I just picked up my car today (8/5/2020) from Rapid Collision and it looks fantastic! The staff were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. I dont post too many raving reviews, but they earned this. Any time I called, someone answered right away. I was never on hold. Anyone who answered knew me or how to help me quickly. They ordered the parts in advance to minimize the amount of time I had to rent a car. The car was ready when promised and they detailed it. They even called the rental car company for me to schedule them to come pick up the car so I didnt have to return it to them and get a ride back to Rapid. I cant say enough about my great experience. It was unforgettable. I will certainly use them again if needed. Thanks to Nate & Jeff and all the staff that worked on my car!

My sons 2017 Subi was sent to Rapid Collision for a paint job, due to vandals shooting it with a pellet or BB gun. The car ran beautiful and only had a couple marks.Parts of the paint job look like orange peel. There is actual human hair painted into parts of it. There are dried paint drips on parts of the car. In addition, I believe they pulled the car forward into something, as there is a mark on the front of the car that wasnt there prior, and is bent to the point that it no longer meets the hood properly.When he got it back, the stereo was turned up blasting, the paint job was sub-par, and the engine was knocking. It has been towed home and we are now waiting to have the engine rebuilt.Not only was their paint job an inept, shoddy, piss-poor, unprofessional job...they have damaged the car causing thousands of dollars of work needing to be done.DONT TAKE ANY VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE!!!!

I took my suv in to have scratches fixed which resulted in paint. Nate was very quick to communicate with me to set expectations or update me on insurance status. We were in need of some body work after a sideswipe incident and chose Rapid Collision Center after getting three estimates. The estimates were very detailed and within $100 of each other. We chose this shop because the estimate was detailed, Jeff was easy to talk to and it was closer to our house .We were promised that our car would be ready in eight days and we had it back in five. They were friendly, professional and the process with our insurance company was seamless. Our car looked like new when we picked it up. Now for the 5 star rating: the INSIDE of the car looked and smelled like new and thats definitely NOT how I took it in!Also, it was convenient having the car rental in the same room where we dropped off and picked up our car.They have our repeat business.

Very customer oriented staff. They were relentless in the search for a tail light on a 1998 out of production car. They went out of their way keeping us up to date on the progress of the repair, and made sure we were satisfied with the results. In the end there is no sign that a tree had ever jumped into my path. Could not have asked for more. Would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Nate at Rapid Collision goes above & beyond to fix an issue. I had extensive body work completed on my vehicle in March 2018 - the communication was excellent, it was completed within the time promised, & all questions were answered up front. In May 2018 I noticed a part of my bumper, which had been previously repaired, was coming apart. Nate quickly ordered the part & had it fixed within 15 minutes, all at no charge. I highly recommend Rapid Collision for any work you may need in your vehicle.

Fantastic service. Nate and the guys in back figured out a quick and easy fix for the damage on my car. They happily went above and beyond what was called for. When it comes to auto body work I wouldnt take my car anywhere else.

My car was struck by a wandering garbage can during a recent monsoon. I brought my car to Rapid Collision to get an estimate, which I subsequently submitted to my insurance company. Even though the insurance company tried to deduct $59 from Rapids estimate, Jeff assured me that my car would be fixed right. Jeff was able to work out the differences with the insurance company and was able to return my car to me, even better than I had left it. My plans were to take it to a local car wash and have them detail the interior; however, my car was already washed and polished inside and out. It looked and smelled brand new.Everything went exactly the way a great repair experience should go: timely access, good updates, excellent repair, delivered on time in great condition. I wholeheartedly recommend Rapid Collision Center and will hopefully never need their services again (but if I do, theyre on the top of my list for ethical and excellent repair.)

This was the 2nd time I have had work done at Rapid Collision. Both times my car came out looking better than new. The car was ready a day earlier than expected (Rapid they are) and saved me a days rental.Nate is professional, courteous and explained everything in detail. Price was very fair. We were referred to Rapid Collision by a neighbor. We had a 2011 Malibu with $2500 damage. Insurance initially wanted to only pay $1300. Rapid negotiated the difference with the insurance and returned the car on time looking better than before. I would highly recommend this company.

Nothing less than professional! My experience was outstanding and my vehicle was back on the road much faster than expected. Initially took my vehicle to the recommended service provider and was disappointed when they disassembled the vehicle in places that was not necessary only to wright it up over the insurance threshold for unrelated damages resulting in my vehicle being totaled! I had never been in an accident before and went to a couple of shops my insurance company told me about. I was not impressed with any of them so I asked my friends for their recommendations. One told me to go to Rapid Collision. I am so glad I did, they explained the process, put me in a rental car on site, kept me informed about the repairs being completed and finished my car ahead of schedule. All I had to do was drop off the car and put my trust in them. Also hats off to Blake at Mission Auto Glass for installing my windshield while my car was in for repairs. Talk about a one stop shop!

I was absolutely blown away by the service I received at Rapid Collision. A couple days before my appointment, my car got hit by a dust storm. I hadnt gotten around to cleaning it when I brought it in. Also my two little girls made quite a mess in the backseat the day before that I hadnt gotten around to cleaning up either. When I came to pick up my car, I did a walk around and couldnt tell where it had been damaged. Thats when I noticed something strange. My car wasnt covered in dirt. In fact, it was clean, and the tires were shining! They gave it a wash for me! I was impressed. Then I got into the car, and I almost swore I got into the wrong car. The interior had been cleaned and it looked brand new inside too! All I had was a little damage to my rear bumper, but they took the time to clean and detail my car! My lease is up in February, and I was thinking about trading it in, but they made me fall in love with my car all over again. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Most incompetent body shop. Returned our car to us with fast food trash all over the inside and the entire inside of the car was covered in white dust. There is thumping coming from the front drivers side while driving down the road. Front drivers side also is squealing when we push the brakes. I would never recommend this place. Spent several thousand dollars for them to not fix the vehicle properly. Don’t go here. These guys are awful. If I were to repair someone’s A/C unit the way they repaired our car, I would be embarrassed with myself. I will be paying someone else to now finish repairing the vehicle. They also said that they didn’t hear any noises while test driving it after they worked on it. This means they didn’t drive it, because we turned around and brought the vehicle back to them after driving it for less than 1 minute. Dishonest people. Wish we wouldn’t have done business With them.

We had to get a rental after the car was totaled in an accident. The hertz rental lady was very pleasant and upbeat which was a nice change in all the stress weve been going through.

Friend had work done then drove to Bullhead City kept hearing a crazy noise and come to find out they didnt tighten the lug nuts all the way.UPDATE: 8-14-2018 left post 6 months ago and you just replied. The person who owned the vehicle has since passed away and that vehicle is no longer in the family. It was a Kia Sportage Last Name Fest. And Jeff you guys actually did do the work because I was there each time for drop off and pick up.
