Went in with my brother to get parts for my car. We were able to find everything we needed in one place at a great price!!... Especially for American made parts(Support USA-All the way). The lady that helped us was great and had a great sense of humor, and definitely knew her stuff!!

This place is gonna have everything, and at a good price. But use their curbside service… the employees are…. Gonna take longer than if you just use the website. Prices are worth it though.

The poorest customer service 2 employees with no regards to customer needs. Couldnt / Wouldnt test my alternator. The 1st employee passed it to the next employee. That employee just made up an excuse not to do it. I took it down the road and they checked it right away with no hesitation. They even advised to get a 2nd test at another parts store.

Great service. I had to do a brake pad replacement and picked up some rotors just in case I had to replace the rotors on my Impala. The guy in the morning helped my find the tool I needed to rotate my pistons back. We talked for a few and was easy going.I ended up not needing to do the rotor replacement and the older guy in the evening was very friendly and it wasnt a hassle to return the rotors I bought earlier. Overall great service with no issues.

Sometimes you might feel frustrated like the location is slow or taking lots of calls while you wait. Truth be told Advanced Auto has the best parts, the biggest selection, and the highest quality parts so they do get busy. I’ve gone to other places for parts like Oreilly or Autozone and have gotten bad parts or when i got there was told parts weren’t in stock. Your best off going to Advanced Auto even if it’s busy because you’ll save time in the long run.

So I went in to find a wire harness for my stereo and they didnt have it. Then I asked them about setting up the key fob for my keyless entry and they didnt have it. Then I asked him about additives to stop the leak in my radiator and clean my fuel injectors they had that! So as long as youre going in for stuff that standard AutoFair you shouldnt have a problem. The staff is very knowledgeable and very kind so if this is a place that you dont know much about autos theyll help you to understand what it is you need in order to keep your car running.

Ralph was very helpful and even let me try the gas cap I bought on my car before making the purchase. Was very please with his service today.

Staff 2as a little offsetting, seemed like they wanted to converse with each other rather than be helpful. Made me feel like I was bothering them for coming in. I will go to Auto Zone or OReillys. Wont go here again!

I came to return a product and cashier started to whining about you opened it and cant be returned. He literally kept whining for 10 minutes. There was a customer before me who also left the store in dissatisfaction. It only takes one bad employee to push a customer away. I have been shopping at advance auto parts since years and never have experienced this mediocre customer service. Worst, he was becoming aggressive while his manager just pretending that everything is cool.

The obese man working the counter mask shamed my fellow shopping companions and myself. I’ll never purchase another part or spend a single dime at this company again. I’ll be telling everyone I know to never shop this company again. The worker berated me about some obscure and barbarian store policy that masks are required. I DONNOT participate in fake news and woke science that limits freedoms and discriminates. They’ve lost a large group of customers for life.

Ive only been to Advance Auto Parts a few times in my life, and Im 68. Like many DIY types I normally go to Auto Zone or maybe even Oreillys. Not because theyre in some way better than Advance Auto, because yheyre certainly not but because they have more locations and are therefore normally more convenient. However, I must say this about Advance Auto Parts. The customer service Ive received in their stores is heads and shoulders above their competitors I mentioned above. Another great thing about Advance is that they carry some products the other stores simply dont have. Bottom line, I actually enjoy shopping at Advance Auto Parts, whereas not so much at their competitors stores.

I will never shop for my automotive needs anywhere else! The prices are right, and the staff is wonderful! They always go above and beyond for total customer satisfaction. Thanks Becky and thank you to all the great staff at Advance!

Jose was amazing! My battery was on its last leg, I had to get a jump to get there and needed to get to work. Once there the service was amazing. Jose took great care of me and got me a little money back for bringing him my dead battery. He even installed it pretty fast and got me out of there in no time. Thanks guys!

Not only are they patient and try to help and old deaf guy like me find a couple of parts, but THEY go online and find it there for you at the cheapest price AND order it right there! Bruce Brilliant (Real name) is Brilliant, and Dave will even recommend an honest area mechanic to put the parts on without paying an arm and a leg as I asked. Try these guys first, and youll always go back.

David has gone above and beyond the call of duty for me many times! David and his team did not bat an eye to the uniqueness of the vehicle we were repairing. Took them 15 minutes to find an air filter for my vehicle..why they have them stored in back instead if out front is strange..they have only Puralator Filiters in the store, Car Quest filters are in the back which BTW ARE Purolator filters under the Car Quest name..
