We have been with big 3 auto in Chandler for years but they could not provide us with the doable option to buy as Sullivan Motors did. We have found our new dealership to go to in the future as the experience was as smooth as can be. Gorgis specifically is a fantastic person not just salesperson! He is friendly and did not make the customer/salesperson relationship awkward as most dealers do. He promised a car wash as well since we bought the car close to closing time, we brought the car back in and he set up everything for us to have the car completely cleaned AFTER our purchase. I bought a truck here and George Nano helped me find exactly I was looking for! He answered ALL of my questions on each truck I was interested in. And when he showed me the truck that I’m now currently driving, I told him that I wanted it but the back seats were missing (it was an extended cab, work truck) and that the front tires needed replacement. I went to Sullivan motors company looking for a newer car because mine had broke. I cant begin to say how much Nano and Malcolm listened to my needs and got me into a vehicle I love. They did everything they could to get me something nice even with my poor credit. They didnt give up on me.

The verdict is still out for me. Maybe if theres a fourth time its a charm.But they did take responsibility so for that I give them 20 stars. Theres no honestyin vehicles it seems these days but we did see it here. I wont give up just yet.

I had a great experience with the sales team with them showing me what I wanted and not trying to up sell me on something I didn’t want.Here is where it went downhill, I bought the car on Tuesday and was expecting an update as to what the service team needed to accomplish by Thursday or latest Friday. My agent tried to get info but wasn’t having any luck so I went to the dealership in person on Friday and met May from service. She was very rude to both me and the sales agent and told me what she thought of my attitude when I told her I didn’t think it was ok that she had the car for 4 days already and hadn’t even looked at it. I have never been treated like that by an employee of any place let alone a car dealership where the customer is spending 10s of thousands of dollars. If it wasn’t for my sales agent and the sales team being so awesome I would have backed out of the sale that same day. I can understand not having man power but to be rude to a customer instead of trying to explain why, isn’t acceptable and I hope Sulivans management recognizes this.

When I showed up, he had the vehicle parked in the front and running with it already cooled off for us. There was absolutely no pressure, only questions answered. Never buy a car from her, they hustle you. I bought a camaro that was not emissions tested. They legally cannot sell a vehicle that cannot pass emissions. I spent 6 months back and forth getting the car emissions before it passed. This place is a joke filled will narcissists liars.

Shane The Cowboy was helpful in every regard......for a little bit. He was very persistent and accommodating given I was interested in buying from him. I bought a vehicle right out but had issues with the car after driving it twice. Took it in and was out of a vehicle for a week. Not only that, I tried keeping in contact with Shane just to receive vague information up until he plain ignored my messages. I called the company to talk to someone else and things went a little smoother. Finally got my car done just to see that they must have had the windows rolled down the entire time they had my vehicle because it is filled with dirt/dust/trash from the service workers. I dropped the vehicle off in pristine condition just for it to be returned disgustingly. My overall experience with this company was not worth the stress/frustration/headache. Wish I would have searched around more before going with them.
