I popped a tire right outside this Napa auto parts retailer and the employee named Gino came outside and immediately assisted me. He was so kind and professional and was more than willing to lend a helping hand when I needed it! I cannot speak more highly of Gino and how appreciative I am for his helping hand.

Annapolis great if you want parts for your car its OEM. If youre looking for something a little bit more exotic or cheaper you might want to look elsewhere. Napa quality comes with a price. But this store is okay. But there was only one guy working on a Saturday.

It was 6:20pm when I arrived to this store and the guy inside ignored me and the doors were locked, tried to call the store and never picked up the phone, the hours are 7-7, what a terrible customer service never coming back to this store. 0 stars!!!!!

You can get some really good deals in this place but certain ones dont have the same offers. Make sure when their ads come out you go to the correct locations.

We had a great experience here apart from the other Napa on Broadway bad customer service but here I think the guys name is Joe gave us a great experience he checked our alternator and battery and lending us his tools to take our battery off and to put it on ourselves and we ended up buying a new battery and my car has been working great thank you very much Napa for your great customer service I recommend this place great price on the battery

Fantastic place. Went there at closing time. They stayed open to get me a little spring for my steering column. They found one fir me. 3 other stores couldnt evan begin to look it up. Napa is the best.

This NAPA store on Broadway is the best stocked store around Mesa. Parts men now their stock as soon as I read him a Dorman number he knew he had it.

Not friendly

As a single woman I am always worried that I will be taken advantage of when I have questions or concerns about my car. A few weeks ago I started having issues with the car starting before I took it to a mechanic I stopped by Napa to see if they had an idea of what could be wrong. I am so glad I did! A very helpful and kind employee came out to my car listened as I started the ignition and knew right away that it was the battery. He tested the battery and he was right! The battery needed to be replaced. I purchased the battery from him and he must have been able to tell I had no idea what to do with it because he offered to install it for me. I am so thankful that I stopped into Napa that day and grateful for Heaths assistance.

They have parts for sure, but their employees aren’t always there. They posted a sign saying they were out making a delivery at 11:15 and they would be back in 15 minutes. It was 10:45 am.
