I have a classic car and have been looking around for the right shop and mechanic to work or it. First experience with Green LIght was great, Ken was diligent, personally call me to discuss the issues and completed the work in a timely manner. So a little old school ethics and business practice for my old school car!

Honesty and a clean shop. I have a newer Mini that requires proprietary diagnostic software, which they have! Ken had my car for a few hours and unfortunately couldnt reproduce the problem I was experiencing. So he cleared the error codes, filled up my tires (which where low when I brought it in) and I was back on the road at no charge. Looking forward to paying them the next time I bring my car in.

Totally professional through out the entire process!! From the first time I walked in to get my alternator checked. Well one of the diodes was gone according to Chad the tech who ran the diagnostic on my ford escape. It was finished way before i expected and the receptionist even gave my wife a ride home!! Diagnostic work on hybrid anti-lock brake system. The shop was very clean and organized. The staff were all very professional. This was 1st time appointment with Green Light garage, but not my last.

I am a die hard, Always go to the dealership type of person. I would rather pay extra to know my car is in good hands. My friend recommended that I check out Green Light Garage, and that he knows the owner personally and it would be a good experience. I was hesitant, but I listened. I can honestly say I will never go to the dealership again. Taylor (the front desk girl) and Ken (the owner) are the two people I talked with. They sent me pictures of my car as they were doing the inspection as proof of what they checked, what my car looked like, compared to fluids of what it should look like, they were very up front about how long things would take. They squeezed me in so I could have my car working for the weekend even though they were insanely busy. While I was there two other customers walked into the door and they knew both people by first name. The dealership quoted me $2,500 dollars for all the work, and I was charged $750 by Green Light Garage and they performed extra services!!!! It was such a warm environment and I could not encourage more people to go there!!! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!!! They take pride in their work, they get things done fast, and its just a very pleasant experience. They even offer FREE towing up to 25 miles! Which I wish I knew about a year ago.

My aunt has been doing to them for years. They did an oil change and transmission flush on my car and they did it in a timely manner. They also did an inspection of my car and took pictures of things that where wrong or good on my vehicle!

I have been to this shop with 4 different vehicles and have never walked away with anything but the best service. The staff is nice and approachable and the level of communication the shop provides is the best. The biggest suggestion I make is be sure to allow them time to fit you in and that you make an appointment as they due fill up. Their honest good work is widely known and you should be lucky to find a spot here with them.

The folks that run this place are awesome. They did a great job at doing repairs on my brothers vehicle and they were very fair in their pricing and very quick in performing the tasks that needed to be done. Holly is very kind and helpful. The garage and waiting room and rest rooms are very clean and cheerful.

While traveling in the Phoenix area in early September I needed an oil change and tire rotation for my pick-up truck. A friend in Mesa suggested Green Light and they were able to fit me in the next day. Great service and very reasonable fees.

Ken is very helpful and knowledgeable. I was told that my car blew a head gasket and it would cost $2500 to repair! Ken found the real issues and repaired it for under $1000. Very satisfied with service I receive and wont take my car anywhere else!
