I came in for an estimate through a recommendation from my insurance. I had called with questions about estimates and timelines and they welcomed me to come in to talk to them. I spoke to the front desk guy and an estimator and they gave me a realistic timeline as well as overall costs (I was kinda hoping to not have to file through insurance). They helped me rental and everything was great. Very friendly, very honest and very helpful. I would come here again on my own.

They kept rescheduling my appointment. First reschedule, they called the day prior to push me back 2 week. I was rear ended, the tailgate in my truck wont come down. I explained to the lady on the phone that shes putting me in a tough position, I need my truck fixed. She was pretty rude and could care less. 2nd time, they called the day of to push me back another 2 weeks. There customer service and ability to properly schedule is awful.

Ive utilized their services twice now and both times they were AWESOME! Its normally so inconvenient to have your car get fixed, but they are timely, professional, and their work was great quality. Im grateful for their care and recommend them to everyone!

I was referred to Allard Collision by my insurance company. I was in an accident that damaged my rear bumper and jammed my back door and was not able to open it at all. Customer service was great and the repair was beyond our expectations. A little expensive but you pay for what you get. And this place is definitely worth every penny they charge.

Everything was great here I would recommend. The only thing that was a problem is they forgot to connect the license plate lights on after they replaced my rear bumper. No problem easy enough to do lol. If I didnt have any experience I would be kinda sol either go back to the shop 15 miles away or pay someone else to fix it lol. But I liked that they detailed my car and returned it better than I left it lol.

Their team went above and beyond to fix the damage to my car door after a car hit me in a parking lot. They were done and able to get my car back to me in 24 hours and the door looked amazing! They even detailed my hood and got some scratches off! I highly recommend giving them your business!

Allard Collision (Mesa location) did a fantastic job repairing & restoring my Lexus ES350, which another vehicle had backed into — it looks as good as new — Allard used OEM parts while working within the insurance estimate to ensure a proper fit and finish for the repairs — the repairs took about 8 days as had been estimated — the car was detailed inside & out upon return — it was a super experience dealing with Alex Gutierrez, the manager — he may be relatively young, but don’t let that fool you — he is exceptionally knowledgeable, detailed, professional, and courteous — he created a sense of trust with his straightforward and unrushed explanations, delving into repair details that I hadn’t even considered — he was very much on top of all aspects of the repairs — the whole experience with Allard was easy and pleasant (thanks also to Adrian who mans the front desk) — it’s a great feeling knowing that your car has been restored properly and to high standards — based on my experience, it’s a no-brainer that I will be turning to Allard Collision (and Alex G) if ever need auto body services again — I highly recommend this shop!

I took my vehicle in to get some my vehicle rebadged and had them paint my spolier. Turned out exactly how I expected and they were able to get it done same day. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Adrian up front was able to make it an easy process and was quick at answering all my questions.

Allard was on a list of Allstate-backed shops, and I went with them over a larger national chain closer to my place to repair some damage on the side of my car. Adrian at the front desk was very friendly, and Alex was very honest about the work that needed to be done without making me feel pressured or overwhelmed. Their estimate and final bill also came in lower than the other shop, and they handled everything related to insurance, making my experience a breeze. Most importantly, they did a great job on my car and went above and beyond my expectations! 10/10 recommend!

The folks that work reception are very friendly and helpful. Our car looked new and both the exterior and interior were meticulously cleaned. This is the first class Body Shop they did a great job on my 2014 Volkswagen Passat TDI. The staff are first class they stayed in touch the whole time let me know what was going on and a great job on following up until my car was done. I picked up my car it was clean washed with no problems. I would say this is the best body shop in Arizona make sure and ask for Alex tell him Jeff referred you. Allard did an amazing job replacing the front bumper, grill, and a bunch of other things on my Jaguar XF. It was totally destroyed and now it looks amazing. A huge thanks for the amazing service and communication to Alex and the team! Will def recommend and use again.

My poor nissan Sentra had damage to the hood, bumper, and left shock due to a road sign. I took it to allard collision and not only did they do an amazing job, they had it done In about a week!
