sell me on anything more than what I was there for. Quoted price over the phone was exactly what I paid, too-no extra for tax. Finally, a place I feel like I can trust after just one experience. Thanks Brians!

Brian,Please be aware of something... I have been to your shop on several occasions and have always gotten excellent service... on WEEKDAYS. I stopped in on a Saturday... there were no cars in the parking lot and I could see no cars being worked on.. I wanted an oil change and tire rotation and Lurch at the counter nodded his head no before I even told him what I walked in for. He simply said schedule it during the week. We cant do it now. This is not the response Ive ever gotten from this establishment. Please take note and check in on what is going on on Saturdays at your business. Thanks.

Brian not only services all of our fleet vehicles for our company, but all of our employees take their personal cars to him for service. Many times we have gotten estimates from the dealer or other repair places, and time after time Brian is either already lower then they are, or takes care of it for the same price. Another quality we like, is the honesty we get and knowing that we arent going to get taken for a ride, usually quite opposite where we got estimates from others and turns out that some of what they were recommending didnt need to be done at all. Highly recommend using Brian, he is a good guy and will take good care of you.

This will now be my go to for tires and more! Brian and Keith were so kind, helpful and just all around great! It was a great experience from the moment I walked in. They didnt try to rip me off or overcharge me, I decided to buy used tires even though the new tire price was still great, the used was in my budget, unexpected flats hit us all at the best of times, right! The two used tires they put on might as well have been new. 😊 I walked out the door $67 later with two new (used) tires, aired up back tires and a smile on my face. Ive never enjoyed waiting for my tires to get changed until I came here. I highly recommend Brians Tire and Automotive Pros. Seriously, go there.

I have a 2017 SS CAMARO which I put on lowering springs . I called them, drove there n was done in no time with a 4 wheel alignment.They did a great job, Brian was very cool n his prices are very fair. Great place, I highly recommend them.

I had read a few good reviews. so I went there for an alignment. And when I left my truck drove exactly the same, pulls right. When I went back to tell them, Eric said he wouldnt help me cause he didnt like the way I was talking. And he said F_ _k off, have a nice day. They basically stole my money and did not fix my truck. Be warned. This should have no stars.

2nd time there. They did a great job on my tires and alignment. The prices were reasonable so I also bought a battery there, and even tho they didnt have it in stock, Luke ordered it and it arrived in 20 minutes.

I needed two new front tires and an alignment on a Friday. Called around and got quotes everywhere around $500. I called Brians on my break at lunch and spoke to Keith he asked my tire size and quoted me far less hundreds of dollars less to be exact. I agreed and asked if I could bring it in after work he said sure just come in and ask for him. I asked if I needed an appointment and he said no just come in and he will get me taken care of. I found this odd as most people said they would not be able to get me in that day (Friday). I headed there after work expecting the worst. To my surprise walked in and up to the counter found Keith. I started to speak about our conversation and he remembered me and immediately got my key and took my car back to the shop. It took about an hour which for an alignment and two tires I am not complaining about. Told my family and friends and will use again. Thanks!

I bought a pair of tires and within a week one of them tore right through the middle. I called only to get the run around. The tire is under warranty and they refused to exchange it or even to offer a better deal on a replacement. The worst part was that the customer service agent got animated then hung up on me! I was utterly shocked and the next time i ll be sure NOT to buy anything from there. I rather pay 50 bucks more and get it from a better seller.
